As a Chinese person, I'm pleasantly surprised to hear you mention the no cold foods/drinks during periods. Ideally 1 week before starting, avoid these, particularly fizzy drinks. You'll notice you either get no cramps/less painful cramps. Thank you Simone for sharing this knowledge

For me, if I’ve got heavy skincare on, sleeping on my back stops it from rubbing off or feeling gross. If you don’t replace your pillows often (me lol) then it also prevents your face from rubbing on any oils and nasties left on your pillow!
People also claims that sleeping with your face on the pillow increases wrinkles from your face rubbing on the pillow.

Use wild turmeric instead of normal kitchen turmeric, if you dont want it to stain your face. Kasturi manjal turmeric ~ wild turmeric usually used for making face masks.
    Face mask idea ~
    1.Wild turmeric
    2. Yogurt or milk ~ lactic acid
    3. Honey ~ hydration
    4. Mix mix, apply apply ❤
Your pigmentation gone if used regularly.

About the turmeric thing leaving stain on face, what we Indians do is we use slightly less amount of turmeric and mix it with around 1-2tbsps of gram flour(besan in hindi) and mix it with water/milk. and trust me it makes the skin so much more better. It makes the skin super soft and glowy!✨ But I'd recommend you to do the patch test before trying it on your face. I hope it works for you! ❤

I'm telling y'all, use ROSEHIP OIL. trust me on this. tho it'll take 3 months (for me it did). I didn't have to cut down any sugars, start a healthy diet, do skincare...ALL I did was put 3-4 drops on my skin at night and then a pea-sized amount of moisturizer on top (I have normal-dry skin). It works baes. it simply does

For exofliating your skin the best products are aha & bha ,salyclic acid . I mostly recommend aha and bha of ordinary or balance use it at night once a week be careful not to use it in the morning and more than 10 min also use sunscreen next day use moisturizer too AKA I know a lot about skincare (i guess)😅😂😂

Ahh I got a haircut like two days ago and my hairdresser gave me a sample of Moroccan oil. Was thinking I probably won’t be using it cause I usually don’t do anything to my hair lol but I’ll definitely be using it from now on 🤩

random tip : dont oil and leave your hair overnight , just leave it for 1 hour or so and alos heating your oil (lightly) before applying helps it to penetrate

    • @lizaliza1052
      @lizaliza1052 9 місяців тому

Hey! Why not leave it overnight?

    • @rae.___.

@@lizaliza1052 bc it leads to dirt accumulation among other bad effects
Best leave it for 30-45mins , that is enough

unfortunately oil for the skin may not suit for everyone, i break out immediately after any oil applied on my skin (not only face, but also back and chest)
so if you have this condition, beware

for the first one, what should i do if alovera is part of my skincare routine?? can i use baby oil??
can we also use aquaphor instead of vaseline, or is there a difference?
would cerave count as a basic moisturizer?
for 20, what will we do if we wear glasses?
also, gram flour + tumeric + milk is a good face mask. ❤
