We had a great time eating some of the best xiao long bao soup dumplings at this new Las Vegas Taiwanese soup dumpling restaurant. Many say Din Tai Fung has the best xiaolongbao Chinese soup dumplings and we were not disappointed. We ate SO many soup dumplings! If you love Chinese soup dumplings, we highly recommend giving #DinTaiFung Las Vegas a try at Aria on the Las Vegas Strip.
Having originally been founded as a cooking oil retail business in 1958 in Taiwan, Din Tai Fung was reborn in 1972 as a steamed dumpling and noodle restaurant - including serving classic xiaolongbao soup dumplings. Din Tai Fung was awarded one Michelin Star in 2010, the first Taiwanese restaurant to win a Michelin Star. Din Tai Fung Dumpling House has branches in Japan, United States (including now in Las Vegas at Aria on the Las Vegas Strip), South Korea, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and Thailand. Din Tai Fung prides itself on giving people throughout the world the opportunity to experience a classic “taste of Taiwan” and classic xiao long bao Chinese soup dumplings.

I would suggest trying Ping Pang Pong at the Goldcoast. It’s one of the top 10 Chinese restaurants in America according to “Leisure Travel Magazine. Actually #4. They have amazing hot & sour soup. I’m a Vegas Local and bring all our out of town guest’s here and to rolling smoke barbecue.

FYI you commented that some are missing the soup, but that’s because they are not soup dumplings. Only the xiao long bao ones have soup inside.
Not only the xiaolongbao have soup. A lot of the other ones do as well like the shu mai.
I love the dance to the lively tune at the end. I still have a big grin on my face five minutes after watching this video. You two are so much fun! The food looked nice. I don't know how you could eat all of that 😄 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

not to be debbie downer but the hoopla does not match the food. way overpriced for the value you get and the food is not memorable. not cheap at all but expensive IMO. nice ambiance though.

Din Tai Fung is not your cheap dim sum restaurant. 10 dishes will cost upwards of $100

The food looked amazing and the restaurant was beautiful. I love me a good cocktail 🍸 to start the dinner off right myself lol. I’ll also admit I’m not great with chopsticks but I keep trying . You crazy kids are a riot . Watching one of your videos is a guaranteed good time . I’ll be staying at Aria in May so I just made a reservation . Awesome work as always 😎😎😎

My favorite place in LA to grab a great dumpling lunch. Next time try the truffle dumplings, if you like truffles. They are stellar. Also the noodles w/ either pork or chicken are quite good.
1 tip is use the soup spoon when you pick up the dumpling as sometimes the skin breaks & the soup comes out. So when you pick up the dumpling, use the chopsticks in one hand & the spoon in the other & when you pick up the dumpling, slide the spoon underneath it so if the skin breaks, you still get all the yummy juice.

I'm a fork guy in general when it comes to Chinese food, but when it's sushi chopsticks are really fun. Like with most things, practice makes perfect. That being said, I've seen a lot of Japanese sushi chefs that say you should eat with your hands, unless it's noodles.

Our last sushi stop was Tao and it was phenomenal. On our next trip (in a couple of weeks), we are hoping to hit up Nobu for the first time!

I stayed at Aria in September and I didn’t see this restaurant. I will try it next time. We ate at Catch and loved it.

I love the soupy dumplings! I like to poke a little hole on the top and pour a little of the sauce inside the dumpling, shake it lightly to mix it and eat it! Delicious!

Only the ones labeled Xiao Long Bao (XLB) have soup in them. Think they just got used to using the spoons 😎

nice videos never seen anyone eat so many dumplings i thought finally a bill under 100 dollars but oh no but it was nice to see which ones that are not as good the dessert one seem to be yummy take care and keep making great videos but remember not everyone can afford some of theese places
