Btw if you take one verse out it won't due any good because you need to understand the whole chapter you can't take a verse out that's where most of Islams misunderstandings come from so maybe if you provided the meaning and what the chapter is about it would be more believable to me but it's not since your getting the 1 verse that supports your argument

@Yousef Ghaneemah Aramaic, Syriac, Hebrew, and Arabic are all Semitic languages, but they are not mutually intelligible. ... So they might understand each other on a very limited basis if you could bring an ancient Aramaic and Canaanite speaker together. Aramaic[2] (Arāmāyā; Old Aramaic: 𐤀𐤓𐤌𐤉𐤀; Imperial Aramaic: 𐡀𐡓𐡌𐡉𐡀; square script אַרָמָיָא, Classical Syriac: ܐܪܡܝܐ) is a language or group of languages belonging to the Semitic subfamily of the Afroasiatic language family. More specifically, it is part of the Northwest Semitic group, which also includes the Canaanite languages such as Hebrew and Phoenician. The Aramaic alphabet was widely adopted for other languages and is ancestral to the Hebrew, Syriac and Arabic alphabets. During its approximately 3,100 years of written history,[3] Aramaic has served variously as a language of administration of empires, as a language of divine worship and religious study, and as the spoken tongue of a number of Semitic peoples from the Near East.
He isnt joking, in fact, he is correct. Open your own eyes. Devout Muslims violently subjugate unbelievers wherever they are found in their own nations because the quran tells them to. Ill never turn my back to one of those zealous killers.
If we were to jump into the middle of any book, article or speech, it would be far too easy to draw our own conclusions as to what is being said regardless of the topic. If we are seeking the truth sincerely then we should seek out knowledge that is beneficial to us and ask God for guidance. So, if ever the idea to pick up a copy of the Qur'an ever dawns on you, I highly recommend reading The Clear Qur'an. It is by far the best English translation I have come across. It includes useful footnotes and beautiful chapter introductions for context and clarification. If your heart is open and if God wills, may you become more aware of God's message sent to all of mankind. Lastly, I'd like to clarify whom we worship. In chapter 19: Mary, verse 36, [Baby Jesus said], "Worship God who is my Lord as well as yours. This is the straight path" (Qur'an, translation by Muhammad Sarwar). There's an entire chapter named after Mary, the mother of Jesus in the Qur'an. In it, we learn about her struggle with slander from the people, how God took care of her, her religious steadfastness and more about her background. I also highly recommend listening to a reciter that you like such as Fatih Safrige and to follow along in English. Though we have wonderful translations, nothing can replace the full beauty and meaning of God's word in the original language it was revealed. My mom is actually a Muslim convert and grew up Christian so I was able to get both perspectives growing up. May God increase us all in knowledge and understanding, and may He place love and mercy between our hearts. Amen.

"But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." Galatians 1, 8.
Also the other chance is satan might have aproches to muhammed in the form of an angel, the angel gaberial which muslims call him "jiberial" which says in 2 corinthian, 11 : 14 "And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light".
@@sanubala3382 also the account of angel gabriel doesn't seem angelic..gabriel was aggressive and squeezed Muhammad till he felt pain...how can anyone believe that he met a angel of god
Here's another problem the muslims face: 'Who changed the truth of God into a lie' If Ishmael was the son to be sacrificed by Abraham, then how do you explain that the arabs had no knowledge of this until Muhammad came along and declared it so? Yshwe (known as Jesus) said that false prophets would come after Him, even one, the anti-Christ. We were even warned that if any come after, claiming that Yshwe(known as Jesus) was not the Son of God, that one is anti-Christ.
when god say first son note he days first abraham son not sarah son but abraham first son who was haggai son...we can't denie that....。can unless we are christians living a lie.note am noy muslim.neither islam but truthiest
The true hebrew name of jesus is Yahawashi.. In aramaic, it became Yeshua.. In modern hebrew, it's still Yeshua because modern hebrew came from aramaic, they just put niqqud then that's how modern hebrew started
The false prophet is paul not mohammed pbuh. Or else why this david guy got embarrassed but mohamed hijab? He couldn't answer a single question on his believe yet he kept attacking falsely the quran. You think you can proof the quran wrong to a muslim😂😂 Nice try. Especially when mohammed hijab can speak arabic, david can't. This entire video is a joke and so silly. Picking few verses and misinterpretating them... isis does the same. Altho on the extreme way😂😂 Both isis and david are misinterpretating the quran to serve their case.
Wow I have no words. I just wanna say God bless you. Am from ethiopia and this really will help me to share the gospel to muslim friends how bible is true according to quran
Fun fact! Your country is of the first Christianized country in the world, maybe even the first! (I'm not sure if "Christianized" is a word but I'm sure you'll understand)
I laugh in the entire video because you conclude something with lack of information. Everytime the Qur'an mention what has been revealed to christians and jews, it refers to the original Bible and torah not the corrupted one, and if you ask me why Prophet Muhammad is ordered to ask christians at that time, because at that time There is still original Bible version that is not corrupted yet. I don't know why you don't use logic on this even tho you know bible is corrupted so you should think the Qur'an refers to pre-corruppted bible. Qur'an Surah al-an'am verse 115: "The Word of your Lord is perfect in truthfulness and justice; no one can change His words. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing". This is refers to The Holy Qur'an, not Bible nor torah because later in the Qur'an, Allah explain that people change those two books. Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah verse 75: "Do you hope that these people will believe in the Message you are preaching, even though a party of them has been wont to listen to the Word of Allah and after they had fully grasped it, knowingly distorted it?". Another one is Qur'an Surah Ali Imran verse 78: "And there is indeed a group among them who twist their tongues with the book, that you may suppose it to be from the book. But it is not from the book. And they say, “It is from God,” though it is not from God. And they knowingly speak a lie against God".
@@holyforce7065 we have the original one. Archaeological evidence proves this. You are basically saying that Islam is wrong in a different way. Your argument self destrcucts as well, because it says "The *Word* of your Lord is perfect in truthfulness and justice; no one can change His words" and then you say " *a party* of them has been wont to listen to the *Word* of Allah and after they had fully grasped it, knowingly distorted it?" And then you say "And there is indeed *a group* among them who *twist their tongues* with the book, that you may suppose it to be from the book." So no, the Quran does not say that the Bible is corrupted. It says the Bible is true, but there are some people among the people of the book, who lie about the content of Bible. This is why Mohammed always says that the people of the book should read their book. He believed that the truth is inside there, and that some people simply twist it. BTW Muslims also believe that there are Muslims who do this, such as the Ahmadiya. Or do you believe the Ahmadiya corrupted the Quran? Thank you again for proving that Islam is false, just in a different way.
@@pikapi6993 You have the original bible? Oh please show me the source of your statement 😋. "The word of your lord" has context, but which one does Allah refers it? For your information, the word of your Lord/God means Holy Book, you can clearly see in the internet by typing the Word Of God synonims. Back to the discussion, the word of god or holy book that QS al-an'am refers is clearly not bible nor torah since in the Qur'an it's also explain that Christians and Jews change those two books. So those book must be the Holy Qur'an Talking about something has context, i'll give you an example of how context works. For example, if i said "i'm sure about this". The word "this" sure has context on which matters that i'm sure about, you can't just use my line "i'm sure about this" to anything i said because those phrase don't belongs to all of my statement 🥴. It's like you need to learn more logic 🥴.
@@holyforce7065 you are the one who is not understanding logic here. It does clearly refer to the Torah and Gospel as well, because your Quran said that both Torah and Gospel are true revelations of Allah. And you are still ignoring the fact, that Mohammed used the Torah that Jews had in the 7th century in order to judge Jews. This is what your scriptures say. Mohammed said. whent the Jews asked him, that the Jews should read their own book. He said the same about Christians. This means that in the 7th century, Allah and Mohammed thought, that the Jewish and Christian books were not corrupted. The Quran says, that there are some people who lie about the Jewish adn Christian books. It does not say, that the book was corrupted. It says that the tongues of people twisted it. Muslims are the ones who do not understand logic. This is why Muslim countries are backwards, even the rich ones.
I've had these discussions with Muslims. Dear, oh dear, they get lost pretty quick, and either disappear or totally take a space-rocket tangent to agree with their book and totally never answer the question.
Their book isn't an authentic book. It was written by men, imitating the Gosple and the Torah, copying and pasting whatever suits them and adding to it whatever is convenient and beneficial to the way they like and intend to live..Men made anti Christ book
This is what they don't realize Muhammad write the Qur'an it wasn't written until after his death. Is number one is the one who actually wrote it or had it written. Some Muhammad was never there to say yeah that's what I said that's what I meant. And then that first original Quran was destroyed and then they rewrote it again so it's had multiple changes. They just recently found the oldest known copy of the Quran oh that had been discovered but they didn't know what it was until an archaeologist came along and realized what it was and what they have found through infrared and x-ray is what the original verses in the Quran said because they tried to cover it up with a newer writing which even by their own law is forbidden "cannot change God's word" and it goes into great detail talking about the 72 virgins for martyrdom and all that and it never says virgins has says grapes. And in some of the oldest mosque interchanges there are pictures that depict people who have died in heaven being fed grapes so this corroborates what the original Quran was saying and how it's been corrupted over the years. .
At-Tabari reported Ibn Abbas as saying that the book referred to in the verse was the Torah and the Gospel; the people with whom Muhammad (peace be upon him) was commanded to confer were those who lived in Muhammad's time and believed in him. The Prophet was to turn to them if questions as to the foretelling of his own prophet hood in those books arose. The only object of possible doubt was then Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself, and the people with whom he was to confer were restricted to those who believed in his mission.Furthermore, Muhammad (peace be upon him) had been prophesied in the scriptures - Jewish and Christian - but these prophecies had been denied by the majority of Jews and Christians except for those who had come to accept that such prophecies were truthful and had become Muslim.
I'm so glad I found Jesus Christ, actually he found me but just amazing the peace he gave me and the joy, he delivered me from a 5 year run of meth addiction 14 years ago and I still feel his love on my life even through the hard times. Some may think Christianity doesn't live by the law anymore but actually Jesus took the law up a level and by obeying his 2 commandments all the rest of the laws are fulfilled, Love thy lord thy God with all the heart all thy soul and all thy mind and love one another as I have love you! He was the word in the beginning and all things were created through him, praise be to Jesus Christ through whom we are able to cry Father!

@DLIP DLIP jesus had dark skin with silky hair to his shoulders. The jews were mixed, some had white skin like the white arabs now and some had dark skin like the Egyptians.
***** The Bible was the source of the Qur'an, Muhammad even admits it where he says 'it is the verification and completion of what was written before' or whatever exact expression it was that he said about it. I and others believe he just heard the stories from others who told him about them and he decided to copy them and make his own version of events (with an Islamic spin on the characters/events)...
You are right insamuch as we use " Muhammad " as shorthand for the collective of scribes who wrote the Koran many decades after the alleged death of the illiterate minor warlord from Palestine later redacted to become the "Prophet"Muhammad". However you are slightly wrong to say The Bible is the source. It is a major source but apocryphal and gnostic writings not found in the Bible and also varied pagan Nabathean myths as well as Zoroastrian stories are also included. The book is a jumble of pre existing material gathered by the scribes and with some justification for Arabism ( Jihad ) added for political effect.

the bible is also utter confusion...and contradiction. and plagiarisms. and illogical nonsense. and immorality. and hate. and murder. and genocide. and incest. and slavery. and lies. and insanity. and death.
+Jerome Elster Incorrect. But, it is written for the heart, not the mind, primarily. I have investigated countless so-called contradictions, and found there are none. I have found that the Bible DESCRIBES manyt things, including the effects of man's separation of God (as a warning), yet PRESCRIBES otherwise. I have found the Bible has an amazing Message that God choses to work in the context of a very sinful people, drawing them back to Himself. In patience, that took time, and at one time involved God carving out a nation in a small piece of land called Canaan (now Israel/Palestine). But when the fullness of His revelation came in Jesus, the Message is clear: "love your neighbor as yourself"... "love your enemies". You are wrong, the Bible does not prescribe the things you said at all. Peace to you.
+Juan Isa then you haven't read it....most christians havent, so you're certainly not alone. but you really should give it a try and see who and what it is you believe in... it is a load of immoral shit!! don't believe me?? read it!!!
I've read it many times- I read it every day. There's no message of love like in the Bible. This Message has revolutionized my life, and turned me from a selfish and nasty person into someone who loves, and is learning to love more. There's absolutely nothing immoral in what is PRESCRIBED in the Bible. If you would like to give me one example (not a long copy and paste job from the internet which twists the words of the BIble), I'd be happy to show you how the Bible is pure.
+Juan Isa it actually has no less than 400 confirmed contradictions...but you'll only see what you want to see. it's like having a child that you will love and defend til the end...you live in denial and see no wrong. the rest of the world knows the kid is a piece of shit!!!

