You are a
بہت مزے کے پراٹھے بنائے ہیں منہ میں پانی آ گیا
approx 8 cups of flour
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs salt or to taste
1 cup milk
2.5 cups water add as necessary
knead for 4-5 mins
brush with oil and cover to ferment for 10-15 minutes
oil surface and form same sized dough balls
brush with oil once more and let ferment
2.5 cups of melted ghee
oil surface once more and roll dough to be very thin and add the melted ghee and lightly flour
pull to form scrunched dough then slowly roll inwards in a spiral-like manner
oil surface once more and twist to form a ball once more
re-oil surface and shape paratha
oil pan cook and enjoy
