One of the things that make me luv Mimi is her humor. She’s not afraid to make fun of herself or act silly even while being sexy. I luv that. She’s not just a pretty face trying to get a check. She talks to us, jokes with us, laughs and just has a good time. She interacts with us. She’ll take pix when asked. I like using ziplock bags or containers with a lid for flouring my chicken. Less mess and less dishes. I learned recently you can use mayo instead of eggs for breading. Food looks good as always. Yes the Cajun seasoning gives flavor to Mac n cheese.

What I’m learning about the muscle pain from working out is that lactic acid is from the tearing in the muscles and by deeply breathing during the workout to get oxygen in the blood it helps and obviously epsom salt baths. Keep up the good work!!! Muscle recovery protein shakes too.