Copy and paste the title into the You Tube search bar and you can watch a presentation. The point with the video is that if we have missed such minor issues, what else of major importance have we missed? Nero was "666". He committed suicide in June AD 68 after a 3 1/2 year persecution against the Christians after the city of Rome burned. Galba was next on the throne, but for a short time. He was killed in January AD 69. He set up an image of Nero in the temple and demanded that the Jews worship it. This was the abomination of desolation prophesied by Daniel and Jesus. It was also the sign for the Christians to flee to the mountains. When the Roman forces overtook the city of Jerusalem in AD 70 the Jews retreated to the temple and were on the wall defending themselves. The Roman forces were catapulting stones over the wall and onto the Jews that weighed a talent, thereabouts 100 lbs. This was fulfillment of John's prophecy of the hailstones falling from the skies in the latter days that weighed a talent. While this was occurring the Jews were shouting "The Son cometh!" Edgar Allan Poe Jesus died according to you how could he be God and he died and he is a humab. Adam has no mother or father but brainwashing is very powerful.
Do you admit that men are sinners? God knows the future. He set up a sacrificial system for the descendants of Abraham. They were to make sacrifices for their sins. Most were not abiding by the law. Also, the men in charge of the system corrupted it and were taking advantage of the people that they deemed to be beneath them. God foreknew that man would do this. The coming of Jesus was prophesied in Genesis. He came to be the final sacrifice. The temple was destroyed in AD 70, yet men have made great attempts to keep this system going. Why? Because there is money in it! They continue to fleece the sheep. It is the nature of man. The temple of God today is the body of the believer. Under the Old Covenant no man was allowed into the place of eternity, His kingdom, Heaven. The New Covenant allows humans in soul, or spirit, only. The resurrection was a past event that occurred at the consummation of the ages, in AD 70. It was only for those that died prior to AD 70. AD 70 was the beginning of the New Covenant, and not at the cross. Jesus said that He came not to nullify the law, but to fulfill the law and the prophets, prophecy. The law was fulfilled at the cross, but all of prophecy was not until AD 70. He gave that generation forty years to wander and wonder in the wilderness. Few would repent and accept Him as Messiah. Over 1.3 million Jews were killed when the Roman forces overtook the land occupied by the Jews. After their defeat over 90k were sold into slavery. This was fulfillment of the prophets. It was the end of the Old and the beginning of the never ending New Covenant. There are many false teachers in the world today; in the churches and seminaries, as well as atheistic professors. A hungry soul will parse out the truth and the TRUTH will set you free. Fulfilled prophecy is the greatest testament of Jesus being the prophesied Son of Man and Son of God. Most preachers are awaiting fulfilled prophecy in our future. Tis a past event that occurred in AD 70. Jesus told His apostles that the inhabitants of the earth would see Him no more. He told them that they would not have gone through all the cities of Israel before His coming. He even told Peter that John would lived to see His coming. All of this occurred just as He stated. Many today are awaiting the new heaven and earth. Well, we are living in it. The old heaven would not allow for humanity in any form to enter. The old earth consumed the bodies of the sinner and the saint. The new heaven allows the soul of the repentant believer entry upon death of the flesh and blood, the body. The new earth does not consume the soul of the repentant, only those not in Christ. I have done my own research and studies. I have not allowed any man to foist his beliefs on me. I was fooled as a child. I have overcome the false teaching of a future rapture and resurrection, as well as the lie of evolution. My book has over six years of research behind it. Actual evidence that shows at the Council of Nicea 324 that Jesus was for the first time considered to be one with God and not just a creation of God. Before 325 no one believed that, it was one Bishop that brought that whole thought to the council. Then in 385 the Holy Spirit was added to it, so before 385 there was no Trinity. Even Jesus says in the Bible that he is not God, he is not Lord, he is but a man. And to worship Jesus is to worship a false god because only God is God. Also if you look at the 10 Commandments, Thou shalt have no graven images. A cross is a graven image because there's no proof that Jesus was ever crucified on the cross. The word in the old text is actually tree which was common practice by the Romans. But none-the-less hypothetically let's say it is a cross, it's still a Graven image and by God's law it's not permitted, but yet every Christian has one on their Bible around their neck or hanging in a church. This art of worshiping Jesus is wrong you only worship God. I'm not mistaken I believe the man himself said you should have no Gods before me. And before you start jumping up and down saying the Trinity the Trinity that makes Jesus and God one remember that didn't exist in Jesus's time it didn't exist after Jesus's time until nearly 325 years after the fact and then the Holy Spirit wasn't added to 385 years after the fact. The Trinity is a man-made myth.

If you watch this video I feel sorry for you because this guy takes it all out of context with nothing more then a single verse lol he did zero research besides out of context verses out the Quran.

@@ab-wj8yg You have not answered the question. There is no agreement at all within the churches, hence this issue. All books from both OT and NT is not sure of who wrote them. You mean that 4 Gospels out of 25 Gospels is correct? That is 15%. Also those 4 are according to them and not by them. They are also against each other in some parts in contradictions. That means even those 4 Gospels (15%) is not sure if they are correct or not. The question still stands: Which bible is words of god?
romans 1:16 says : for I am NOT ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of GOD unto salvation to all that "BELIEVE", to the JEW FIRST THEN also to the Greek( gentiles)/(everybody not Jewish).
+Jarlaxle Daerthe yes. If its one thing God taught me through what ive learnt. Is that sometimes you have to go outside of your bible to dig up info and then come back to the bible and compare that info with the Word. Do not be ignorant of the resources That's been given but use them to that of your advantage. If you are not willing to use what is given then you are not willing to learn and go further to expand within your horizion. And thats why i said history and the Bible go hand in hand. Whats has been happening in the past during those times it's actually happening right now as we speak (history is repeating itself)
+Nat Clo I've read both even thou i haven' read the entire OT or the NT. I know more about my own than most Christians and Muslims put together. My heart is open to what God has or wants to show me. And that's not me boasting because I'm not always right. :D
+Son Goku they do actually because i found out about the Trinity in Christianity is rooted in paganism and the trinity never was apart of the bible. i know muslism can agree that God is not a Trinity. lol it took me a few years to accept that as truth myself untill i did history research. its a catholic faith base teaching. the trinity came in the bible during the 4th century. most christians refuse to accept this as pure truth.
***** Again, if you cannot present your evidence so we can all assess it, then all you're doing is merely stating your own Opinion, which, you're entitled to.
+Kurt Abrahams If Jesus Christ was just a prophet, then what is the will of God? Jesus is not just a prophet, He's God!! Matthew 7: 21 KJV Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: BUT he that doeth the WILL OF MY FATHER which is in heaven. Then in: John 6:29 Jesus answered them and said unto them, This is the work of God, that YE BELIEVE ON HIM WHOM HE HATH SENT. That is the will, that we believe in Christ Jesus with all our heart, mind and soul. Who are we to believe in? Jesus
+Makaveli The Don "My evidence is simple: logic. God is one and he is not a human, he is above everything you idolaters think about him. " God can be a Higher Spirit and human, while still being above everything... So that's not a good refutation of Christianity. Try refuting David Wood's video.
Duby1421 , No its not! Just because the Gospel is corrupted , doesn't mean we should reject it altogether. David, I have been wanting to know how to introduce Jesus the Christ to the Muslim side of my family. They tell me that Jesus was just a prophet and was not the Son of God. I do have a question. What does "unlettered" prophet? Thank you for showing how important research is and thank you for continuing to do these videos.
I'm sorry that no one appears to have yet replied to your post. 'Unlettered' means illiterate or poorly educated. Mohammedans cite M'hed as being illiterate [The false book - Surah 7:157 & Surah 7:158].
Muhammad SAW didn't get any education neither he could write, the fact which ended up becoming one of the strongest evidence that The final prophet SAW was not making up The Quran, particularly when the Quran came up with the purest form of Arabic and words rendered in such beautiful way that was never heard before, many contemporary poets gave up poetry after accepting Islam in respect to the style used by the God. God's words are not Arabic but He chose to send Quran to arabs thus Allah says in the QURAN that He has dressed his words in Arabic.
Jesus is everything: Prophet, Messiah, High Priest, Mighty Counsellor, Mighty Father, Teacher, King of Kings, etc because he is the God's chosen Figure who is answerable to God only. Big or small, rich or poor, all prophets and anyone else bow to God through him because he is everything.

The Devil mixes truth with error. And it leads many people astray. But in better news many muslims are coming to Jesus. And accepting him. Amazing! I hope many more come to the truth, and get to know that our God is love!
No, I don't if you read both the bible and the quran you'd see the difference. In Christianity God is 3 father, son and the holy spirit. Islam believe in Allah and no one but Allah just one person. They deny Jesus died on the cross they deny the holy spirit and try to say both our God is one but those who say that have no idea what is coming out of their mouths. So no, we don't worship the same God. We believe Jesus is the only way and that he died to atone for the sins of the world and that he is God's son. Muslims deny that.
muslims think this about The Trinity God The Father + God The Son + God The Holy Spirit = 3 Gods (1+1+1=3) Christian think like this God The Father + God The Son + God The Holy Spirit = God (∞+∞+∞=∞) ∞ = infinite

Don't say that. We are to follow the bible this is why he's called the word, follow the bible or quit proclaiming a christ you don't even know. The Bible is the way God introduces himself to us gentiles, and even today's isrealites.
1. The Catholic Church is the oldest institution in the world. Jesus Himself gave it authority and truth, and the power to forgive or bind sins, [Matt 16:13-19], and we call this the Power of the Keys. Catholics are obliged to go to Mass every week in simple obedience to the Commandment to “Keep the Sabbath Holy”. 2. Doctrine is established (via its councils) from the Bible and traditions. Why traditions? The Bible itself makes that clear. “So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by our spoken word or by our letter.” ...........2 Thessalonians 2:15 Those Councils taught that God is one, but a trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. 3. Protestant Bible books were all taken from the originals maintained by the Catholic Church, since the earliest times, but dropped up to seven books around 1530, and so changed doctrine and tradition, despite the bible being clear about the pillar of truth. The church of the living God is the pillar and foundation of the truth." Timothy 3:15 4. Before there was any New testament the Church "did the Eucharist" by tradition, just as Jesus had told them to do. The Gospels and letters were written many years after the ascension of Christ. Catholic Martyrs were being made for years before any of the Gospels were put in writing. Matthew was written 7 years after the Ascension, Mark plus 10, Luke plus 25, John plus 63, Rev plus 65 years. In 397 AD the Catholic Council of Carthage set the Biblical Canon. By ignoring the catholic tradition you are disobeying the written word, “So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by our spoken word or by our letter.” ....................2 Thessalonians 2:15 5. Today's 35,000 Protestant denominations and sects have all lost some biblical truths, lost the unified authority of apostolic council and succession which the Catholic Church retains, and lost leadership

19sadiq5510 God (Jesus) died on the cross only once in order to save us from receiving punishment for being born as a sinner who sins against the living God. Jesus, as God the Son who is fully God and fully human, died on the cross to receive the wrath of God in our place. Jesus then resurrected from the dead after three days. So rest assured, God is not dead and he is alive. Jesus is alive right now and he will reign forever.
Hey Abdi Abdiwahid, I know and believe the resurrection of Jesus Christ of Nazareth is true firstly because I trust Jesus and the Bible 100% and secondly because it is completely rational. Here is a video and an article that I highly recommend: ua-cam.com/video/fwXx_EQuQdQ/v-deo.html www.desiringgod.org/articles/historical-evidence-for-the-resurrection The three historical facts that I want you to keep in mind as you watch this video and read this article are these. 1) The tomb in which Jesus was buried was discovered empty by a group of women on the Sunday following the crucifixion. 2) Jesus' disciples had real experiences with one whom they believed was the risen Christ. 3) As a result of the preaching of these disciples, which had the resurrection at its center, the Christian church was established and grew.

