The one thing I don't see out of all other youtubers that are realtors. They never show the surrounding neighborhoods. Can you Before you start showing the actual house for sale, can you show video of the surrounding neighborhood conditions? This will give us a better idea where we're going to live by. It is not cool to show a very nice neighborhood close to some poor condition. Neighborhoods, this actually will affect the value of the house. I heard the most dangerous places to live in Texas is as follow: Amarillo, Beaumont, Odessa, Donna, San Antonio, Cleveland, Lubbock, Bellmead, Humble & Dallas except the North side crime rate is high in these areas from murders, rape, theft ect...

Thanks for watching! I think it’s a solid community, but not a huge fan of the builder for many reasons. They do have the most affordable new builds though and are the only new construction option in Princeton well under the 300k mark. Are you thinking of moving to the area?
