That said, it's best to praise one's own group without denigrating other groups. There's nothing wrong with preferring a mate from your own culture, particularly for marriage. Marriage is difficult enough without adding additional opportunities for misunderstandings due to cultural differences. That said, it's best to praise one's own group without denigrating other groups. Also, as a Black American man who is married to a Black American woman, I wish that those Black American men who were so negative in her comment section weren't so easily triggered by people who make generalizations about us. We can't control what others choose to believe but we can choose not to add fuel to their preconceptions by not engaging with foolishness. Leave them to their mental conditioning. Also, if you're a Black man who hates the natural Black features of Black women, please take the time to question your programming and hopefully recondition your mind.

As a Nigerian British man, I fully disagree with her and I think that this perspective is damaging to the community. Coffee dates are a good way of indicating how you flow and connect in initial stages, if you’re dating multiple people. But it doesn’t give the woman an excuse to dress like she is going to the corner shop, because equally, they would expect a man to dress appropriately, meeting somebody that you have interest in. So it’s a mute arguments. People are different across cultures so they can’t generalise African-American men either, I personally wouldn’t date her as Nigerian.😅

I would never make divisive comments like this. This woman’s tirade is stupid on so many levels. As a black man, I ran into a lot of incompatible black women when I was dating. Guess what, I dated white women also and they also had their own issues making them incompatible. Everyone you meet and date will not be the person for you. I went to her TikTok and read the comments, and *none of the comments were attacking her for her looks, color, ethnicity, etc.* Most of the women were agreeing with her and the people who were critical of her, were people critical of her entitlement. That girl is a liar and I knew she was lying when she started saying people were attacking her because she was dark skinned.