"Exposed" wrong, all the scriptures that you mentioned were put together as one book which is the Bible and all agree to the same things which is called text critic where we can point out which text has been altered.
David is an amazing testimony , God bless you David and thank you for helping all, Understand truth I ask Muslims that try to talk me into converting to Islam "so tell me, how does Islam say your soul is saved, what is the path to heaven and God according to Islam?" The looks i get are priceless
According to the Koran, the path to Paradise is through killing an infidel, or several, then being shot dead by the police. Not sure if it works, but hey!
Ergo - the Qur'an is incoherent. Much like the Book of Mormon, it is found wanting when, not only compared to the Bible, but when compared to verses in its own scriptures.
I always find it so interesting the Muslims are always trying to shut down discussion. It's as though they fear that a simple honest discussion will expose the darkness of Islam, so they are always trying to end reasonable discussion by making unfair claims like above and things like, "you must learn Arabic to be able to understand the Qur'an". That way the Muslim can hopefully shut down any challenge made against it. What a ridiculous and deceptive approach. Like Mormons, they also make the convenient claim the Bible is corrupt - they have to, because it exposes the lying spirit behind their false scriptures and teachings. Islam is anti-Christ and it's a false religion.
RPM11111 Sorry dude but if a drunk stripper wrote a book and told you it was 'the good news' would you believe it or would you use some sort of logic, reason and rational investigation of the evidence to prove it? Surely you would., So how does the Bible measure up using the same method? Please enlighten us seeing as God sent Jesus the Injeel and no one ever sent the Bible to anyone. Hopefully you're able to rationally see the difference.
RPM11111 I'm all for an honest discussion. But the Injeel is not the Bible unless you simply imagine it to be so. You need to remove your fantasy and evaluate the evidence and THEN formulate a conclusion. It's only logical. Come back here with a reasonable discussion and we'll see. I aint going nowhere. If you study the Bible, on it's own, nothing to do with the Quran, you'll find that its written by phantom writers, it's not perfect and theres major issues with accuracy of it. Why do Blind Christians attack Islam when Bible Scholars prove major issues with the Bible? The Quran came 600 years later. Go read more than 1 version of the Bible and you'll find out it has not been kept intact. Forget the Quran, it has no influence on the Bible. Period.
What really bothers me is that I have done my research myself for the last 10 years and have came to the same conclusion. But what gets me annoyed is not the same conclusion .But how that there are still so many Muslims when it is a fact , If they just read the Torah or The Bible or WATCH A UA-cam video like these ones , that without a doubt they would be mad and enraged that their religion was false that if they still believed it to be true they would do some research themselves right? BUT IT LOOKS LIKE NONE DO. Looks like also that Christians don't read their bibles because if they did as well. We wouldn't be needing UA-cam videos to explain in simplicity the details of the corruption of Islam in a whole..But because the Christians lack desire to know God they are running on empty and fumes rather than true righteousness ..
+34Adamlee77 There are many christians who lack desire to read the Bible. That can be observed in many churches, among which mine is one. But even for christians who are diligent in reading the Bible, we'll still need this video, because we have never read the Quran. When we encounter muslims, they only tell us that Allah is the same god as in the Bible, and that the Bible is mentioned in the Quran. But when we ask for more info, they very often do not or could not quote from their Quran. So, christians really have no idea what the muslims are talking about, and what are the evidence and logic they are proposing. I think with the islamization going on globally, christians (me included) really need to pick up the Quran and read it for ourselves, so that we can discern the illogic-ness in the Quran, both in face of the Bible and historical evidences. We can't be lazy/ignorant christians now, else we risk Satan's deception (and he is indeed the great deceiver, the "father of lies").
There is a flaw in this. If at the time of the Quran, the Bible hadn't been edited yet. And since, someone has edited it, and corrupted it. So it makes Islam false? This would make sense, as they want Islam to go away, so doing so would prove it was false.
@@doms6741 Your logic would make sense only if there was just one Bible in all of the world and if there is any evidence that the Bible has gone through such edits. In fact, the Bible was already disparsed throughout the world by the time Islam came into existence. Also, we have so many documents written by people quoting from the Bible that long predates Islam, that affirms the message of the Bible. Furthermore, the Bible was not the one that had any evidence of vast edits and attempt to change. It was actually the Quran, as attested by some of Islam's most trusted sources.

But yes blame Muslims who does not consider the corruption of the bible as part of a "holy scripture" which are changed, added and/or removed by churches, bishops, priests and fathers when ever it benefits them. When Christians does not agree with each others which bible is words of God, then how can you blame Muslims for not agreeing with you liars? Here is what I say: "If you want to tell to a Muslim that Bible is words of god, you need first to tell it to a Christian". This is how you crush Christians and their lies. Good luck!
@@Iambadboy88 Most of the books were added after-the-fact and have since been removed to just the 66 books. I'm not going to tell you that you're wrong about your faith or whatnot, but I will say that this particular argument holds no water. If Christians believe in these 66 books that lack any contradictions of theological substance (contradictions of language will inherently exist after so many translations), the addition of other books does not corrupt those 66. There are manuscripts of most of those books that were written within less than 100 years of the original New Testament texts that almost identically match what we have today. If you were to claim that they were corrupted, you'd be forced to claim that the Bible would have been corrupted in that extremely small time frame (long before the Qr'an was written). You'd also have to claim that all correct versions of the Bible in the subsequent 500 years were miraculously destroyed without evidence. All four books of the gospel provide different perspectives and insights into the experience of Jesus' life. They tell different angles with different purposes and can be treated as one Word as such. They do not contradict each other in content nor do they contradict the other 62 books acknowledged (in fact, they affirm those other books). So again, the addition and removal of new books does not change the message and content of those 4 books.
I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart that you made me rethink everything and be fully thankful and blessed that I am born in the right religion from the start. Everything makes sense and i kinda feel bad for our Muslim friends, because they unfortunately live in a big lie and hope and pray for them, that they find the right direction. God bless you all. An interesting observation I have made: A commentary by a Muslim scholar on page 1767 of "The Study Quran" says: "The notion that previous scriptures have been abrogated in the sense of being nullified or excessively distorted to such an extent that their message no longer reflects the particularity of the original teachings, as some Muslims mantain, would seem to be contradicted by verses such as 5:43: 'And how is it that they come to thee for judgement, when they have the Torah, wherein is God's judgement?' and 5:68: 'Say O People of the Book! You stand on naught till you observe the Torah and the Gospel, and the that which has been sent down unto you from your Lord.' In this same vein, 5:47 says of Christians: 'Let the people of the Gospel judge by that which God has sent down therein.' It would be contradictory for the Quran to mantain the efficacy of judging by the Torah and the Gospel if it were to also mantain that these scriptures have been abrogated or excessively distorted. It would also make little sense to say that the religions in which these scriptures are applicable are defunct, or were defunct at the time the Quran was revealed, for it is the methodologies developed within the religions that would provide their followers with the ability to judge in accordance with them. If previous religions were abrogated by the revelation of the Quran, it would be implausible for to tell the Prophet Muhammad to seek their counsel when it says to seek their counsel when it says 'Ask the people of the Reminder if you know not' ((16:43; cf 21:7)." Thus it isn't just non-Muslims who make the claim that the Quran is to be interpreted that way. (The paragraphs were added by me to make reading easier.)
Robert Markowski , Jesus in bible is a lord, not the Lord God , the creator of the heavens and earth. The Mayor of your city is called Lord Mayor, but that doesn't make him God. Also, Adam in Genesis is "a son of God" , but that doesn't make him God. Jesus is called Son because he is a teacher of God just like Adam, Jesus is not God. You Christians say Jesus had no human father, because Joesph was not his real father, therefore that makes Jesus God, yet Adam had no human father either, but you don't see Adam as God , so why see Jesus as God?, You Christians misunderstand all the verses in the bible, where you claim it proves Jesus is God. Jesus said " my God is your God", if Jesus is God, then who did he pray to? himself?

