Everything you said is spot on! I moved to Princeton about a year and a half ago into one of those new homes after living in Frisco for many years and I haven’t regretted it. I love watching the development happening all around me and understand that I’m going to have to go through the growing pains and play the long game in order to reap the benefits. Same thing happened in Frisco and McKinney, for example… they used to be “off the beaten path” once upon a time but look at them now!
Just bought a 240k house in Princeton at 4% interest rate. Only $8500 total closing costs including down payment. Builder financing. They gave me a fridge and blinds and put 10k towards my closing costs/down payment. It's a Lennar new build. We'll see how it goes.
We will move to Princeton in the august of 2025 close to my kids. Would you give us a good suggestion in buying a house Princeton at ~$.350000 .thank you

A little bit of sacrifice will pay off for sure! Likely turning into some solid equity over the long haul for you. 👏🏻
