Juice had her friend Kailee over for the weekend. We kicked off spring break with a trip to the circus and a good soul food dinner. I made the girls buttermilk fried chicken.

Ok yes the chickens look dark and I would triple the amount of chickens . But when the kids were eating, I smiled. Just a Mom cooked and fed her children. Nothing crazy, food doesn’t have to be special or perfect but yet there’s some really good meaningful moments there. Good job Mom!

The food is definitely edible, I think the chicken was cooked too long or the oil may have been burning. The Mac n cheese I just think it was the types of cheese she used that's why the color isn't there. Just my opinion her family enjoys it that's all that matters