Hi there, I'd like to highlight some very important points. for those actually interested in the truth (rather than those interested only in what they desire to hear). The speaker seems to have deliberately left out some key verses, which entirely nullify his point. The conclusion the speaker reached at the end was: "The Qur'an affirms that the bible is an authority over the Qur'an, and because this is the case, and the bible doesn't confirm the Qur'an, therefore you have a dilemma." And he cherry picks verses to make his point. The speaker has deliberately left out key verses which make this conclusion impossible. This includes Surah Al-Ma'idah, Ayah 48 (So, 5:48): Translations of the verse: (Dr. Mustafa Khattab) We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ this Book with the truth, as a confirmation of previous Scriptures and a supreme authority on them. So judge between them by what God has revealed, and do not follow their desires over the truth that has come to you. To each of you We have ordained a code of law and a way of life. If God had willed, He would have made you one community, but His Will is to test you with what He has given ˹each of˺ you. So compete with one another in doing good. To God you will all return, then He will inform you ˹of the truth˺ regarding your differences. (Abdul Haleem) We sent to you [Muhammad] the Scripture with the truth, confirming the Scriptures that came before it, and with final authority over them: so judge between them according to what God has sent down. Do not follow their whims, which deviate from the truth that has come to you. We have assigned a law and a path to each of you. If God had so willed, He would have made you one community, but He wanted to test you through that which He has given you, so race to do good: you will all return to God and He will make clear to you the matters you differed about. What I wanted to highlight is "مهيمن عليه" - as in translation: a Supreme authority, a Final authority over them. I say that he has deliberately left it out, with the intent of deception, because he has quoted the verses right before this verse, but has conveniently chosen to leave this verse out. Also, there's a set of verses which he actually quoted, but with selective translation, so that it wouldn't cause problems for this dilemma he's cooking up; Surah Aal-E-Imran, Ayah 2-4 (So, 3:2-4) (Dr. Mustafa Khattab) God! There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him-the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining. He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel previously, as a guide for people, and ˹also˺ revealed the Standard ˹to distinguish between right and wrong˺. Surely those who reject God’s revelations will suffer a severe torment. For God is Almighty, capable of punishment. (Abdul Haleem) God: there is no god but Him, the Ever Living, the Ever Watchful. Step by step, He has sent the Scripture down to you [Prophet] with the Truth, confirming what went before: He sent down the Torah and the Gospel earlier as a guide for people and He has sent down the distinction [between right and wrong]. Those who deny God’s revelations will suffer severe torment: God is almighty and capable of retribution. What I wanted to highlight is "وَأَنزَلَ ٱلۡفُرۡقَانَۗ". The speaker selectively translated this as "He sent down the Qur'an". But Qur'an isn't the word being used in the verse; the word is Furqan, which means Criterion, Distinction (that which is used to distinguish between truth and falsehood). Albeit, some translations do render this as Qur'an (although inaccurate). Him selecting this translation rather than others, is so that it wouldn't conflict with the dilemma he's trying to force. The speaker’s whole argument rests on the assumption that the Qur’an affirms the authority of the previous books. And based on the above, we can comfortably say that No, the Qur'an does not support that, and it clearly states that the Qur’an is the authority over the previous scriptures. And so, there is no "dilemma" at all. The speaker has forced this “dilemma” by deliberately and deceptively hiding verses and selectively translating. This is what I wanted to draw attention to: please, don't take your information about Islam from this speaker. If you're really interested in learning, then please, go to actual authorities on Islamic knowledge. There's plenty of resources. If you're not interested in learning true knowledge, and you just wanna hear what you desire, then go for it. If you don’t wanna be sincere, I can't stop you. But if you're honestly seeking the truth about this religion, then please go seek it elsewhere. Don't just swallow up the first thing you hear. Go and research it, with an open heart and an open mind. Go to those who actually have reliable knowledge. Thanks for reading, May God increase you in beneficial knowledge and guide you to the right path. For further info regarding this point in particular, I can refer you to a few videos: Paul Williams approaches this topic in a very scholarly manner, in his videos "Does the Qur'an endorse the Bible"; Also, Full Metal Theist responds to this specific video if you wanna go search that up as well. God willing, I will also write another more detailed comment under this comment as a reply, but this should suffice for now.
After highlighting the above, there are several other misunderstandings, fallacies, and flat out deceptions with no evidence, that the speaker has presented in this video (including that God "couldn't", and the Prophet "doubted" - both blatant deception, with no evidence to back it, as will be addressed below). I will begin to address these points. But before beginning though, I'd like to summarize the standard Islamic view regarding the Qur'an and previous revelation: The Qur'an is the final revelation to all of mankind, and it is absolutely obligatory, a pillar of faith, to believe in the previous revelations, which include the Torah that was revealed to Moses, and the Injeel (Gospel) that was revealed to Jesus. The Qur'an 100% affirms the original revelations which came to these noble prophets of God. However, that doesn't mean that the Qur'an 100% affirms the contemporary bible; first off, the Qur'an highlights that the Injeel was revealed to Jesus. The 4 gospels weren't revealed to Jesus, written by him, or anything. They were written much later. Note as well that the Qur'an highlights an Injeel (singular) that was revealed to Jesus. Jesus received a single Gospel, revealed to him, not Anajeel (plural, i.e. gospels). The Qur'an doesn't mention anything about 4 writers who were inspired by God or anything of the like. The Qur'an also certainly does not affirm other parts of the NT (such as Paul's writings) - because Paul's writings weren't a revelation to Jesus. There are also several parts within the Old testament of today that the Qur'an certainly doesn't accept; for example, the way the noble prophets of God are portrayed as committing atrocious sins. That being said, it doesn't mean that absolutely everything is thrown out the window & corrupt in the 4 gospels and old testament. It indeed could be the case, that a decent portion of the teachings of Jesus survived and were passed on successfully to the writers of the 4 gospels and recorded, and that the law of the old testament could indeed have a decent portion resembling the original.
So, without further delay: First point: in the beginning of the video, he claims that the Qur'an states that "There is no change in the Word of God". The Qur'an however, mentions several times that the people of the book corrupted/misinterpreted their books. This is also supported by hadiths (narrations of the prophet) and other supporting evidence; a summary of these can be found here: (Alright, it seems direct links might be preventing my comment from saving, so to find it, google the following: Call to monotheism Evidence That Islam Teaches That There Was Textual Corruption of The Christian and Jewish Scriptures; and it'll be the first result) Aside from this, there is the more obvious example, which is a total elephant in the room. If you want to assume that the Qur'an asserts that the current day scriptures are 100% valid and entirely unchanged: let me point out, that the 4 gospels all very clearly and obviously lead up to the point of the crucifixion of Jesus (peace be upon him). The Qur'an, however, states that he was Not crucified, rather, he was raised up to God, and was not harmed by his enemies; as is mentioned in Surah An-Nisa' 157 - 158 (So, 4:157-158). (Please search it up if you like, but it seems youtube won't allow me to post it in a comment for some reason) Clearly, the Qur'an knows about the crucifixion and denies that it happened. And so, it is illogical to assert that the Qur'an 100% affirms the preservation of the text of the previous scriptures. Another example, is the Old testament: the Qur'an mentions the same story regarding the calf idol - and so it knows the event well, but the one who made the calf in the Qur’an isn't Aaron (peace be upon him) as mentioned in the Old testament (and the OT thusly accuses a noble prophet of God, of making an idol which the Israelites would worship - the worst of sins). Therefore, to assert that the meaning of the verse is "there has been not a single word which has been corrupted in any of the scriptures, and the text in the bible is 100% preserved, protected, supported" is nonsense. The Qur'an knows the event, the event is corrected - and so, this testifies that the Qur'an is saying that the same event mentioned in the bible is untrue, corrupted. But then, how do we understand the verse which was quoted by the speaker? The verse in question is Surah Al-Kahf, Ayah 27 (So, 18:27): وَٱتۡلُ مَآ أُوحِيَ إِلَيۡكَ مِن كِتَابِ رَبِّكَۖ لَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَٰتِهِۦ وَلَن تَجِدَ مِن دُونِهِۦ مُلۡتَحَدٗا (Dr. Mustafa Khattab) Recite what has been revealed to you from the Book of your Lord. None can change His Words, nor can you find any refuge besides Him. (Abdul Haleem) [Prophet], follow what has been revealed to you of your Lord’s Scripture: there is no changing His words, nor can you find any refuge except with Him. Well, first off, the context: the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is being spoken to, and he’s being told to recite the book God has revealed to him. So based on this context, we can simply understand Words here, to refer to the words of God in the final revelation, the Qur’an. And this would be a valid understanding from the context. Another possible understanding, if you would want to insist on having Words being understood in the general sense, without context: I share with you what the exegete Ibn Ashur and Ibn Uthaymeen mention on the topic, which covers it quite nicely. The gist of what they mention is that there are two other possibilities which Ibn Ashur highlights, regarding the understanding of “لَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَٰتِهِۦ” i.e. “there is no changer of his words”; One is that no one else can bring anything which is superior to the words of Allah, which (due to its superiority) would overshadow and replace the words of Allah. Two is that it’s actually an legislative order - i.e. there is no way to legitimately change the word of Allah, i.e. it is illegal for you to do so, i.e. you must stick to the word of Allah. So, here’s the situation. You have 2 verses; A and B. Verse A has multiple valid understandings, and Verse B which is supported by plenty of evidence and plenty of other verses. How to reconcile? You select one of the valid understandings of Verse A which don’t clash with Verse B. Simple as that; this is how to understand verses in light of each-other, and this is how the Qur’an should be understood.
Next point: The speaker mentions that "muslims believe that God '''couldn't''' protect the previous revelations"... that's silly, is all I can say. Where did the speaker get this notion from? Which verses did he reach to the conclusion that God "couldn't"? Rather, he slipped it in between, so that you swallow it right up, deluding you to think that it's backed by evidence. Rather, it's a blatant lie. The number of verses that state that God is capable of all things, is so frequently recurring in the Qur'an, that you simply can’t miss it, e.g. 3:26, 3:29, 3:165, 3:189, ... and that's just in one chapter. There are several instances of this meaning in the same chapters that he's quoted... but he chooses to hide that clear meaning, and slips in that lie. Now, regarding preservation: the previous revelations were specific for a certain nation and a certain timeframe. The preservation of their scriptures was entrusted to the scholars* (perhaps as a test for them). However, they failed to do so. *As mentioned in Surah Al-Ma'idah, Ayah 44 (so, 5:44): (Dr. Mustafa Khattab) Indeed, We revealed the Torah, containing guidance and light, by which the prophets, who submitted themselves to God, made judgments for Jews. So too did the rabbis and scholars judge according to God’s Book, with which they were entrusted and of which they were made keepers. So do not fear the people; fear Me! Nor trade my revelations for a fleeting gain. And those who do not judge by what Allah has revealed are ˹truly˺ the disbelievers. (Abdul Haleem) We revealed the Torah with guidance and light, and the prophets, who had submitted to God, judged according to it for the Jews. So did the rabbis and the scholars in accordance with that part of God’s Scripture which they were entrusted to preserve, and to which they were witnesses. So [rabbis and scholars] do not fear people, fear Me; do not barter away My messages for a small price; those who do not judge according to what God has sent down are rejecting [God’s teachings]. As for the Qur'an, it is for all of mankind, and it is the final revelation - if corruption had reached it, we’d have no scripture to fully rely on; and so, God has ensured that He Himself will protect it and preserve it. Surah Al-Hijr, Ayah 9 (So, 15:9) إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ (Dr. Mustafa Khattab) It is certainly We Who have revealed the Reminder, and it is certainly We Who will preserve it. (Abdul Haleem) We have sent down the Quran Ourself, and We Ourself will guard it. Had God willed, he would have preserved the previous revelations as well, as he is fully capable to do so, but in His wisdom, He has chosen not to do so. Another point to highlight: The speaker says: "One day, the prophet was in doubt, and so..." Once again: the speaker slips in a lie, trying to defame the message of Islam. The speaker then continues, and mentions a verse, assuming that it supports his claim; Surah Yunus, Ayah 94-95 (So, 10:94-95): (Dr. Mustafa Khattab) If you ˹O Prophet˺ are in doubt about ˹these stories˺ that We have revealed to you, then ask those who read the Scripture before you. The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord, so do not be one of those who doubt, and do not be one of those who deny God’s signs or you will be one of the losers. (Abdul Haleem) So if you [Prophet] are in doubt about what We have revealed to you, ask those who have been reading the scriptures before you. The Truth has come to you from your Lord, so be in no doubt and do not deny God’s signs- then you would become one of the losers. Notice, the verse does not say “You are in doubt” - it says “If you are in doubt”. Does that mean “You are in doubt”? Nope. It is saying that, hypothetically, if you were in doubt, then the people of the scriptures are able to confirm what you have. Last point: Judgement using their scriptures: speaker claims that they are asked to judge using the bible; this is incorrect. As it’s already been highlighted, the bible is not the Gospel revealed to Jesus. The bible may contain some of the teachings of Jesus, by being successfully passed down and recorded by the 4 gospel writers, but again: bible & Gospel revealed to Jesus are not synonymous. And so, when they are being commanded to judge by what has been revealed in the Gospel, and when they are told they are upon nothing unless they fulfill the Torah, Gospel, and what has come to them from their Lord (i.e. the Qur’an), it refers to this main point: that if you want to truly fulfill the true parts of the Torah and the Gospel, it is by following this revelation which has come to you, which is a supreme authority over the Gospel and Torah (as mentioned in the beginning of the post). I’m running out of character space, so I refer you the verses which are relevant to the above paragraph: Surah Al-Ma'idah (= chapter 5), verses 47, 48, 68. And with that, I will conclude. I re-iterate; please, if you want to know the truth about this religion, you won’t find it with this person - as has been made clear, he has no problem deceiving, misinterpreting, hiding, pulling out of context, … Please, if you are sincere, go and actually learn about the religion properly, from actual sources of knowledge - there’s plenty which you can find, even online. There’s plenty of muslim speakers and scholars even here on youtube, if you'd like some basics. (e.g. Yusuf Estes has some nice coverage on basics) I’d refer you as well e.g. to the website IslamReligion, it has some good material. I wish you all the best, may God guide you to the straight path.
