Ingredients :
❄️Raspberry jello
2 packages raspberry jello (powder )
500 ml hot water
500 ml cold cranberry juice
250 g mandarines compote
1 handful fresh or frozen raspberries
❄️Orange cream
250 g mascarpone
500 ml heavy cream
150 g icing sugar
Zest from one organic orange
1 tsp vsnilla extract
❄️Ladyfingers
10-12 ladyfingers
200 ml orange juice
30 ml orange liqueur (Cointreau)
3-4 mandarin slices
❄️Cranberry -Orange Jam
250 g cranberries
1 peeled orange
4 Tbsp sugar
❄️Berries, orange or mandarin chunks to decorate, also 2-3 rosemary branches
