@@eclectricmagazine Kanyes explanation on not being a numbers guy he was trying to say that he doesnt make 4 sketches and the 4th is what he goes with just cause it the 4th which presumbably since its the 4th its the final, he could make 4 sketches and use non of them, he doesnt any certain calculation of how he make shoes or stuff....he just stops when he finds something he loves/likes which I feel is what he tried to explain to the interviewer. Because he looks at it from a business metric and marketing point, when most artists create purely for the craft and the love of the craft. Kanye wasnt talking down toward anyone but explaining himself and his views which opposed the interviewers and the interviewers idea of what it was and maybe was rude because interviewer didnt really try to understand that

This interviewer lacks the emotional intellect Kanye has. It shows and it's unfortunately painful to watch.
The interviewer isn’t listening to what Kanye is saying, he’s not grateful for the experience. You can tell that he doesn’t really care, he’s only there to write how much yeezy is worth. Wish they would’ve gotten someone who actually appreciates shoes and his work to do this.

That's why the David Letterman interview was so epic. He understood Kanye and came to him as an honored guest and a friend, not trying to get kanye to conform to some cookie-cutter questions and respond with generic sound bites. Kanye's defense of art is what makes him stand out above all others. There may be better singers, better painters, better musicians, better dancers, but none compare to the complete package that is Kanye West, the greatest of all time.

I don’t want to ramble on too much, but I finally got some pairs of Yeezys after this recent Yeezy day (6 pairs lol). I never was able to get them a few years back cuz I was in drugs and had no money to spend. The pst year or 2 I’ve become obsessed with sneakers again and now I have money, so for me they’re symbolic of where I am now vs where I was. I know they seem like a material possession, but sneakers can tell a story for some sneakerheads. Not to mention I’m a huge fan of Kanye and always wish the best for him. I accept and forgive his flaws. He’s said somethings in the past that can be perceived as hurtful but I truly believe Kanye has a pure soul and the intentions are always good with him🙏🏽

I get what hes saying about how he feels just seeing all those shoes, those are all things that were in his head and made it out. I get the same feeling just looking at all the shirts i make, its a feeling of familiarity, suprised, excited, and simply just blown away by what you single handedly made. Knowing that all those things are from you and apart of you, it just gives you every emotion all at once and its amazing.