@Society of Light Gladly! Thanks for taking the time to read. 😊 May I first mention though that I didn’t get a notification from your comment, so perhaps if you could please start your comments with @MNOPYZ to notify me, that would be great. So, you asked: why would a Christian accept the claim that the Qur’an is a criterion over the Torah and Gospel? Well, let me first mention that if you accept that the Qur’an is a criterion over the Torah and Gospel, you’ve become a Muslim. So, the question is essentially: What reason would a Christian have to accept the Qur’an as an authority, and thus accept that Islam is true? Well, there’s a few important reasons, the main one I’ll highlight is this: what the Qur’an teaches, and the actions that it commands, are very similar to the teachings of Jesus (peace be upon him) which you’d even find in the new testament. At the end of the day, as Christians, is it not your goal to follow the teachings of Jesus (peace be upon him)? What I would recommend, is to read through the bible, focusing specifically on that which Jesus (peace be upon him) said and did; to help with this, I’d recommend checking the “Red Letter edition” of the bible: it highlights his sayings throughout the bible in red; it’s a good way to isolate what he’s teaching. You can find it online; just google Red letter edition bible online. I’d especially recommend taking note of the explicit teachings that he gives. Then you can go ahead afterwards and read through the Qur’an. You’ll find that the teachings are very strikingly similar. This similarity of the teachings is one important reason which should make something click in Christians - the God who gave Jesus (peace be upon him) the message which he taught, is the same God who has sent the Qur’an, which in fact, has always been the same message of all the noble prophets of God (peace be upon them all). And so, perhaps the Qur’an is what it claims to be - a completion and purification of the message, sent to a final prophet which has come after many prophets. In conclusion, I’d highly recommend checking the following video: “How the Bible led me to Islam: The Story of a Former Christian Youth Minister - Joshua Evans”. It’s a very beautiful story of the journey of a convert. I wish you all the best, stay safe!
@Society of Light Ah I see. To glorify God is also a main goal of Muslims, so that puts us on common grounds regarding that as well. And regarding the above examples that you’ve highlighted, I will still maintain that, despite them, a large portion of the teachings of Jesus resonate with what Islam teaches, which is still something which should really click for a Christian. This was the case for the convert which I’d referred to in the previous comment (I’d still highly recommend checking the video about his journey if you haven’t done so already). In fact, the advice about checking the red-letter edition bible was actually the advice that he gave. I simply conveyed his advice to you, and I do so comfortably because this is also what the Qur’an mentions regarding the Christians who hear the message of Islam and recognize it to be the truth (see Surah Al-Ma’idah i.e. chapter 5, verses 82-86). As a side note as well, regarding the Islamic viewpoint (just a reiteration), indeed it may be that many of the teachings of Jesus have indeed been successfully recorded in the gospel writings - but this doesn’t mean that everything that is attributed to him is indeed attributed correctly. In conclusion, I’d like to admit that I’m not very qualified to respond about specific points within Christianity, like the examples that you’ve highlighted (I’m not well-versed enough in the Bible and its exegesis etc.); my domain is more regarding Islamic knowledge (and even there, I’m no scholar, I’m just a practicing Muslim who’s reasonably familiar with the content of the Qur’an and where to look for answers). I therefore would like to refer you to someone who’s much more qualified to address the points that you’ve mentioned; Paul Williams, in his channel “Blogging Theology” has some very nice material. He approaches points in a very scholarly fashion (a humble old man; he's not a missionary or anything, nor is his aim ever to attack), and in his videos, he mainly just reads directly from books, written by leading academics on the topics. I’ll refer you to some of his videos which are of peak relevance to what you’ve mentioned, and so I’d highly recommend checking them out: The channel is Blogging theology, and below are the titles of the videos: -What the Bible Really Teaches -Do Christians or Muslims follow the religious practices of Jesus? -What is the true teaching of Jesus about the Old Testament Law? -James the Brother of Jesus and Islam -Quick update: The Islamic Jesus -Did Jesus predict his suffering, death and resurrection? -The Resurrection of Jesus Christ: 'but some doubted' -The Jewish Messiah -Why did the Jews of Paul’s day reject his claim about Jesus being the promised messiah? -Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. Or did he? And overall, the content of his channel is very nice and always very scholarly. (I tried as well to put the list in a pretty logical order based on the contents of the videos to make it more relevant and easier for you :D) I’ll be less available during the following days (it’s the last ten nights of Ramadan, a very special time of worship for Muslims 😊) so I won’t be present as much. So, I’d highly recommend checking the videos above, as well as the video recommendation from the previous comment. I wish you all the best, take care!
Apparently Muslims are getting aware of this quandary, and are now desperately using Surah 2:7 as a proof text the Quaran does say the Torah is corrupt. Any answers how to counter this is appreciated.
With the context of 1-7 it’s saying there is no doubt in the Quran but it’s not going against other Islamic verses that say the Bible is a previous revelation from God
Correction: when muslims won battles against medieval soldiers. I don't recall Muhammad being alive at that time, and no record shows that Jesus nor the God of Heaven took the field. It was men vs men only... and funnily enough, the banal advantage once held by Muslims has ceased - an advantage based on being united, verses divide kingdoms of Europe. Now the 'Christian' West holds the power. And not so much in being united, but simply due to our technology, intellect and inventions. While Islam looks back to the 'glory days of the 7th Century' we press on.
Lol. good joke. Christianity is decreasing in west. in europe they are turning to islam while in america they are becoming atheists. the point is not whether muhammad was alive during crusades or not. the point is if according to u jesus or yahweh were alive, why didn't they come for ur rescue?
En français notre adage est : « les musulmans lisent le coran, les ex-musulmans l'ont compris. » Mais les anglephones ont une meilleure réplique je trouve 😅👍
Thank you for this timely video insight and explanation, it's just what I wanted! Also for your previous video on -Did Jesus say I am God, worship me! These videos have helped with my studies a great deal!
David Wood, this is the first time I saw this video, this is probably your best work ever, You should stick to this line too and you can help a lot of folks
Quran asks us to believe in what the gospel says, and the gospel says that jesus was crucified on a cross. So why does quran say that jesus did not die on the cross but then says that we have to believe what it says in the gospel.
If Islam is the source of happiness, Allah is so merciful and the Qur'an is so perfect, why are people in Muslim countries not an example of coexistence and peace for the world? Why do they fight each other? Why are they filmed cutting off the heads of others? Why are they not happy in their own land?
Dr. Wood, the way you have become a new creation in Christ is very much evident to me, your analysis is clear and to the point. You expand on what is said by the converts from Islam using chapter and verse to demonstrate what they know from living the way their culture treats them and demands of them. The converts I hear testimony from crave the inspired word of God in the Torah and the Gospel. The ministry tries to send all the Bibles they can to satisfy their desire for spiritual nourishment. Your analysis is great and matter of fact, the best news since the good news. I pray God continue to bless your ministry and reveal His will to us all who hear you and watch your videos. You have been an answer to prayer, to God be the glory, and I wish you health and wellness to continue. In the name of Yeshua, amen.
3:40 The answer to the entire video. Allah mentioned Muhammed about the scriptures that are not corrupted. Of course, book wasn't invented at that time and these scriptures were passed over from one generation to another verbally; whether it is Torah, Bible or Quran. So, corrupted scriptures were basically the scholars who interprets the wrong wordings. Even then during that time, there were Christian scholars who delivered the true message from Jesus. Prophet Muhammad have visited these scholars to check that Islamic message is on par with the Christian message. Of course we validated Quran with the help of Bible and Torah, what's wrong in that? Those are the scriptures came before Quran and we do respect and believe it. In short, wherever in Quran it is mentioned about Bible and Torah as the words of God, IT IS MENTIONED ABOUT THE UNBLEMISHED VERSION OF THOSE SCRIPTURES, NOT THE ONE WHICH GOT CORRUPTED AFTER THE TIME OF JESUS. FYI, it is also mentioned in Quran that do follow what both Quran and Bible agree and reject the rest. If the previous scriptures weren't corrupted, it wouldn't have been written like that. Is it hard to understand?
Quran 2.41 And believe in that I have sent down, confirming that which is WITH YOU, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And sell not My signs for a little price; and fear you Me. Quran 7.156-157: "And I will write down (my mercy) for those who are righteous and give alms and who believe in our signs; who follow the apostle, the unlettered prophet, whom they find written in the Torah and the Gospel THAT IS WITH THEM.” Its talking about the Gospel that Christians had with them in the 7th century, which is virtually the same as the one we have now since the NT canon was completed in 350 AD.
The Quran still says that God's words can't be corrupted. And you are saying they can. So, that's a big problem for Islam, as this video also points out. Second- you say the Bible was corrupted after Jesus. Ok. But then you say that Islam "validated the Quran with the help of Bible and Torah". With what, the oral tradition passed down? Why would that be reliable? Or, if you are referring to the written bible and Torah, you contradict yourself, because you said those writings were corrupted after Jesus. There is a gap of about 600 years between (in your view) the "unblemished" Scriptures. I'm sorry, but your argument makes no sense. But here's another problem. Have you heard of the Dead Sea Scrolls? That gives us powerful evidence to believe that the Bible has not in fact been corrupted. The best example is the Isaiah scroll from 125BC, which is nearly identical to the book of Isaiah in our modern Bibles. Curiously, the book of Isaiah, for example chapter 53, is the clearest place in the Hebrew Bible where Jesus Christ is predicted. Best of luck to you on your search. I would encourage you to seek truth at all costs, not just insisting on cultural tradition. (I am saying that as a Jew who converted to the truth which is Jesus Christ.) Peace to you!
Live the gospel. Don't bog down in debates. Ye shall know them by their fruit. If they reject you, wipe the dust from your feet and proceed to the next town.
What you probably mean is "live in accordance to the gospel" or "live in accordance to Christ's commands". The Gospel itself, meaning "Good News" cannot be lived, but can be proclaimed. What can be lived is what is said to us in the Gospel.
Which of them?? You have too many lol! Which Bible is words of God? A) Ethiopic Bible: 84 books B) Eastern Orthodox Bible: 76 books C) Modern Catholic Bible: 73 books (plus three additional works, added to certain books) D) Roman Catholic Vulgate Bible: 73 books E) Protestant Bible: 66 books 1) Is it the one with 84 books? The one with 76 books? The one with 73 books and 3 additional works added? The one with 73 books? Or the one with 66 books? 2) Now, which version of the bible is words of God? Is it KJV made in year 1611 and updated in 1769 or the same KJV made in year 1985 with added context in 1 John 5.8? Or is it NIV? Is it NLT? Is it ESV? Is it BSB? Is it NAS? Is it NKJ? Is it CSB? Is it CEV? Is it GNT? Is it HCS? Is it ASV? Is it DBT? Is it DRB? Is it ERV? Is it GWT? Is it ISR? Is it ISV? Maybe it is KJP? Or maybe NET? Maybe it is NHE? Or is it OJB? Is it WEB? Is it WBT? Is it WYC? Or maybe it is YLT? Or is it JPS? Is it KJ2? Or is it KJS? Or maybe AKJ is the bible words of god? Or maybe its none of those but instead the Mormon Bible?? 3) And finally, which of the Evengelists (gospels) is words of God? Is it the one according to Matthew? The one according to Mark? The one according to Luke? The one according to John? Or is it the ones mentioned in Bible by Jesus such as "Gospel Kingdom Of God", nowhere to be find? Or ist it "Gospel Of God" also mentioned in Bible by Jesus but nowhere to be found? Or is it the removed gospels from NT apocrypha? Is it Gospel of Judas? Is it Gospel of Mary? Is it Gospel of Thomas? Is it maybe Gospel of Barnabas? Is it Gospel of Hebrews? Or is it Gospel of Ebionites? Is it Gospel of the Nazarenes? Is it Gospel of Marciom? Is it Gospel of Mani? Is it Gospel of Apelles? Is it Gospel of Bardesanes? Is it Gospel of Basilides? Is it Gospel of Peter? Is it Gospel of Nicodemus? Is it Gospel of Bartholomew? Is it Gospel of Philip? Is it Gospel of Truth? Is it Greek Gospel of the Egyptians? Or is it instead Apocryphal books? Exposed!
