The Bible ALSO states that Abraham was going to sacrifice his ONLY son (not his youngest, second...) as a young boy, and Ishmael was his first son, and both lived to old age. So Isaac was never the only son of Abraham. I studied all the major and many minor religions from grade school until well past university, and finally reverted to Islam in April 2016.

How can you say that when Aaron, Moses and Merriam we're 1000 years before Jesus yet the quran says Miriam who is the sister of Aaron and Moses is the one that gave birth to Jesus. If you were a true Christian you would have known that was a blatant error in quran.

As a Hindu, having no affiliation to either of the two faiths mentioned in this video and also being a student of science and genealogy. There are some of the macro observations I made during my study which others may find interesting. Facts: - There are primarily 4 versions of Bible and then many other editions followed by different Christian denominations. Similarly, Torah has different editions followed by different sects (around 73) within Jews. However, Quran is only one version irrespective of Geography, Language, region, sects or otherwise. It's verbatim! and in first speech. A contrast to all other "divine" scriptures. - Quran seems to have its emphasis on the 'message' and doesn't really focus on the details of the incidents. Example: The story of the 'People of the Cave' where it doesn't matter what the colour of the dog was in that story. Whereas Bible has a different approach, it appears to focus on the details in the same story. - Besides being first Speech, Quran is poetic, symmetrical, calculated, and an intricate work of literary perfection. No other literature can match these qualities nor can be read in the way Quran is read by the Muslim reciters. - Quran is preserved verbatim since 1400+ years and doesn't appear to have a single error in passing its text throughout generations. A feat which no other book on earth can claim despite the technological advances. - Quran is also a mathematical, astronomical and scientific marvel. There are videos on each of the topics by respective experts of the fields which I can share upon request and interest. Thanks.

Allah contracdited himself about Prophet Ismail and Abraham that no prophet came to the Arab forefathers before muhammed, not even Prophet Ishmael and Abraham. 1) Abraham and Ishmael were prophets in Islam that came to Arab land to build kabbah stone . 2) Allah informs us of this in the Qur’ân when he says: “Or do they say that he has forged it? Nay, it is the truth from your Lord, that you may admonish a people to whom no warner before you has come, in order that they may receive guidance.” [ Sûrah 32 al-Sajdah: 3] Allah also says: “In order that you may admonish a people whose fathers had received no admonition and who therefore remained heedless.” [ Sûrah 36 YâSîn : 6] Ibn Jurayh says: “No Messenger had come to them or to their forefathers, no Messenger had come to the Arabs from Allah Almighty.” Al-Suyûtî quotes this statement in his commentary on the Qur’ân entitled al-Durr al-Manthûr (6/537). A similar statement is mentioned for Qatâdah. Al-Tabarî mentions this in his commentary on the Qur’ân (22/150). Al-Suyûtî also mentions it in al-Durr al-Manthûr (7/42).

The Quran copied the outdated fact from ancient Greeks. -According to Q.22:65, Allah holds the sky so to prevent the sky from falling to earth. Wrong. The atmosphere cannot fall to the earth. In fact, Earth's gravity prevents the sky from floating into space and not the other way around. -According to Q.13:2, Allah raised the heavens without pillars. Wrong again. -According to Q.25:45-46, shadows are moved by Allah. -According to Q.25:53, Allah created a separation between fresh water and salt water. Medieval Arabs thought that earthquakes were earth's vibrations that were held by mountains to prevent too much shake. -According to Q.67:5, stars were created to be missiled at Satan. Medieval Arabs saw meteors falling so they thought they were stars thrown by Allah like missiles. -According to Q.54:1-3, the moon was split into two. -According to Q.6:125, the human chest shrinks when in the mountains. In fact, human chests enlarge when in the mountains. The concept of prophethood is that they was sent to particular group of people at that particular time. We start with Noah/Nuh,although he did not have a book,God speak to him about worshipping God alone. But for those rejected the messages,drown in flood. The first book is the Torah,given to Moses, yet same message to Israelites to worship God alone but what happened (read exodus 32: golden calf) israelites worship the cow, in one community they must be people refuse to listen/misinterpret to what God ask them to do. Next book of Psalms,yet same message. Then Jesus with his New Testament. He gave advised to israelites to worship God alone, and because he did miracles (other prophets have miracles too) some of his followers claimed he is God but Jews rejected him as God same goes with Muslims. Then final messenger, Muhammad with God final revelation Qoran. Same concept which is worship God alone. With Qoran, God explained everything what He needs from children of the world. If you read Qoran, God said this book for all mankind as it is a final revelation. We shall returned to this one God even our prophets too. One little detail to add is that sir Abraham/Ibrahim has rebuilt the Ka-abah, because the Ka-abah was already built by sir Adam first but it turned into ruin over the centuries.... When sir Abraham left lady Hagar with her son sir Ismail, lady Hagar asked sir Abraham : why are you leaving us here? Then she realised what's happening, then she asked him : God ordered you to do this? Sir Abraham nodded, then lady Hagar said : if so, then Allah will not forsaken us... Sir Ismail began to starve so he started crying and kicking the ground (sand) meanwhile his mother lady Hagar was running between "Ssafa" and "Marwa" to see if she is able to spot some travelers to ask provisions from them, until the holy water of Zamzam came out from the sand where sir Ismail was kicking, so lady Hagar came back to drink and her son from that water source, a moment later a merchant group passed by and noticed the water source, they asked lady Hagar if possible for them to take water from that source in exchange of some goods (food) and lady Hagar agreed, thank God gave them a water source and a reason to earn their food to survive in the harsh desert.... و الله أعلم.

