With children's books that you showed in the video, at what age should those start to be used?
They're meant for children ages 0-10, give or take. Start as young as you like! They probably won't start understanding until around age 2, though.
I'm assertive but because I'm black that's reframed as aggressive, which makes me aggressive.
We always have a choice on how we react to situations. Assertive is always best. It's important to remember that no one can make you be anything. You're the only one who can control how you react and behave. :)