Question to all muslims: why did allah allow a sheep to eat portions of the quran? “The Verse of stoning and of breastfeeding an adult ten times was revealed, and the paper was with me under my pillow. When the Messenger of Allah died, we were preoccupied with his death, and a tame sheep came in and ate it.” Grade: Hasan (Darussalam) English reference : Vol. 3, Book 9, Hadith 1944 Arabic reference : Book 9, Hadith 2020 and dont tell me *oh this is hasan that does not count...* > hasan is a good hadith and here we have the explanation where thoses verses went missing.... So: does allah not protect his verses from hungry animals?
Abdullah_786 Nope. the verse of stoning is not abrogated! But even if that were the case: is it ok to eat abrogated verses by animals? maby that was a holy animal?
Abdullah_786 So is it ok then to eat abrogates revelations by allah? as you surely know there is a lot of verses that got abrogated by later ones. are they ok to eat too?
This video uploaded 7 years ago. I just realised that Islam is false. It seems I wasted my time since 7 years ago. Even since born. OMG. Pandemics' make me staying mostly at home, open my mind to know more about Islam n Christianity. Now I believe Jesus. Jesus is my Saviour. Haleluya. Thanks Jesus.
It logically makes no sense to believe in an individual (the false prophet Muhammad of Islam), who couldn't read and make accusations against the Authenticity and Inerrancy concerning the Revealed Word of God, which is both the Old and New Testaments of Scripture. May God bless you David and all those in the field of Christian Apologetics. 2 Timothy 2:15 2 Timothy 2:24-27 Jude 3
Please understand my points here aren't to convince anyone, but this video claims that it found some assumptions that Islam claims which self-destructs itself. Below I'll comment each point and what Islam claims about it (Regardless if Islam is true or not) and thus why these assumptions aren't self-destructible as the video claims. 0:40 We believe on what was revealed to you, except you don't have it anymore. What you've is some corrupted versions. So basically we accept the Bible, but reject the corrupted versions. I don't see the logical dilemma as if Quran is self-destructing itself by this argument? 1:50 No, Muslims do not believe God couldn't protect them. It was clearly mentioned in the Quran that God gave people responsibility to protect Torah & Gospels and they failed. However, for Quran this responsibility wasn't given, but God said it'll be God's responsibility. Meaning if you could bring any different Quran versions after Muhammad passed away in the past 1.4K years, then Quran is false. But that's not the case because many many Muslims memorizing Quran word by word and letter by letter in Arabic. And when Torah was corrupted God sent Jesus, then Gospels was corrupted God sent Muhammad. So I don't think this is a self-destructible argument 2:30 Here is also a major difference between Quran and previous holy books. We believe all 3 Books (and others) are holy and from God himself. But Quran isn't from God only. it's the literal words and letters that god spoke to Jibril (angel) and he spoke to Muhammad. And that's why Quran cannot be translated, but its meaning can. So Torah and Gospels are from God but not his literal words, that's similar to Hadith in Islam which are Muhammad's literal words from God's orders, and Hadith there are categories from them from High to Lies. Because during the years some Hadith were corrupted, and Muslims reject these Hadiths that were corrupted.
As a child I believed that the Bible was the word of God and that Jesus was my savior .In 1988 I was drinking a fifth of alcohol a day . I knew that there was more to life than I realized but I didn't know what it was . I had a wonderful girlfriend , we raced motorcycles , we went to bluegrass festivals and did whatever we wanted to do . I realized that I had everything the world said was happiness but I felt something important was missing and I didn't know what it was. I tried scientology , all kinds of yoga, martial arts and various other disciplines but nothing satisfied me . One Sunday morning I came home drunk in a taxicab and waiting outside of my house was a man who was giving my roommate a ride to church. I had gone to alcoholics anonymous for six months and they helped me a lot but I had gone back to drinking .He invited me to sit in his car and talk. He asked me if I wanted a bible study. I said I would love to have a bible study . He came on Monday nights the only night of the week that I didn't drink. It was a 12 week bible study that went from Genesis to Revelation. He showed me in the book of Acts ( Acts 2:38 ) where it said repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sin and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost . I said I'd never seen that in the bible and I wanted to get baptized in Jesus' name and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. I got baptized in Jesus' name and prayed for two months to get the Holy Ghost. The night that I got the Holy Ghost I was praying and I started to talk in tongues , I felt wonderful and GOD delivered me from the spirit of alcohol . I have never wanted to drink since then and I praise GOD for that. . The man who gave me the twelve week bible study taught me a ' GODHEAD ' bible study twice but i didn't understand the oneness of God or the trinity . I was reading the bible one day and read Ephesians 4 : 5-6 that i had previously highlighted in my bible . God gave me the revelation of oneness . ' ONE LORD , ONE FAITH , ONE BAPTISM , ONE GOD AND FATHER OF ALL , WHO IS ABOVE ALL , AND THROUGH ALL ,AND IN YOU ALL ! JOHN 3:16 IS JUST ONE VERSE : YOU NEED TO READ ALL OF CHAPTER THREE TO UNDERSTAND JESUS' PLAN OF SALVATION ! I was a believer from childhood but i wasn't saved . THANK YOU FOR READING THIS !
Question for muslims: If Allah is the greatest of all deceivers, how can you believe anything the Quran says? Surely, if Allah has lied once he can lie again?
I want to ask you a question why when Muhammed peace be upon him when he married Aisha may Allaah be pleased with her no one made fun of him. Give me one hadith that says that people at that time made fun of Muhammed peace be upon him, that because it was permissible.
Please brother be serious how can Jesus be God, If the god father as you say had a son why didnt he have a mate and if Jesus was the son god in a human form why does he pray and in many places in the bible Jesus says everything is in the will of god, if he is also a God then eveything is in his will. I will tell you another dilemma in what you say; A son is the one who have came from a source like when the baby comes from the mother, how can then he be a son, or you tell me that God as you say made him as his son, like when someone have his parents died and his grandparents took him, then he wont be a god, Or you tell me its just a nickname😏
@@razanomar4026 you are talking about god God can do anything He can create a universe he can rise someone from the dead and he can be 1 in 3 (father son holy spirit) About the praying Jesus prays to the father as father and son have to keep connecting with each other Now talking about prays it makes perfect sence in Christianity as god is a trinity (the son prays to the father) it makes no sense in Islam where Allah also says he prays on the prophet Quran 33:56 Who does Allah pray to In Christianity Jesus god the son prays to God the father In Islam Allah is a sole god with no son so who does he pray to Again another Islamic dilemma for if Allah prays then he is no god If Allah doesn't pray but he says he does then he's a liar and therefor a sinner Either way Allah isn't a god to be worshipped and you should instead go to Christianity.
@@razanomar4026 Sahih al-Bukhari 5134 Narrated `Aisha: that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death)
I have a hard time working through "no one can change gods words" . . . I understand metaphysically his word is his word. But as it is written down it could obviously be tainted by a human. I dont understand the disconnect here. Is it because we have "references"? Like the scrolls etc? Could it have been corrupted in those scrolls before anyone could verify? I cant ignore that anything can be changed in history due to humans.
@Benny Benassi; You claim, "brethren" refers to ishmaelites, not just israelites." WRONG! Muslims also claim the "Comforter" of John14:16. predicted mohammud, yet the passage clearly states that the Comforter would be sent by Jesus (John 15:26, 16:7). So if muhammad is the Comforter, then muhammad was sent by Jesus. But muslims believe that muhammad was sent by allah. Hence, if islam is correct about muhammad being the Comforter, Jesus must be allah! And if Jesus is allah, then islam is false, because islam claims that Jesus was merely a prophet. See what happens when muslims use silly arguments in their desperate attempts to defend their prophet and, islam.
@Benny Benassi Ishmael was not even part of God's plan. Genesis 17:20-21 NIV And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation. But my covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you by this time next year.”
+rabzzy1000 actually as the Qa'ran says in Sura 3:3 that the Qu'ran was sent to confirm the Torah and the Gospel. Jack is just following the Torah and the Gospel because the Qu'ran didn't confirm them. The Torah and the Gospel do a confirm one another. What is new is the Qu'ran which is not consistent with God's inspired protected word.
it's no different than christians saying anything and everything to try and justify or defend the absurdity of their preposterous, immoral man made dogma....
+Jerome Elster it's no different than muslims saying anything and everything to try and justify or defend the absurdity of their preposterous, immoral man made dogma.... But what makes following Jesus different is God gave the test of a prophet and that the truth and consistency of many witnesses that are outside the ability of man to contrive proves that the set of books that make up the Torah and the Injil/Gospel confirm that Jesus is Emmanuel - God with us. Jesus said he has the divine nature of God. Jesus said I Am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to God the Father but through Him. Jesus said before Abraham was I Am. When Moses asked God who should I say sent me God said I AM That I AM. Yaweh in Hebrew. The comforter Jesus was sendind had already sent who the Holy Spirit. The reason God came as a man was not to show us that we cannot limit what God can or cannot do but as a ransom to pay the damage we had caused to His creation. Sickness, death and suffering entered God's perfect world because we rejected the life giver who created us for the life taker. God paid the price to bring us back to himself to save us from judgement that we all deserve. Salvation is not by works. It is through receiving God's grace. That way God transforms us to live a life of grattitute where we can love our enemies aa Jesus said.
I went back and forth with a Muslim about verses in the Gospels, then he told me he doesn't believe the Gospels in the Bible - that when the Quran speaks of the "Gospels", it's referring to the Injeel (Gospel of Jesus). I did a little digging and apparently the Injeel no longer exists, so my argument moved to preservation - if Allah supposedly preserved the Quran, then why would He allow the Torah to be corrupted and the Injeel to be lost? I'm guessing that there are Muslims who don't hold this same view about what the "Gospels" are, but just wondering if you could provide some clarity on this. Thanks!!
Wow this was a great video loved it!!! I cant tell you how many times muslims have tried to convince me that the Bible is corrupt and wrong. It has been a struggle to show them that the Bible is truth and not corrupted. Thank you for this!
There is no other historical writing that has as many original copies as the New Testament. There are some original copies that are dated to 45AD. The Dead Sea scrolls validate the old testament writings. You can believe what is written or not but you cannot argue the corruption angle because we have ancient writings that prove the authenticity.
Do remember a lot of scholars interested in early christian documents only want to study these text because they are christian and believe it to be the truth so its possible they connected non logical dots to justify their belief. Just like politically A conservative person will look to a conservative economist to back up their view while a progressive person will look to a progressive economist to back up their theory. Both economist can look at the same spread sheet and come to different conclusions based on what they want it to say.
Oh really? Which museum are they in? Because I've seen the actually Book of Kells, which is currently one of the top 3 oldest surviving books in the world at 1213 years old. As far as I am aware it is also the oldest intact copies of the gospels, so if there is an original copy of the new testament out there then lets hear it! I mean we are literally talking about something that would historically validate the story of jesus and would make the frontpage of every newspaper in every country in the world. I mean even the Codex Sinaiticus is only 1600 years old so to find something that predates that by 400 years would literally make you world-famous overnight. So, references and sources please?
Georg Buscha I think what he meant to say was that there are over 20,000 copies of parts of the writings in the Old Testament, some going back to 45 AD. These were the Hebrew and Greek writings.
Georg Buscha 2 things really . 1. the bible is true or 2 . its not . i would like to know why you dont believe or what problems you have with God . or better yet you should have no problems with God since he's not real and who would have a problem with someone whos not real
+Kurt Abrahams It's even more amazing how you can trick a bunch of people into following you by killing anyone who leaves islam, promising 72 Virgin wives while encouraging jihad in exchange for assured salvation in addition to the the murder and slaughter for anyone who disbelievers. Very convincing stuff. *whisper* but not really.
Joseph Jenkins You talking about the Spanish Inquisition there bruh? What about Native Americans who got shot in the head by Christians to save bullets? Hiroshima? Kanye West? (joke), Native Australians? Stop me when your logic failure hits home and you realize your contradiction once again and lack of logical and reasonable, objective conclusions. Maybe start with what the Rule Book says and not what those who follow or dont follow the rules are doing. Just a little tip 'whisper' but not really.
“If you declare with your mouth “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9). Now is the time to accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior. Obey His commands and repent of your sins because Jesus is coming back soon. Tomorrow isn’t promised.