@Da Rock In surah "Al Anbya" which literally translates to "The prophets" prophet Ismail is mentioned alongside many other great prophets is Islam like David, Solomon, Issac, Moses, Jacob and many more as being patient and in others being amongst the most righteous. The surah 29:27 that you are referring to tells us that Allah bestowed prophet hood to Issac and Jacob and made from there progeny prophets, if you go back to the vid and look at the those who come from the lineage of Issac and Jacob compared to Ismail you will better understand the verse

I’ve been diving into Islam a lot lately and considering reading the Quran. However, is it disrespectful if I do, because I’m a non-muslim and don’t have an interest to convert (I’m an atheist). I know some christians that didn’t take it lightly when I told them I read the bible, so I want to stay as respectful as possible.

Very cool video ! A little rectification for a detail though : in the story of the prophet Joseph (Yussuf), he eventually interprets the dream of "the king" (al malik) and not pharaoh. Historians have shown that before there were pharaoes in Egypt, they were named kings. The Quran does mention the ruler of Yussuf's time as "the king", and in other places the ruler of Moses' time "pharaoh". I really do appreciate your work and keep it up ! 🎉
10:20: Sorry for nitpicking, but there's a chronological mistake here. Abraham left Hagar and Ishmael in the desert near the Kaaba's ruins (the one made by Adam), but this did not happen after the Kaaba was built. According to Islamic tradition, Abraham rebuilt the Kaaba with Ishmael later after visiting him repeatedly, while in that episode you mentioned, Ishmael was still a baby.

12:45, Joseph was dealing with Aziz-Mesr which is simply Egypt king, however, you inerpreted it as Pharaoh which is the same interpretation found in the bible when narrating this story. It was only in the twenitest century that we knew that the era of Joseph is known as the ancient kingdom where the king is not called pharaoh yet - this title came later with the new kingdom, era of Moises - and was simply Al-Aziz, the highest hierarchie or a king. Quran mada an amazing historique distinction here, especially when we know that, when narrating the story of Moises, we will find the title Pharaoh used, in accordance to the facts we have.

There isnt one record of the word pharaoh in Egyptian History. 2. Pharaoh in the Quran is a name not a title. When god mentions tyrans he always says them specifically by name like Nimrud, Abu Jahl etc.. and the proof of that is god mentions pharoah as AL-pharoah. Actually there are 3 prophets that have spoken directly to God. The first was Adam (in the Garden of Eden), then Moses, and then Muhammad (only once during the Night Journey).

As a Hindu, having no affiliation to either of the two faiths mentioned in this video and also being a student of science and genealogy. There are some of the macro observations I made during my study which others may find interesting.
Facts:
- There are primarily 4 versions of Bible and then many other editions followed by different Christian denominations. Similarly, Torah has different editions followed by different sects (around 73) within Jews. However, Quran is only one version irrespective of Geography, Language, region, sects or otherwise. It's verbatim! and in first speech. A contrast to all other "divine" scriptures.
- Quran seems to have its emphasis on the 'message' and doesn't really focus on the details of the incidents. Example: The story of the 'People of the Cave' where it doesn't matter what the colour of the dog was in that story. Whereas Bible has a different approach, it appears to focus on the details in the same story.
- Besides being first Speech, Quran is poetic, symmetrical, calculated, and an intricate work of literary perfection. No other literature can match these qualities nor can be read in the way Quran is read by the Muslim reciters.
- Quran is preserved verbatim since 1400+ years and doesn't appear to have a single error in passing its text throughout generations. A feat which no other book on earth can claim despite the technological advances.
- Quran is also a mathematical, astronomical and scientific marvel. There are videos on each of the topics by respective experts of the fields which I can share upon request and interest.

Allah also says: “In order that you may admonish a people whose fathers had received no admonition and who therefore remained heedless.” [ Sûrah 36 YâSîn : 6]
Ibn Jurayh says: “No Messenger had come to them or to their forefathers, no Messenger had come to the Arabs from Allah Almighty.” Al-Suyûtî quotes this statement in his commentary on the Qur’ân entitled al-Durr al-Manthûr (6/537).
A similar statement is mentioned for Qatâdah. Al-Tabarî mentions this in his commentary on the Qur’ân (22/150). Al-Suyûtî also mentions it in al-Durr al-Manthûr (7/42).

