The tube’s way too expansive for them to put it into the game. They would have to factor in the tube lines that you can only access at certain stations and certain stations have multiple tube lines running through them, making it more confusing, especially for people who aren’t Londoners. Some tube stations on the lines will be missing because not all the underground stations are in the areas in the game. Some stations in London aren’t 100% underground, there could be an overground bit with loads of platforms, DLR maybe too. Then these tubes can be busy and pair that with the amount of people travelling through each station and how big the stations can sometimes be, it would be difficult to navigate through them just to get to the platforms. The simplest way to do it would be for them to create a tube line that runs through all the areas in the game and to have basic stations to run through to catch a tube easily. But that’s not really representative of how it is and I feel like people would complain about that. The actual tube in the game would be really cool though.
I wouldn't really call it "9" British things to do when about half of them were variations on getting drunk. All the same, I'm looking forward to this. Watch Dogs 2 is one of the most enjoyable open world games I've ever played, and the London setting makes this an even more appealing follow up.