Aramaic, Syriac, Hebrew, and Arabic are all Semitic languages, but they are not mutually intelligible.

Gareth Jones you should be totally ignorant to say that. Look at muslims and the christians who do you think suffers. Please open your eyes
Gareth Jones do you know how much people is being killed every day
He isnt joking, in fact, he is correct. Open your own eyes. Devout Muslims violently subjugate unbelievers wherever they are found in their own nations because the quran tells them to. Ill never turn my back to one of those zealous killers.

Yet billions somehow still worship the illiterate pedophile warlord Muhammad and his false moon god. Amazing isnt it?
In chapter 19: Mary, verse 36,
[Baby Jesus said], "Worship God who is my Lord as well as yours.
Qur'an Surah al-an'am verse 115:
"The Word of your Lord is perfect in truthfulness and justice; no one can change His words. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing". This is refers to The Holy Qur'an, not Bible nor torah because later in the Qur'an, Allah explain that people change those two books.
Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah verse 75:
"Do you hope that these people will believe in the Message you are preaching, even though a party of them has been wont to listen to the Word of Allah and after they had fully grasped it, knowingly distorted it?".
Your argument self destrcucts as well, because it says "The *Word* of your Lord is perfect in truthfulness and justice; no one can change His words" and then you say " *a party* of them has been wont to listen to the *Word* of Allah and after they had fully grasped it, knowingly distorted it?" And then you say "And there is indeed *a group* among them who *twist their tongues* with the book, that you may suppose it to be from the book."
So no, the Quran does not say that the Bible is corrupted.
So those book must be the Holy Qur'an
Talking about something has context, i'll give you an example of how context works.

And in some of the oldest mosque interchanges there are pictures that depict people who have died in heaven being fed grapes so this corroborates what the original Quran was saying and how it's been corrupted over the years. .
@@randeone5423 very very well said my friend. I totally agree with you
At-Tabari reported Ibn Abbas as saying that the book referred to in the verse was the Torah and the Gospel; the people with whom Muhammad (peace be upon him) was commanded to confer were those who lived in Muhammad's time and believed in him.

History. Bible and history go hand in hand.
+Aussiefan19 Have you read the old testament?
+Aussiefan19 They don't.
JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!!!! Period.
***** Again, if you cannot present your evidence so we can all assess it, then all you're doing is merely stating your own Opinion, which, you're entitled to.
***** My bad, i read your comment too quickly, I thought you replied to one of my comments because I totally agree with you. God cannot be human.
***** Bro, i agree with you. Jesus was a prophet.
Then in:
John 6:29 Jesus answered them and said unto them, This is the work of God, that YE BELIEVE ON HIM WHOM HE HATH SENT.

Ask them to watch Christian Prince youtube vd, Nabeel Qureshi, Dr Daniel Shayesteh, Al Fadi, just to name a few..GOD blessed.

But in better news many muslims are coming to Jesus. And accepting him. Amazing! I hope many more come to the truth, and get to know that our God is love!
Muslims and christians both believe in the same god dont you get it?
No, I don't if you read both the bible and the quran you'd see the difference. In Christianity God is 3 father, son and the holy spirit. Islam believe in Allah and no one but Allah just one person. They deny Jesus died on the cross they deny the holy spirit and try to say both our God is one but those who say that have no idea what is coming out of their mouths.
So no, we don't worship the same God. We believe Jesus is the only way and that he died to atone for the sins of the world and that he is God's son.
Muslims deny that.
muslims think this about The Trinity
God The Father + God The Son + God The Holy Spirit = 3 Gods (1+1+1=3)
Christian think like this

∞ = infinite

The church of the living God is the pillar and foundation of the truth." Timothy 3:15
4. By ignoring the catholic tradition you are disobeying the written word, “So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by our spoken word or by our letter.” ....................2 Thessalonians 2:15
5. Today's 35,000 Protestant denominations and sects have all lost some biblical truths, lost the unified authority of apostolic council and succession which the Catholic Church retains, and lost leadership
Congratulations David you made your points without mocking anyone and it's refreshing to see your presentation based on fact and understanding 👍

Here is a video and an article that I highly recommend:
ua-cam.com/video/fwXx_EQuQdQ/v-deo.html
www.desiringgod.org/articles/historical-evidence-for-the-resurrection
The three historical facts that I want you to keep in mind as you watch this video and read this article are these.

The video is false and incoherent. The Injeel does not mean Bible. End of discussion. Read a book.

"Enjeel" is the "good news" - the Bible is in its entirety is that good news. Discussion resumed... Read the Bible.

Sorry dude but if a drunk stripper wrote a book and told you it was 'the good news' would you believe it or would you use some sort of logic, reason and rational investigation of the evidence to prove it? Surely you would., So how does the Bible measure up using the same method? Please enlighten us seeing as God sent Jesus the Injeel and no one ever sent the Bible to anyone. Hopefully you're able to rationally see the difference.
RPM11111
I'm all for an honest discussion.

Here is what I say:
"If you want to tell to a Muslim that Bible is words of god, you need first to tell it to a Christian".

An interesting observation I have made: A commentary by a Muslim scholar on page 1767 of "The Study Quran" says:
"The notion that previous scriptures have been abrogated in the sense of being nullified or excessively distorted to such an extent that their message no longer reflects the particularity of the original teachings, as some Muslims mantain, would seem to be contradicted by verses such as 5:43: 'And how is it that they come to thee for judgement, when they have the Torah, wherein is God's judgement?' and 5:68: 'Say O People of the Book! You stand on naught till you observe the Torah and the Gospel, and the that which has been sent down unto you from your Lord.' In this same vein, 5:47 says of Christians: 'Let the people of the Gospel judge by that which God has sent down therein.'
It would be contradictory for the Quran to mantain the efficacy of judging by the Torah and the Gospel if it were to also mantain that these scriptures have been abrogated or excessively distorted. It would also make little sense to say that the religions in which these scriptures are applicable are defunct, or were defunct at the time the Quran was revealed, for it is the methodologies developed within the religions that would provide their followers with the ability to judge in accordance with them. If previous religions were abrogated by the revelation of the Quran, it would be implausible for to tell the Prophet Muhammad to seek their counsel when it says to seek their counsel when it says 'Ask the people of the Reminder if you know not' ((16:43; cf 21:7)."
Thus it isn't just non-Muslims who make the claim that the Quran is to be interpreted that way.

The conclusion the speaker reached at the end was:
"The Qur'an affirms that the bible is an authority over the Qur'an, and because this is the case, and the bible doesn't confirm the Qur'an, therefore you have a dilemma." And he cherry picks verses to make his point.
The speaker has deliberately left out key verses which make this conclusion impossible. This includes Surah Al-Ma'idah, Ayah 48 (So, 5:48):
Translations of the verse:
(Dr. Mustafa Khattab)
We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ this Book with the truth, as a confirmation of previous Scriptures and a supreme authority on them.
(Abdul Haleem)
We sent to you [Muhammad] the Scripture with the truth, confirming the Scriptures that came before it, and with final authority over them: so judge between them according to what God has sent down.
Also, there's a set of verses which he actually quoted, but with selective translation, so that it wouldn't cause problems for this dilemma he's cooking up; Surah Aal-E-Imran, Ayah 2-4 (So, 3:2-4)
(Dr. Mustafa Khattab)
God! There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him-the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
previously, as a guide for people, and ˹also˺ revealed the Standard ˹to distinguish between right and wrong˺. Surely those who reject God’s revelations will suffer a severe torment. For God is Almighty, capable of punishment.
(Abdul Haleem)
God: there is no god but Him, the Ever Living, the Ever Watchful.
Step by step, He has sent the Scripture down to you [Prophet] with the Truth, confirming what went before: He sent down the Torah and the Gospel
earlier as a guide for people and He has sent down the distinction [between right and wrong].
For further info regarding this point in particular, I can refer you to a few videos:
Paul Williams approaches this topic in a very scholarly manner, in his videos "Does the Qur'an endorse the Bible";
Also, Full Metal Theist responds to this specific video if you wanna go search that up as well.
But before beginning though, I'd like to summarize the standard Islamic view regarding the Qur'an and previous revelation:
The Qur'an is the final revelation to all of mankind, and it is absolutely obligatory, a pillar of faith, to believe in the previous revelations, which include the Torah that was revealed to Moses, and the Injeel (Gospel) that was revealed to Jesus.
So, without further delay:
First point: in the beginning of the video, he claims that the Qur'an states that "There is no change in the Word of God".
The Qur'an however, mentions several times that the people of the book corrupted/misinterpreted their books. This is also supported by hadiths (narrations of the prophet) and other supporting evidence; a summary of these can be found here:
(Alright, it seems direct links might be preventing my comment from saving, so to find it, google the following: Call to monotheism Evidence That Islam Teaches That There Was Textual Corruption of The Christian and Jewish Scriptures; and it'll be the first result)
Aside from this, there is the more obvious example, which is a total elephant in the room.
(Please search it up if you like, but it seems youtube won't allow me to post it in a comment for some reason)
Clearly, the Qur'an knows about the crucifixion and denies that it happened.
The verse in question is Surah Al-Kahf, Ayah 27 (So, 18:27):
وَٱتۡلُ مَآ أُوحِيَ إِلَيۡكَ مِن كِتَابِ رَبِّكَۖ لَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَٰتِهِۦ وَلَن تَجِدَ مِن دُونِهِۦ مُلۡتَحَدٗا
(Dr. Mustafa Khattab)
Recite what has been revealed to you from the Book of your Lord. None can change His Words, nor can you find any refuge besides Him.
(Abdul Haleem)
[Prophet], follow what has been revealed to you of your Lord’s Scripture: there is no changing His words, nor can you find any refuge except with Him.
The gist of what they mention is that there are two other possibilities which Ibn Ashur highlights, regarding the understanding of “لَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَٰتِهِۦ” i.e. “there is no changer of his words”;
One is that no one else can bring anything which is superior to the words of Allah, which (due to its superiority) would overshadow and replace the words of Allah.
Next point:
The speaker mentions that "muslims believe that God '''couldn't''' protect the previous revelations"... that's silly, is all I can say.
*As mentioned in Surah Al-Ma'idah, Ayah 44 (so, 5:44):
(Dr. Mustafa Khattab)
Indeed, We revealed the Torah, containing guidance and light, by which the prophets, who submitted themselves to God, made judgments for Jews.
(Abdul Haleem)
We revealed the Torah with guidance and light, and the prophets, who had submitted to God, judged according to it for the Jews.
Surah Al-Hijr, Ayah 9 (So, 15:9)
إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ
(Dr. Mustafa Khattab)
It is certainly We Who have revealed the Reminder, and it is certainly We Who will preserve it.
(Abdul Haleem)
We have sent down the Quran Ourself, and We Ourself will guard it.
Had God willed, he would have preserved the previous revelations as well, as he is fully capable to do so, but in His wisdom, He has chosen not to do so.
Another point to highlight:
The speaker says: "One day, the prophet was in doubt, and so..."
Once again: the speaker slips in a lie, trying to defame the message of Islam.
The speaker then continues, and mentions a verse, assuming that it supports his claim; Surah Yunus, Ayah 94-95 (So, 10:94-95):
(Dr. Mustafa Khattab)
If you ˹O Prophet˺ are in doubt about ˹these stories˺ that We have revealed to you, then ask those who read the Scripture before you. The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord, so do not be one of those who doubt,
and do not be one of those who deny God’s signs or you will be one of the losers.
(Abdul Haleem)
So if you [Prophet] are in doubt about what We have revealed to you, ask those who have been reading the scriptures before you. The Truth has come to you from your Lord, so be in no doubt and do not deny God’s signs-
then you would become one of the losers.
I re-iterate; please, if you want to know the truth about this religion, you won’t find it with this person - as has been made clear, he has no problem deceiving, misinterpreting, hiding, pulling out of context, …
Please, if you are sincere, go and actually learn about the religion properly, from actual sources of knowledge - there’s plenty which you can find, even online. There’s plenty of muslim speakers and scholars even here on youtube, if you'd like some basics. (e.g. Yusuf Estes has some nice coverage on basics)
I’d refer you as well e.g. to the website IslamReligion, it has some good material.
I wish you all the best, may God guide you to the straight path.
@Society of Light Gladly! Thanks for taking the time to read. 😊
May I first mention though that I didn’t get a notification from your comment, so perhaps if you could please start your comments with @MNOPYZ to notify me, that would be great.
I’ll refer you to some of his videos which are of peak relevance to what you’ve mentioned, and so I’d highly recommend checking them out:
The channel is Blogging theology, and below are the titles of the videos:
-What the Bible Really Teaches
-Do Christians or Muslims follow the religious practices of Jesus?
-What is the true teaching of Jesus about the Old Testament Law?
-James the Brother of Jesus and Islam
-Quick update: The Islamic Jesus
-Did Jesus predict his suffering, death and resurrection?
-The Resurrection of Jesus Christ: 'but some doubted'
-The Jewish Messiah
-Why did the Jews of Paul’s day reject his claim about Jesus being the promised messiah?
-Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. Or did he?
And overall, the content of his channel is very nice and always very scholarly.
(I tried as well to put the list in a pretty logical order based on the contents of the videos to make it more relevant and easier for you :D)
I’ll be less available during the following days (it’s the last ten nights of Ramadan, a very special time of worship for Muslims 😊) so I won’t be present as much.

