I like the pot you selected for the plant in your master bedroom……I think it would look nice spray painted a brass/ gold color for a good contrast against the new furniture.

I don't think you need more moss. Just elevate the plant in the planter and add more filler then put the moss you have back on top.

Oh wow about the Moss into the pot,I was going to suggest a piece of foam round foam to stabilize the inner pot with the plant in it and then to spread the Masa on top of that

Hi April, love your style! How about repaining the plant pot gold to match the mirrors or silver would be like also.
Have you considered painting the plant pot a matte gold to kind of bounce off the mirror and pictures you have in there. Brown is still dark and against, at least on camera, the other black pieces you can't really tell the difference. And it will open up that space and not pull it down since everything else in the corner is dark.

You can also go to a thrift store and paint over an art piece! Even less expensive and you can get a quality frame for the low

Hey April! New subscriber here and first time commenting. If you do decide to repaint the planter tried going with the gold / brass accent color you have in the room. It'll break up all that darkness in the corner and bring a light sparkle down there. It might make your room look bigger and more open. Or if you still want a dark color there, try bringing in the color from your headboard. It would bring more consistency to your room and confirm that blue as accent color

I did my whole house in that Halifax kwikset levers. Love them. I got them in bronze instead of black.

Hey April,, your home is beautiful. Love the progress so far and all the thought you put into to each room. The pot you painted brown you could dry brush black on to it to dull down the chocolate color, but it looks amazing as is.
I changed out every door knob and hinges in my house as well as the black matte which running theme in my home. The doorhandles look nice April.
You can put an old paint can or something in the planter, under that plant, to lift it up a bit...

Hey April! I'm also redoing my master bedroom. I'm looking for one more art piece too to complete the space.l was able to find a really nice piece of artwork at Ross and a nice brushed gold planter w/ stand for my faux plant which was great because Ross is definitely hit or miss. I keep moss on hand.

Think it is just early winter months since i work in retail and homegoods tjmaxx we dont have pottery out this late like that being in the christmas fall season. Neither does @ HOME IN OUR AREA sO THIS HAS TO BE january - march . I see a lot of the videos are like that. Just love watching the content and deco it is so beautiful. But some things we dont have anymore in our stores as it is gone when the vidoe aires. A lot of it is clearenced out by now and the outside furniure was a giveaway and the winter coats. Keep up the videos .
