Classic Mini Steering Rack Fill plug, stuck, unscrew

This is how I removed a rounded allen screw plug for a classic mini.
Before fitting the rack I tried filling it with oil, I was unsuccessful, I instead found it was pre greased. I then took the gaitors off and greased it some more. The small amount of oil I did put in the rack might of washed out the original grease. Now if it Filled with multipurpose grease
