You singing to Ollie put me to tears. I used to sing to my dog Yoshi every morning when I woke up. It was usually Good Morning Beautiful but occasionally You Are My Sunshine. I lost him almost two years ago. He was an amazing dog.

A tip for watercolour painting - get a small spray bottle and spray the paint pan and paper lightly first it'll soak the paper less than using a brush also a pipette is good for sucking up paint to mix other colours

Yay for pills that go down easy!! This week I'm on Ceftin ABX, and of course the generic has a blue coating. Colors cause anaphylaxis, so I have to rinse off the blue coating before I take it. It tastes absolutely HORRIBLE!!! By the time I rinse it, it's starting to fall apart and gritty, so it breaks up on it's way down. YUCK! So I do a cereal chaser to no avail. Thankfully it's only for a week! Prayers continue...with lots of hugs!! :). I love your watercolor tree!! :)
Kelley Hornberger I take ceftin, mine is white so no coloring but gosh that stuff does taste horrible!! I have to swallow it with a really potent drink and not breathe lol

Hello Mary & Peter. My name is Sooner...I do not have CF but I have watched you both for a while now. I did however have a friend who had CF, but know what it's like growing up with millions of hospital stays. I have a birth defect called Spina Bifida. So I have spent my childhood & adult life...in hospital & even on a holiday. I just wanted to wish you both Merry Christmas!

I feel you guys. Been in hospital since 12/9 and have had two surgeries already. I'm so ready to go home but we have to know what is causing all of this. (Gall bladder and complications) I am proud of your positiveness and it has encouraged me this whole stay. Thank you!

As someone who spent a great deal of time in the hospital this year, I can honestly say that although I wouldn't want to be in the hospital for Christmas, if I had the love and support that you guys have for each other, which I have with my family, I wouldn't be so upset. Christmas is where your heart is.
Ask the dr if Mary could go out to lunch just for an hour and a half. It will help her to eel better

Are those cup holders on your hospital bed?! I'm sure they aren't but just the thought of it made me excited lol. I know that has to be so dorky but for someone who stays in the hospital several times a year, it's an advance to hope for!

Hi Mary, I thought about you and prayed for you a good part of the night last night. I have a sore throat and respiratory infection, and all night was like 1. take one breath 2. cough uncontrollably 3. gasp for air 4. sigh, and repeat. I thought about how this is a short-term thing for me, but that you live it everyday. I am never short on compassion, but this helped me understand your situation a little more. And pray for you more!
