      For all these people asking how to lose face fat:
      You cannot spot reduce fat - you can't only lose fat in your face (or your stomach, or legs...) By being in a *caloric deficit* , your body burns fat overall, which eventually leads to losing face fat. It may take time, or not, but being in a consistent caloric deficit is key.

    Love this! I'd just like to add one thing - whilst improving physical appearance can be a great confident boost, if you're starting from a bad mental place it might really not be that effective. For example, when I had acne I thought if I had clear skin I'd automatically feel better. But my real issue was unhealed trauma. So when I finally got clear skin , turns out I really didn't feel that good after all. But after healing past baggage, I have a balanced view with my skin - I'm not too upset when I break out and I see skin as just skin . Having pimples on my face doesn't make me feel less attractive at all.

    I would like to add on to this:
    • take care of yourself as she mentioned( dental, skin, hair, hygiene, body, mind, health, etc.)
    • find your signature scent (better if you mix scents that compliment each other)
    • dress the way that makes you feel happy and confident
    • check for any deficiency (esp vitamon or minerals)
    • eat a healthy balanced and realistic diet
    • work on your facial expression and body language
    • Be funny and light up yours and others day
    • for a glow up try changing your hair color, haircut, hairstyle, get cute hair accessories, etc.
    • try to create a certain aura and vibe thats personal to you
    • be smart and educate yourself (knowledge is literally the hottest thing to me)
    • get your own aesthetic
    • clean up your eyebrows
    • lymph drainage and get your blood circulation
    • if you wear glasses ( I do) find one that fits you or if you want try contacts
    • act confident even if you aren't (fake it till you make it)
    • daily affirmations (this worked amazingly on me it's mind blowing)

    Honestly the biggest glow up "secrets" are losing facial fat (by reducing all over body fat) and (most often connected to that) just getting a little older. Most people I know look better now in their early or mid twenties than they did in high school.

  • @azzyntll
    @azzyntll Рік тому +22

    Guys know that a lot of teenagers (girls mostly) do tend to have a bit of puffiness in the face but that's only because your body hasn't completely 'settled' yet, so it will most likely slim down a bit in your 20's naturally

And the asymmetrical faces were found to be more attractive since asymmetry is normal and 100 symmetry is abnormal x

    Just one thing: wear what you want!! Clothes don't have to be "flattering" on you, you don't have to mimic the "perfect" hourglass figure. You look much better just wearing what makes you happy!!

    • @haloglow_
      @haloglow_ Рік тому +70

      Not all clothes are flattering, you need to find clothes that suit your body type the best, for eg a shirt can't look good on me but the same shirt can look good on someone else, bc that fits their body type not mine.

    • @Hi-nl2jg
      @Hi-nl2jg Рік тому +17

      The eye and brain likes proportions. Which is one of the reasons why hourglass is the beauty standard. You don’t necessarily have to make your body look hourglass but you do want to dress so it’s proportional so it don’t look weird or heavy at the top or bottom

    • @airrari
      @airrari Рік тому +52

      That isn't what this video is about. This is about how to GLOW up... If you wear clothes that don't flatter you that defeats the purpose.

    • @o.o0o.
      @o.o0o. Рік тому +1

      @airrari that's true but people often see only clothes that mimic certain body types as flattering which then leads to loads of insecurities and stuff. I meant that we should wear what we want and what we feel good in to normalize different bodies and to not try to change them. Of course wearing clothes that, for example, show off different parts of your body can make it more flattering and it's better to embrace your body than hide it by changing it :)) I hope I'm making sense lmao

If I were to be living as that girl in my future, future me would buy clothes for my new tall self which I can not do now because 1, it'll look stupid on me and 2, also currently manifesting money so doing that would just make me broke. I live in my imagination a lot. I often listen to songs that remind me of the woman I want to be. It helps ❤️

    loved the video but eye drops for diminishing eye redness are actually really harmful in the long run bc red eyes simply mean the blood vessels are showing through but on the contrary the eye drops block out these vessels and can be damaging.

    If you are born with hooded eyes, there’s no way sleeping more would make your eyelids more visible. Surgery is the only way. It’s called blephoplasty. Comparing your eyebrow position from the two pics, an endoscopic eyebrow lift is likely. Many young celebrities had this procedure. And it has great results.

    Women actually need 8-9 hours of sleep! The average is based off men needing like 6-8 for THEIR hormones to be okay. We’re slightly different. :)

    Simone, use the ordinary lash and brow serum! I got a false eyelash look because of it after using it for a couple of months and I stopped using it because I ran out of it but my eyelashes still look good and I think that I wanna buy that serum again and save up some money because I keep using my savings money to buy stuff which is not going to do me good in the long term.
