From yesterday's news, Frisco police finally identified the 2 persons from Monroe tx being the major 2 suspects killing/hurting Don/Lowe near northern Frisco Walmart last November at night! I and almost every body ( from website comments ) never believe that they can identify the suspects for this murder/injury!. So, you have to give Frisco police high credit - they made Frisco the USA most safe city not only being ranked by major USA medias, but the unbelivable fact!

That’s why I moved out from frisco last year😂

My advise: Texas white people are not completely what you met in California or New York! Even though most of them are very friendly, there are a small amount of them being extreme such as the one assassianating president Kennedy. If you have an extreme neighbor, this is my way to avoid the worst case scenarios: 1.) Pretend to be like a step-son/step-daughbor and looks very pity! 2.) Try to avoid this person by leaving the community from alternative routes or different time ( Pay more attention from far about him )! Today, Frisco is a very diversified community so that you do not need to worry about this situation unless you move to new cities not too many oriental people.

Recently, there is another popular website ranks Frisco as no. 9 2024 USA best place to live in USA! Also, a New York popular firm which ranks 50 expensive cities in every state; Frisco is ranked as no. 1 in Texas. Recently, Frisco's medium home income is being ranked as no. 8 in the USA closer ranking to Casbad, ca and Santa Clara, ca and Bellevue WA!

Highway 80 will change your mind !!! Hell to the no for me with Forney & Mesquite is a no for me , 635 like 80 will drive you insane. Euless is close to DFW airport so it’s a good place to live. GP is alright & Wylie isn’t bad at all , just a bit far .

Texas just needs 1 more thing to make it unstoppable overall, a tri-city high-speed train between Dallas/Ft Worth, San Antonio, and Houston connecting the smaller but notably larger cities in between as Texas is just that big. The number of jobs and opportunities to be had in doing that would be unreal and you could tap into the markets that have the better-paying roles for your industry and come back home in the same hourly type of commute by train more/less and incentivize all white collar jobs that can go hybrid or remote positions to go full time remote so the convenience is unlocked. Don't get me started on the entertainment opportunities to come from that and in turn have Air BnB locations boom yet again for tourism.

Back in the 1950s and 1960s, Dallas was an engineering town. Important patents were created, and this created wealth and jobs. This, along with the opening of DFW Airport in Jan. 1974, turned DFW into a giant job engine.

I might be able to help there. I moved back to Texas after 13 years out west. I work on the east side of the DFW Airport and a co-worker suggested the Euless area. I couldn't be happier. There's tons of places to eat, shop, etc. I'm minutes from the airport on the west side and 15 minutes from work. Tons of apartments complexes in the area. I picked The Edge just behind Target near 121/Glade. Good luck!

HOA try to "buy" some community's residents closer to them so that , even other residents complain HOA in BBB, those residents add unhonest comments with 5 * about this HOA!

Dislike HOAs overall but the newer developments around Dallas all hv them 😔 Most run poorly and lots of politics. Bought a rental in McKinney to later find I have to pay to apply every year to rent out plus they cap rentals at 25% ish. Wouldn't buy there again. Thanks for the info :)
