I believe it’s important to avoid these toxic chemicals as much as possible…
Studies have shown how these compounds can be absorbed through the skin and negatively impact our health…
Wearing clothes made of cotton, silk, or wool is a great way to avoid these toxic substances…
Limiting our exposure to endocrine disruptors, avoiding processed foods, and centering our diets around animal foods is key to radical health…

When I go into Costco to buy clothes there’s nothing left that is made from cotton. So I never buy their clothes. I remember this clothing company bragging that they made their clothing from plastic bottles. Cotton is hard to find but so worth it for comfort.
Costco recently was selling jeans made out of recycled plastic bottles. I live in the desert and just the thought of wearing them was completely disgusting. Who wants to wear plastic jeans in 115 degree temps? I buy second hand, cotton or rayon dresses for breathable comfort and affordability.

My holistic M.D. in the early '80's taught me this: to wash new clothes before wearing, and to buy used natural fiber clothing that were "gassed out" if possible... ...Buy used homes, carpet, etc., also.
I intensely dislike going shopping as the stores are filled with chemicals and perfumes that made/make me feel sick. Later I learned that YaH, in His loving instruction called Torah (1st 5 books of the Bible), taught this about clothing content : wear linen ( highest frequencies from flax), wool or cotton.
Maybe you could also do a video on the chemical concoctions also known as natural flavors which are added to almost everything we eat and drink these days.
That's why I cook at home.

Levelling up your clothing takes your health game to a new level, something lots of people overlook. Only buy natural (cotton, linen, wool) for longevity.
Was it a noticeable effect for you? I’ve been looking for pure fabric clothing for a while, it’s hard but I figure there’s a reason it’s mentioned in the Bible.
@@mega-lomart7154 hard to see a tangible difference, what matters is long term. Here’s some effects:
- for floating dust in a household, 33% of it is microplastics from textiles. Meaning it settles on food and we inhale it (potential reduced lung capacity).
- We ingest a credit card of plastic per WEEK. Fibres is part of it. There is a variety of toxic effects.
- Around 35% of the microplastics contaminating the world's oceans come from washing our clothes. Just washing plastic clothes pollutes our planet thus ourselves(we eat the fish + this water goes on our crops)
- micro fibres of plastic can be absorbed into our skin just from wearing it. Especially leaching into sweat then we absorb that into skin, later blood stream.
- links to plastic clothes reducing fertility
- links to plastic bras increasing breast cancer risk (increasing the more hours it’s worn)
This is a bit more out there, but interesting:
- High-frequency fabrics like linen, wool, organic cotton, and hemp impart energy, while synthetic fabrics exhibit lower frequencies, potentially draining our energy.
Healthy human: 100hz, sick human: 15hz. Linen/wool: 5000hz (but these fabrics cancel each other out when worn which could explain the bible (Deuteronomy 22:11) “do not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.”). Then organic cotton: 100, cotton: 70, silk/polyester/rayon: 15.

No wool for me since I live in Florida, so linen it is!
You know, an old friend told me she had issues downstairs. Uncomfortable, ph off, smell, uti's often. I was shocked and told her to start wearing underwear bc it didn't sound right at all to me. She said she went to the doctor several times to no avail. This makes so much sense. Ty for this! I will share this with her. I pray she watches it❤
Usually if you have chronic UTI’s, yeast infections, other bacterial infections/ irritation in your nether regions, it’s recommended to wear natural, breathable fibers - specifically cotton underwear, to inhibit bacterial growth. Because most polyester or underwear w synthetic fibers prevent air flow to that region and it will make the issue worse. Good luck to your friend!
Leggings are not good for us down there. Loose fitting would help her heal and only natural fibers to let her skin breathe. Plus underwears are always a good idea. There’s thongs for panty lines.
I would have your friend get functional labs done… look into Evan brand as his podcasts and knowledge is dense and has helped thousands of patients. :)
Please tell all women that yoga pants are not their friend , if that pussy could talk they would get a ear full, cotton underwear and a sun dress please
The #1 reason for UTI’s in a Female is if they do not urinate after Sexual Intercourse. #2 is if they are not “wiping FRONT to BACK” after Urinating.
Right there is over 50% of UTI’s.
Contact Dermatitis along with Yeast infection and UTI’s will most likely from CLOTHING.
ALWAYS ALWAYS MAKE SURE to discuss EVERY symptom with ur Doc and not just thing everything is a UTI. MANY UTI’s are confused with a STI or STD and people can “forget” some symptoms that are integral to a correct Diagnosis which in turn, leads to an incorrect course of treatment.
Don’t lave detail out, no matter how minute it may seem to you. Less information is LESS EFFICACY in your treatment.

Please note that I don't say that we shouldn't be cautious of Electro-Magnetic field sources, but it's just that we shouldn't be all smart talking about "resonance frequencies" (which I don't even know what it means in this context, does it mean dielectric dipole oscillation frequency or conductor chamber modes or something else, and where did we deduct those properties from etc etc)

