Yeah I like the idea to, but the godfather is actually the Yeezy slides, they came out before the foam runners and I honestly like them more, but I respect your opinion on that👍

The main reason why Yeezy is popular is bc of Ye himself, not so much the products themselves (even though the products are still pretty cool)
So this new brand, without a soul, won't be able to connect to the mass and will probably fail

Sad truth and pretty well sums up hype driven brainless consumption. Yezzys without Kanye hype would also flop. Exactly same shoes made by Puma would flop badly.

From what I’m hearing, size up for sure if 11 1/2 is snug. If not and there’s some room to maybe fit into an 11, then an 11. Foam shoes tend to stretch out with wear so the closer you are to true to size, the comfier it’ll be in the long run

I’m buying them just for the fact that conventional shoes are just too narrow for me. Foam shoes have been the best thing for me since I have wide feet and the foam is more comfortable and usually run a bit bigger in the toe box, which is where my foot is the widest. I was always a fan of adidas bc most their shoes have a wider toe box but I gravitate towards the foam shoes more. Definitely more comfortable for me!

Not sure how I feel about these. I think it would be better if they were more of a “clog” than a slide I don’t like the fact of my heel slipping out. Also I think the two holes should be on the outside as well being on just the inside makes the outside look a bit bulky to me. I’d be interested to see how they refine these.

Came out the gates with a 140$ price tag. 👎👎👎 Ye and Adidas weren’t even taxing that hard with nearly 100 years in combined innovation. Almost double the price of the foam runner but sloppily thrown together in 6 weeks.. Smh. Oh but a pretty coffin shaped box. Could’ve saved consumers money and the environmental footprint without that extra ass box. Probably cost them 40$ alone to produce the box the inner foam and to ship that big ass thing. These brands getting greedy. Tired of seeing it. Riding the coattails of others but believe they’re entitled to a premium price tag right from the jump. Couldn’t have even come up with a unique name either just totally stole the “runner”. No ones running in these bruh. And Elliot saying they’re not even that wearable and not perfect yet is a nice way of saying they’re not comfortable and poor craftsmanship. That’s what you get in 6 weeks though folks. It’s not too late for this brand to take a step back and do the honest thing. These are not worthy of that price point not by a long shot. It’s so short sighted. You’ll move way more units at an honest price that can still be profitable, build your brand, expand your base, build rapport/exposure/clientele, orrrr you can tax and keep your warehouse fully stocked. Bros trying to pay back his loans and investors on the first release. Don’t mean to be so harsh or critical. It’s not just these guys. It’s happening more often then not. Which is unfortunately why I’ll continue to give my money to the already established big hitters opposed to these smaller start ups. GREED
A lot of these brands try to go for that "high value" feel with super high price tags but without proper branding, they just come off as pretentious
