This was a TGH ( Tampa General Hospital) employee appreciation day. They give each of their employees 4 guest tickets to use and early access to the park. Kudos to you two for braving the crowds.
I'm looking forward to returning to Busch Gardens this year!!! Wish it was located in Orlando but it's worth the drive. I didn't realize that Sand Serpent closed...that was my daughter's favorite but she still wants to go so hopefully I can talk her into riding Cobra's Curse. Fingers crossed that I get to ride Iron Gwazi (little nervous after watching your POV 🤣) ! Phoenix Rising should be open during our visit so excited about that!!! That was a huge cup of dipping dots!!!
That's the only downside to Busch Gardens, it's that hour and a half hike out there that really kind of stinks. But those rides are truly on another level for Central Florida. Iron Gwazi is also such an intense ride, I don't know what can truly compete with that intensity like that haha. Velocicoaster is pretty close, to be fair. Hopefully you guys have fun! Also, yes! There was actually a decent amount of dippin dots for what we paid, too! I appreciated that LOL.
YIKES! I don't think I have ever seen it that crowded - I'm not even aware they had an overflow parking area! I enjoy the occasional visit to Busch Gardens. Love it - EPCOT is a fraud! Hysterical POV video on Gwazi - I'm thinking I must look the same. 🤣 Simple - Cobra's Curse - is cursed! I haven't been to Busch's Food & Wine Festival for quite some time mainly because I wasn't that impressed the time I went. It obviously hasn't improved much. Great vid - thanks. Be well.
That's what we heard! People kept saying they didn't even REALIZE there was an overflow lot. Unlucky timing I guess haha. I'd go to Busch much more if it weren't an hour and a half hike out there. Awesome park, but just too far to make a trip but once every so often. Can't stand the traffic through I4 and Tampa lol. I figured I'd try something new with the POV, and I was dying laughing at myself. Probably only because it was Gwazi intensity, but still lol. This one was not great, no. Which stinks, because other fests have been awesome. So I'd say this one wasn't something I'd return to anytime soon. SeaWorld seems to be better with their food, too.
Normally operations feel kind of slow at all the SeaWorld/Busch parks here in Central Florida. But today they were actually handling the crowds pretty well!
Can you and Nicole do an Adventure Island video in the future? I'm hearing that it's been wild, there is a major staffing shortage of lifeguards, and half of the park is under construction. Very few attractions are open, there's no notice of it prior to entering the park, and people are getting frustrated.
It's definitely something we've considered! Aquatica has had some serious issues, too. But I've heard horror stories about adventure island. So maybe we will get out their sooner than later. That really stinks if that's the case, though.
I can't stop cracking up at our pov on Gwazi 😂😂 I hope you all enjoy!

Ya we started to notice the signs, it was very busy haha. But it could have been worse for lines, honestly lol 😆

@@Dillon.Thomas I read somewhere that Brightline wants to extend a route to Tampa. I really hope that happens lol. I would visit more often!!!
@lashaysmith7783 oh that would be amazing! Depending on where it drops off, I'd go to busch so much more haha! 😆
Thanks for doing a Busch video! I love Gwazi
It's seriously soooooo good!

AP member for years didnt even know there was an overflow lot lol!
Right?! LOL I'm like where are we.... we actually had to cross some street to get to the other lot before continuing on. It was wild...
Much love from Iowa we will be staying at Cabana Bay for a week April 26th Hope to run into you while we visit the parks
Definitely say hey if you see us while you're here!!
Gotta hand it to Busch even with the crowds their pretty good at making the ride lines go smoothly.

Bro, looked like you were stroking out on that first drop lol.

Ya, they were quite long, but we ended up getting on some stuff so that was nice! A decent amount of crowds left in the early evening

It's so intense, I love it!