SHOCKING
THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE
JESUS IS LORD OF LORDS
KING OF KINGS
THE DEAD HANGING GOD. LOL
And on the third day, the tomb was empty: "Why seek ye the living amongst the dead?"
Muhammad is still dead, though.
Pity.
Remember crusades. when that same Muhammad kicked jesus' ass qnd even yahweh could not save him.
Lol. good joke. Christianity is decreasing in west. in europe they are turning to islam while in america they are becoming atheists.
the point is not whether muhammad was alive during crusades or not. the point is if according to u jesus or yahweh were alive, why didn't they come for ur rescue?
thank you for having this video God will bless us all!
You explain excellently! Thank you for taking the time to compile and share this information.
Without lies, islam dies.
En français notre adage est : « les musulmans lisent le coran, les ex-musulmans l'ont compris. » Mais les anglephones ont une meilleure réplique je trouve 😅👍
I literally laughed out loud at the end :D :D Good job, sir.
I love you Brother Woods - keep teaching the Word! i am praying for you! God bless
Because quran is the most idiotic book pagan Arabs ever wrote.
Qur'an uses paradox communication
If Islam is the source of happiness, Allah is so merciful and the Qur'an is so perfect, why are people in Muslim countries not an example of coexistence and peace for the world? Why do they fight each other? Why are they filmed cutting off the heads of others? Why are they not happy in their own land?
True
U explain it lot way better and understanable
3:40
The answer to the entire video.
Quran 2.41
And believe in that I have sent down, confirming that which is WITH YOU, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And sell not My signs for a little price; and fear you Me.
Quran 7.156-157: "And I will write down (my mercy) for those who are righteous and give alms and who believe in our signs; who follow the apostle, the unlettered prophet, whom they find written in the Torah and the Gospel THAT IS WITH THEM.”
Its talking about the Gospel that Christians had with them in the 7th century, which is virtually the same as the one we have now since the NT canon was completed in 350 AD.
Who is 'them' that is being referred to by 'their' fruit?
Which of them?? You have too many lol! Which Bible is words of God?
A) Ethiopic Bible: 84 books
B) Eastern Orthodox Bible: 76 books
C) Modern Catholic Bible: 73 books (plus three additional works, added to certain books)
D) Roman Catholic Vulgate Bible: 73 books
E) Protestant Bible: 66 books
1) Is it the one with 84 books?
Exposed!
Here is what I say:
"If you want to tell to a Muslim that Bible is words of god, you need first to tell it to a Christian".
Question to all muslims: why did allah allow a sheep to eat portions of the quran?
“The Verse of stoning and of breastfeeding an adult ten times was revealed, and the paper was with me under my pillow. When the Messenger of Allah died, we were preoccupied with his death, and a tame sheep came in and ate it.”
Grade: Hasan (Darussalam)
English reference
: Vol. 3, Book 9, Hadith 1944
Arabic reference
: Book 9, Hadith 2020
and dont tell me *oh this is hasan that does not count...* > hasan is a good hadith and here we have the explanation where thoses verses went missing....
So: does allah not protect his verses from hungry animals?
you don understand. This sheep ate Quran yes but that Quran is abrogated.
Abdullah_786
Nope. the verse of stoning is not abrogated! But even if that were the case: is it ok to eat abrogated verses by animals? maby that was a holy animal?
StormyWaters But Rajamverse is in hadith so what your problem? And sheep ate only of abrogated Quran. So is no problem.
Abdullah_786 So is it ok then to eat abrogates revelations by allah? as you surely know there is a lot of verses that got abrogated by later ones. are they ok to eat too?
StormyWaters You don understand. Abrogated mean is not valid! No vaild verses eat by sheep.
Being such a logical person now I understand why Beremis Samir left Islam and embraced the Gospel.
You're a genius David, brilliantly well presented!!
Thank you for this video, I've learned a lot from all your videos and may The Lord's blessing be upon you always :)
Amen May God be with u and bless u
It logically makes no sense to believe in an individual (the false prophet Muhammad of Islam), who couldn't read and make accusations against the Authenticity and Inerrancy concerning the Revealed Word of God, which is both the Old and New Testaments of Scripture.
May God bless you David and all those in the field of Christian Apologetics.
2 Timothy 2:15
2 Timothy 2:24-27

Amen 👍👏👏👏💪👏💪
The lord bless you and your efforts abundantly and keep you safe in Jesus name 🤞
everything he said is 1000000% correct, eccept one thing, christians (followers of Jesus) dont have a religion, we have a relathionship with the lord
wow thanks man!!!...i was just looking for that videi to show my co-worker
Changing the meaning of the word religion doesn't stop you from being religious
So I don't think this is a self-destructible argument
2:30 Here is also a major difference between Quran and previous holy books.
Lol
Just found this little poem:
Roses are Red; Violets are Blue,
My wife is 9 And I'm 52
muhammad: JACKPOT
@@razanomar4026 you are talking about god
God can do anything
He can create a universe he can rise someone from the dead and he can be 1 in 3 (father son holy spirit)
About the praying Jesus prays to the father as father and son have to keep connecting with each other
Now talking about prays it makes perfect sence in Christianity as god is a trinity (the son prays to the father) it makes no sense in Islam where Allah also says he prays on the prophet Quran 33:56
Who does Allah pray to
In Christianity Jesus god the son prays to God the father
In Islam Allah is a sole god with no son so who does he pray to
Again another Islamic dilemma for if Allah prays then he is no god
If Allah doesn't pray but he says he does then he's a liar and therefor a sinner
Either way Allah isn't a god to be worshipped and you should instead go to Christianity.
@@razanomar4026 Sahih al-Bukhari 5134
Narrated `Aisha:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death)
Very well explained David
I have a hard time working through "no one can change gods words" . . . I understand metaphysically his word is his word. But as it is written down it could obviously be tainted by a human. I dont understand the disconnect here. Is it because we have "references"? Like the scrolls etc? Could it have been corrupted in those scrolls before anyone could verify? I cant ignore that anything can be changed in history due to humans.
I don't know if that's the Muslims argument bc they never articulate it that way they just say its corrupted
WITHOUT LIES, ISLAM DIES.😊
@Benny Benassi;
You claim, "brethren" refers to ishmaelites, not just israelites." WRONG!
Genesis 17:20-21 NIV
And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation. But my covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you by this time next year.”
+Jack Mayoff well done you made your own religon go worship jesus now
+rabzzy1000 actually as the Qa'ran says in Sura 3:3 that the Qu'ran was sent to confirm the Torah and the Gospel. Jack is just following the Torah and the Gospel because the Qu'ran didn't confirm them. The Torah and the Gospel do a confirm one another. What is new is the Qu'ran which is not consistent with God's inspired protected word.
it's no different than christians saying anything and everything to try and justify or defend the absurdity of their preposterous, immoral man made dogma....

it's no different than muslims saying anything and everything to try and justify or defend the absurdity of their preposterous, immoral man made dogma....
Great work mr david. outstandingly explained. please put more videos to take people out of darkness. amen
Georg Buscha
I think what he meant to say was that there are over 20,000 copies of parts of the writings in the Old Testament, some going back to 45 AD. These were the Hebrew and Greek writings.
Georg Buscha 2 things really . 1. the bible is true or 2 . its not . i would like to know why you dont believe or what problems you have with God . or better yet you should have no problems with God since he's not real and who would have a problem with someone whos not real
Codex Sinaticus?
There’s no reason to believe in Islam AT ALL after this
Brilliant as always! Keep up the good work David.
Very interesting stuff
Very False stuff. It's amazing how easily it is to trick people with drawings as though they're true.
+Kurt Abrahams
It's even more amazing how you can trick a bunch of people into following you by killing anyone who leaves islam, promising 72 Virgin wives while encouraging jihad in exchange for assured salvation in addition to the the murder and slaughter for anyone who disbelievers. Very convincing stuff. *whisper* but not really.
Joseph Jenkins
You talking about the Spanish Inquisition there bruh? What about Native Americans who got shot in the head by Christians to save bullets? Hiroshima? Kanye West? (joke), Native Australians? Stop me when your logic failure hits home and you realize your contradiction once again and lack of logical and reasonable, objective conclusions.
Maybe start with what the Rule Book says and not what those who follow or dont follow the rules are doing. Just a little tip 'whisper' but not really.
Kurt Abrahams The Bible never command to do those things while the Quran does
@@kurtabrahams6188 BTW Hiroshima saved more lives than it ended
No wonder Muslims don’t like David Wood!
Perfectly Stated and explained. Thank you Lord....help me to retain Your truth!!
