Interesting topic on aggressive parenting. I definitely am an aggressive parent and am learning not to be. In my upbringing, I didn't see my parent as selfish. I saw my mother as a victim and I was being selfish. Of course as an adult, eventually I saw the light but I always thought that children usually take the blame upon themselves in aggressive parenting as well. Of course I might be incorrect but just wanted to share my 2 cents.
I love your insight! I would say that some children in those situations do, but others definitely do not and tend to adopt the aggressive behaviors of the parent.
I can only put in someone else situation , but if you have overdisciplined for sligthest things and ridiculos thing like marks in school or bad wather , their amusment and boredom you can have only two choices End up in jail or hold on the Hate so long until Ate up you inside for some reason i belive you dont want that , personaly you make peace with your self and move with life , and only emotion you can feel for their abuser is sorow for being so broken and not know any better(just stranger to you ) .
