- Today we build a 2021 Sea-Doo RXT-X hybrid Motor and Harness from a donor Jetski a 2019 RXP-X 300. It will be equipped with a Calas Stage 1 upgrade.

Man, this is really great information I used to race long race is three hours never sink, but I’ve seen it before. Never had a issue even since 1995 lol great work.
And that’s so funny you say that about checking the oil I never wanted to say anything but I told one of my guys and they all look at me stupid like I can’t check the oil lol I always had a problem 2016 Simple check in the oil usually at fired up don’t Take it out the dipstick wipe it off put it back in count at 15 take it out look at it it’s always different. All my skis are always put a little bit less oil than factory Sea-Doo does that always overfill it?lol
And my catch can is always just a monster energy drink with a hose got in it I’ve never had any problems lol
I’m very excited to see what the 21 impeller does because I was doing 80 with my 13/18. Just bought the 21 impeller but haven’t had it out yet. Another great video. Love the content.

Those new carbon seal boots are super stiff and that tool is a must! Did you modify the intake with screen delete?
Another great video! One thing that really caught my eye was when you mentioned measuring the oil in a post 2016 300hp. Does your solution allow you to check the oil without going through the whole running the engine out of the water and pulling the key before pulling the dipstick procedure??

Great Video as always. Did you upgrade the Flywheel Bolts to ARP and Pin the Crankhaft on Barney? Unrelated 260 question with stock ECM: Does the stock ECM limit Max RPM (RPM already has the "s" built in at the end of Revolutions / it's redundant to add an "s" to RPM) as both Air and Water Temperature Increase? Example what would the Maximum RPM be of a properly running totally Stock 260 be with an Ambient Air Temperature of 89F and Water Temperature of 89F be? Randy AKA randog311
between 8000 to 8150 if you have more than that, you have to either pitch your prop, 1 mm bigger or get a different prop
@@calasworld My question was: Does High Temperature (89F) Water and Air have a lower RPM Threshold Limit (Stock ECM only) than let's say 70F? (8000 to 8150 at 70F)

If your wife is like mine she would not like the free flow exhaust 🤦🤦🤦 my half did not last 5 minute on it 😂😂 I had to teke it off back to stock... But still have speed so😂😂 I compromised

My name is Tyler Nashville tn. If i drop off my grandsons 2005 rxt seadoo could you Put a motor in it the Number one piston came apart in the cylinder. That's why we need a new motor everything else is good. Is there anything you can do to help me out?
