i'd like to see some aftermarket competitors come on the scene. Seadoo accessories are crazy expensive. May as well be prada fenders or a gucci anchor they are selling. it's just ridiculous and the dealers SUCK
I don't recommend the LinQ Fenders. The rail clips used to hold the fenders onto the Sea Doo are hard to put on and they flip off unexpectedly. When the clips come off so does the fenders.
the mooring cover is absolute trash. fitted covers are starting to be made by 3rd party source that are WAY higher quality. good part is, more 3rd party sellers are coming up with parts, so we're starting to see better items. now even better bumpers are out. i should do an up to date video on these now.

We are finally getting our 2022 21ft 230 Switch Cruise on May 1st and I am currently buying the supplies needed for battery upgrade and the transducer. I will also be fitting it for rescue, I made the decision to purchase it after hurricane Ida and it surely would've been ideal during Ian for runs out to Pine Island, though my jet skis got it done.

Sure! Basically if you buy just the removable panel, a bow mount trolling motor connects with 4x bolts. If you have a place milled or made to sandwich on the panel away from the spinning mechanism that connects the link, theoretically you can connect it and remove it as needed. The foot pedal from there just can be laid on the ground. This has actually been done already, but slightly different to how I'd do it.

Is it attached in the anchor locker at the front of the boat or should it also be attached to another point on the bow when deploying the anchor for use out on the water? Thanks so much.
No problem! the anchor attaches to the switch itself just inside the lid. i'm sure you found that out by now. it's manual to remove it and throw it in the water, but there are auto systems people made so far!
Also the large linq cooler fits nowhere on the boat!!!! Do not buy! Its spread on the linq mounts is too large and does not fit on the rear swim platform or the one linq floor tile my boat came with. I really with someone had told me this before i bought the $800 dollar cooler that has to be strapped to the side rail inside the deckspace and in the way of passengers.
It does fit, but you need to widen them slightly. The Linq cooler needs to go in the rear mount on the swim deck, not inside. Never hurts to ask the forums, groups or people who have them before buying. Also, most dealerships will accept returns no issues.
You can get them on marketplace for half price slightly used. Also 800 is for the large cooler. Its like a big yeti. But you can add fishing rod holder and cup holders plus it comes with two trolling rod mounts from the factory. Still way overpriced.

I bought some Atwoods fenders for my 21ft bowrider at Sam's for 12.88 they lasted me all summer and are still in good condition. I could buy 15 pair for the price of one pair from seadoo 🤣🤣🤣

Ok the transducer is the depth finder sonar item. Since I have a sport compact, it came with the depth finder chart plotter fish finder already. It's just missing the transducer part where it sends sonar down. I purchased the transducer and mounted it on the boat. Some people run the old style one, I just didn't feel like drilling into the plastic at all.
Not at all. I own most products that aren't from Sea-Doo. this video was almost directly after release, if you check the spreadsheet in the description it has been updated to mostly non-oem products
These things suck. Clips come unattached super easily. Ended up inside the switch as opposed to outside as the manufacturer intended for fear of losing them. Don’t buy
@@WeTryMotorsports one of ours clipped on well the other clip simply mushed on the rail. The mush clip fenders was one in a day. Sea-Doo will not replace their bad clips.

I did not like the fenders....! I attatched them like they were pictured from seadoo and lost one day 1. Quick easy and much cheaper replacement was to get cheap switch clip for rail and 10$ white bumper from walmart. Put line through rail clip and tie a knot at desired height. 30$ for the set.
People who are putting them on incorrectly lose them. To each their own - the forums show you how to correctly install so you never lose. I've had them 16 hours on the boat so far, no loss.
yup. terrible design. I own one and it sucks. get a fitted car cover or have somebody make a canvas one. there are people out there making them way better.

LinQ Lite fender clips do not work. We lost one the first day and Sea-Doo will not replace faulty clip on fenders even if defective!
Same thing here both of mine suck. If you reviewed the clip only while it’s in the water it’s not bad

I’d love to see them fix the Bimini so it can fold towards the back of the boat instead of the middle!

Yes! There are holes in the back you punch out and you slide the swim deck in. Worked like a charm.

The Linq drybox doesn't either. The seats are too close and the only gap hits the seat.

yes!! definitely use sun protection! I use 303 Marine aerospace protectant!

Seadoo mooring cover sucks. Ripoff, about as useful as a pocket on the bottom of a sock and a nightmare to install. Worst design ever.
