This ad set may get few results because the audience is too narrow so we recommend the following: Include ages 18 - 65+ why facebook tell me to do this when i know my audience is not that age? should i follow their advise?
Hey there! If you know your audience does not fit that age range, then I wouldn't make that specific change, however we do recommend that the audience be a little on the broad side because the algorithm can read your copy and ad visuals and understand who to show the ad to. So by making the audience too narrow, you're actually limiting the algorithm's capabilities.
Unfortunately, you can't delete the section as a whole. And I believe now Facebook is making you keep at least one contact information question under the prefilled section, so you can just leave that as email or something but make sure you ask for the contact info you want (number or email) in the Questions section above it.
Love this tip but I have a related/unrelated question. Why did you choose the option for a High Intent lead form over a High Volume form? Is there a strategy in this?
Hey there! Great question. High volume in my experience brings in a lot of low quality leads, whereas the high intent option usually brings in higher quality leads (and sometimes not at any less volume!).
Hey there! I would start with a landing page form so that you have full control over the form, the landing page and the traffic etc. But if you're not getting many leads from that, it could be because your audience hasn't built enough trust in your brand yet to click to your website off of Facebook. In that case, you might want to switch to a native Facebook lead form and see if you get leads that way.
Hey there! Facebook has now made it to where you have to leave one prefill question (you can't delete all of them). So just delete all but one of the prefill questions, but make sure you still ask all questions in the custom questions section.
Great vid. Currently doing leads campaign but to a landing page with name, email and another question in hopes of increasing the quality of the lead. Been doing Great, lots and lots of leads but they are not converting. Do you think it's a good idea to only target a purchase look-alike audiences for a lead campaign, figured the quality will be soooooooo much better and they will convert into paying customers more, is it something you tried recently? Currently, I let FB do its thing and left it broad, USA
the problem with this solution is - format of phone number, user will never add the country code, so if you run international campaign this solution is useless.
Hey there! You can customize the question to ask for the contact method that makes the most sense for you and your target audience, whether that's an email address, a whatsapp number, OR you could run a Facebook messenger campaign: ua-cam.com/video/D62KPZcbFUU/v-deo.html
It won’t let me delete the Email question on contact info. I’m trying to Add it in the questions sections but doesn’t allow the email to be deleted in contact info
Unfortunately, now Facebook is making you keep at least one contact information question under the prefilled section, so what I would do is just leave one prefilled question (since it makes you) as email or something but make sure you ask for the contact info you want (number and email) in the Questions section above it.

Hi my name is Damon and i accidentally deleted myself as an administrator back in 2021 and I haven’t been able to get back in as the administrator. Can you plz help me?
Hey there! Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, the only things you can do in that instance are see if there's anybody else that was an admin on the page that can add you back or if not, reach out to Facebook Support and see if they can help you.
This solves a big headache for me. Your hack essentially acts as a filter keeping the spammier types of leads out. Thanks!
Exactly! So glad it was helpful to you. Be sure to subscribe if you haven't already!
I get flood of leads because of pre filled option, going to change this and try this new tips. It makes totally sense.
Awesome! Glad it was helpful!
This has happened to me several times. Thank you for providing a solution.
Absolutely! Glad to hear it was helpful to you.

Why I cant delete the prefilled section in the Contact information area ?
Unfortunately, you can't delete the section as a whole. Hi, i watched your video. I was wondering if you vote for a landing page form vs the instant form? And why?
Hey there! I would start with a landing page form so that you have full control over the form, the landing page and the traffic etc. But if you're not getting many leads from that, it could be because your audience hasn't built enough trust in your brand yet to click to your website off of Facebook. Still not getting leads and I have followed your advice?
Hey there! We have a more in-depth video on how to generate leads that should be helpful to you: ua-cam.com/video/DgjE_u9MTHw/v-deo.html
I'm unable to delete the email field, it says we must have at least one field for contact information. What to do?
Hey there! Facebook has now made it to where you have to leave one prefill question (you can't delete all of them). So just delete all but one of the prefill questions, but make sure you still ask all questions in the custom questions section.

Hey there! We use lookalike audiences for almost all of our clients! They are typically the most profitable cold audience you can target on Facebook.
the problem with this solution is - format of phone number, user will never add the country code, so if you run international campaign this solution is useless.

when i add custom questions like 5 for me 5 different screens are created instead of one but for u its all on one screen how
Hey there! Hmm, that's weird. Maybe try quitting and relaunching Facebook? Or reaching out to Facebook Support? Sounds like a glitch.