Organic cotton leggings can be found online stores if you search for them. Even at Whole Foods, “pact “ makes some.!!!
If you’re sweating, cotton is one of the worst fibers to wear, as it will absorb the sweat and keep it close to your body, increasing the chance of bacteria, issues and reducing the effectiveness of your natural cooling process, evaporation. Women are not little toddlers to go out wearing such a thing. I wish I can tell some of these women just how hideous they look. Maybe wear it at the gym or beach. Did they not have mothers to tell them? I do wear tights/pantyhose with skirts so maybe it's not healthy so what are we supposed to wear with skirts and dresses? Once one of those tights transferred its dye all over my legs making black patches on my toenails, feet, knees. God know how they are making them nowadays.
Paul, make a natural fiber simple minimalist clothing line with only the essentials for radical health seekers male and female!
I'm so glad I've maintained the same weight since teenagehood. This allowed me to keep clothes I've had for over 25 years... they don't have all these "ingerdients" in them. Pays to stay vintage....besides clothes from old become the new "trends". Plastic clothing is not the way to go.....get hemp growing!!!
Thank you for this video and the information! Definitely a good reality check!!! I will be making better choices for me and my family
Some retailers like Costco test all their clothing for PFAS prior to putting it in their store.
Awesome - Great info for my family. Been telling them. Also, what about "Perfume, Cologne, Deodorant and Anti-perspirant? A video on that would be great. They think smelling good (using perfume - gives me a headache - smells bad IMO) is one of the most important things they can do for meeting the opposite sex. LOL. Love your work. Thank you
Don't forget toothpaste, but there's plenty of videos on that.
::: The industry standard stuff is ubiquitous! In our homes, the foam in our pillows, sofas, etc., starts to break down pretty fast, and, they off gas 24/7.
Smells are everywhere!! I go outside for a walk and get suffocated by axe body spray and laundry/fabric softener smells in the air! 😖😂
Also all the "fragrances" in cleaning products and laundry products(the worst🤦). When that toxic load hits the dryer the toxic vapor released from the dryer vent contaminates the air for others, like neighbors in condominiums like me. It's disgusting and seals it into the fake fabric they are wearing. I pass people on walks who reek of the stuff. They cover themselves with a toxic load daily with their clothes, sheets, towels and think nothing of it. We all must wake up from our delusional slumber to see what's been going on for ages and it's ramping up in intensity. The criminals are running it all and we have unwittingly been drinking their kool-aid and going along with all their crap believing their lies that we are being taken care of for our good but it's for our bad.
Don't forget crocs and slides those rubber soles are made of rubber filled with chemicals. The soles of our feet absorb all those chemicals 😢I guess I'll start wearing cotton socks 😬
Thank you for posting this!
Thanks for the heads-up, Doc. Added to the public playlist on my channel, "Don't Poison Yourself (Avoid Harmful Food & Products)"!
So many of the guys I used to work with loved LLL underwear. Wait til they hear this! Thanks again Paul!
You should let them know that all briefs styles, even if natural fiber, will lower sperm count, because it prevents the testicles from maintaining a constant temperature (you know what happens when you guys jump into a cold body of water😉) which lowers the count. Nothing to do with synthetic and everything to do with physiology.

I did not know this definitely changing to natural fibers
Wow! Thank you so much! I had no idea! 🙏
Kids need to learn these, 💯 love your videos !educational for all ages
Where have we gone as a society? Woman walking around wearing workout gear, tight and low cut clothes that reveal too much. What happened to class and decency in public? I see it in airports too often.

Hemp and cotton for the win!
They could save the world with hemp but refuse to. 😢
I wish more people woupd show these things. Why im openimg my channel in next couple months to help you spread the word brother!
Very good! Thanks for bringing awareness about wearing polyester and the health dangers.
Try wearing 100% cotton in Florida in August. One you sweat it never dries. May be fine up north in winter.
As a Canadian I can tell you cotton can literally mean death in winter. Wool is great, but super pricey.
Can you please make a video about reverse osmosis and minerals needed in the drinking water. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
It’s the only way to remove the fluoride!!
Im passing this to my friend. Never knew.. gotta go through my own gym wear now. Thank you!!
Thank you for reporting this.
The question is if Lululemon is any different that other clothing manufacturers. My guess is no, particularly since much of our clothing is sourced from cheap overseas production models.
Agree!
Unfortunately, many clothes today are made with polyester and may contain some of these harmful compounds... I think opting for cotton, wool, or silk is always best.
@@Paulsaladinomd What about modal fabric? It's a synthetic derived from beech trees.
@@Paulsaladinomdwhat about bamboo clothing?

Super cool! My daughter sent this video to me! Thank you , Abigail! Time to tune in , turn on and wear some natural fibers! Great content, Subscribed ✅
Commenting to boost algorithm!! Yes yes yes! Thank you. I’m so happy to see so many people are actually aware of this. In my corner of the world, this has only been an intuitive hunch that polyester is toxic to humans. ❤ Thank you
EDCs are everywhere- the food, the water, the air, clothes, rugs, furniture, etc. There's no escaping them.
True, would you agree though, to not add more damage from wearing this stuff is a good idea?
Yes you can escape or enjoy your lung cancer . pcos
If you try- it’s possible. Don’t give up.
I only tried lulu lemon leggings once, and hated them cause they were so itchy! Took them off never went back!!! I believe in all 100% cotton!!!

Where do you fund 100% cotton ? Links please
Thanks for getting this out there Paul. I was one of those no underwear women when wearing leggings. I get it, they’re more comfortable and look better without panties..
I had started having UTI’s and after paying close attention to my body’s behavior, I realized it could be the leggings. Fast-forward, I now wear cotton underwear with my leggings and my body is much happier…
I will say it’s not easy to find 100% cotton underwear without some sort of plastic in it.
Thanks for sharing good information!👍
I'm still shocked that vanity has become so important that people are willing to skip wearing underwear just to look better.

In Thailand there are no underwear made from natural materials. cotton is unknown here. a dilemma for us enlightened and mature women
Make your own, perhaps
This is such great info thank you so much for sharing! Please do more videos on clothing and anything else we put right up against our bodies (like you mentioned towels, bedsheets, etc.
May God protect you and guide you . Thanks for speaking the truth it's a brave and noble thing to do .
Get on that construction worker grind. 100% cotton Carhartt shirts with denim jeans 😎