At 10:23 you said the story of hajar running between the two mountains happened AFTER the story of the kaabah being built. Well it’s actually the opposite. Ismael helped his father build the kaabah when he was a young lad whereas in the story of hajar running between the mountains he is merely an infant.

The surah 29:27 that you are referring to tells us that Allah bestowed prophet hood to Issac and Jacob and made from there progeny prophets, if you go back to the vid and look at the those who come from the lineage of Issac and Jacob compared to Ismail you will better understand the verse

-According to Q.86:6-7, semen is produced between the backbone and ribs. In fact, semen is produced in the testicles. The Quran copied the outdated fact from ancient Greeks.
-According to Q.22:65, Allah holds the sky so to prevent the sky from falling to earth. Wrong. The atmosphere cannot fall to the earth. In fact, Earth's gravity prevents the sky from floating into space and not the other way around.

-According to Q.67:5, stars were created to be missiled at Satan. Medieval Arabs saw meteors falling so they thought they were stars thrown by Allah like missiles.
-According to Q.54:1-3, the moon was split into two.
-According to Q.6:125, the human chest shrinks when in the mountains. In fact, human chests enlarge when in the mountains. Medieval Arabs misconfuse the lack of oxygen in high altitude as makin chest shrinking.

I’ve been diving into Islam a lot lately and considering reading the Quran. However, is it disrespectful if I do, because I’m a non-muslim and don’t have an interest to convert (I’m an atheist). I know some christians that didn’t take it lightly when I told them I read the bible, so I want to stay as respectful as possible.

Thank you sooo much... As a Christian I have learnt so much from Holy Quran... Want to know more about prophet Mohammad as it is not mentioned in the Holy Bible.... Peace be on both the religions.
Fun fact prophet muhammad peace be upon him 's name was mentioned in bible and torah but it was changed to the one who spreads love but it's not allowed to translate a name but they did this as esa aka jesus told that when he (prophet muhammad peace be upon him) comes accept his call this was mentioned in torah and this is the reason why jews came to madina but when prophet muhammad pbuh called for peace so they turned against him etc many things were removed by the priests to save their religion and nobleness. Go and plz search for Islam by Muslims not the one who oppose it as they are unaware of the real facts

Fact no.3 we Muslim know that the religion you follow was from god but it was only for a specific time period but verses in the bible related to it were removed because of the priests which were beneficiary of this. But now Christians are converting to Islam in the west and I'm talking about west not east because the Muslim preachers have shown the real light of guidance. A little rectification for a detail though : in the story of the prophet Joseph (Yussuf), he eventually interprets the dream of "the king" (al malik) and not pharaoh.
Historians have shown that before there were pharaoes in Egypt, they were named kings.
The Quran does mention the ruler of Yussuf's time as "the king", and in other places the ruler of Moses' time "pharaoh".

10:20: Sorry for nitpicking, but there's a chronological mistake here. Abraham left Hagar and Ishmael in the desert near the Kaaba's ruins (the one made by Adam), but this did not happen after the Kaaba was built. According to Islamic tradition, Abraham rebuilt the Kaaba with Ishmael later after visiting him repeatedly, while in that episode you mentioned, Ishmael was still a baby.
A pure false hood, Abraham never built the Kaaba, it was actually built by pagans…Abraham was never anywhere near Mecca,..

12:45, Joseph was dealing with Aziz-Mesr which is simply Egypt king, however, you inerpreted it as Pharaoh which is the same interpretation found in the bible when narrating this story.
It was only in the twenitest century that we knew that the era of Joseph is known as the ancient kingdom where the king is not called pharaoh yet - this title came later with the new kingdom, era of Moises - and was simply Al-Aziz, the highest hierarchie or a king.
Quran mada an amazing historique distinction here, especially when we know that, when narrating the story of Moises, we will find the title Pharaoh used, in accordance to the facts we have.
what u are saying is half the truth, the history's biggest lie is that pharaoh was Egyptian when he was not... He was the ruler of the hyksos nations who invaded Egypt in 15 BCE.
1. There isnt one record of the word pharaoh in Egyptian History.
2. Pharaoh in the Quran is a name not a title. When god mentions tyrans he always says them specifically by name like Nimrud, Abu Jahl etc.. and the proof of that is god mentions pharoah as AL-pharoah. If you know Arabic you would know that AL is specifically to family name. There is alot of proof in the Quran but its beyond this comment

Still, this in no case disapprove or discredit the Quran, rather, it shows that the author of this either was copying the bible and somehow knew the mistake and didn't copy it, or, the author of this story is God...

Actually there are 3 prophets that have spoken directly to God. The first was Adam (in the Garden of Eden), then Moses, and then Muhammad (only once during the Night Journey).
