I used 2 Black & Orange trees and sprayed painted 2 more of them a matte Black spray paint. Krylon FUSION for plastics. I then mixed all 4 trees together & zip tied them to a Plunger handle. The plunger handle was previously set in Plaster of Paris-in a decorative pot. I then decorated the Orange & Black "mixed tree" with handmade Harley-Davidson ornaments. I was able to find a couple of small motorcycle ornaments for the tree too. I added a string of 50 white lights to the tree becore decorating it. (I used Krylon Fusion matte black on the green lights wire. (Cover the bulbs with Painter's tape & spray it.) My BIL LOVED IT! 🧡🖤🧡🖤 He lights it up every nite! 😍

Hi @MrsAlmatrumble, that is also a good idea too I am not a big fan of hunting but its a great idea too. How are you? I hope you are feeling better than you were the last time we messaged each other. Have you received your new drill yet I want one so bad but we have just moved into our new house in the countryside and i have to say it is a vastly different feeling out here, its beautiful the house is stunning it has a barn and a couple of run in shelters and it is stunning with the fall colours. the people are so friendly here they wave at you even if they don't know you and its very relaxing when I'm not unpacking boxes or cleaning a very old barn(its 150 years old, it needs some TLC) out the barn used to have cows in and possibly chickens and a couple of other animals, the cattle feeding troughs are still there as too are the stocks they put them un for feeding them. not to mention the almost completely broken down hay shavings and dung which in some places was about a foot deep. I had a visit from the neighbours goats the day we were moving in that I had to chase them back across the road. they wanted to say hi and welcome is all. I was told one of the Billy goats is a bit aggressive some times, but I'm ok with the coming over to chew my grass down. The come over for the crab apples clean up too apparently. Country life is a must I think. you get a far different experience than living in a City or town where people are so self absorbed in their own life nothing mater to them and they forget to be friendly to people around them. I am taking a rest day today, I may do some things later but we are taking time to enjoy our new life in the country. I hope to build a couple of larger stables for horses and a few other animals like bird chickens geese and the like as pets not to eat because I'm a vegetarian I still eat Cheese and eggs. I hope you are doing well and I hope you got the drill by now. I was so happy Natalee gave you one so again Congratulations on that. I should go I have a couple of chores need doing like checking on my barn cats and my neighbours horse Flo making sure she has water and food. Take care of yourself bye for now.

I work in a daycare I buy these trees and some of the little ornaments and it a table activity for the kids. Decorate and undecorated the holiday trees

You can spray paint them with aluminum spray paint and they look like the vintage aluminum trees!! Too cute!!

I take the mini Christmas trees and flock them.I make a cone shaped hat stuff it with plastic shopping bags.Stuff the tree up inside the gnome hat upside down with the bottom of the tree going up inside the hat,place a gnome nose on the tree slightly under the hat ...them add embellishments to the hat and WALLA!!! A Christmas gnome.

And last idea: hang chores or "to do" items (ornaments) on that tree Once the item is finished, move that ornament faced in reverse onto a different colored tree?

My Goodwill store is overpriced. Example: dollar tree Christmas tree in box $5. I know it’s for charity but wow.
Yeah I decided a couple years ago that I was done with Goodwill. They are way overpriced!!! I saw a ceramic pot that looked like rain boots. It was from Kirkland's. It had original price tag for like $8.99....the sale price tag I believe was $5.99....but Goodwill wanted $7.99!!! Ridiculous!! I've never gone back!
In UK those little trees are 5/6/7 times Ur prices!! I pay top dollar for all stuff I see from Ur Dollar store!! Wish we had them here!!😢
It's not for charity. Goodwill is the biggest reseller of them all.
I left one store bc they had a set of 12 dinner chargers priced at $1 ea. I asked if this was correct and could I get all 12 for $5. That’s goodwill prices right? She said no even after I explained this is what I’d pay at the dollar store brand new. I left after that.

I must have missed the snow flake tree episode or I forgot, but that is a brilliant idea. I am itching to get my craft room up and running again so I can do some of these crafting ideas. You girls are so creative. My sister had an iridescent Christmas tree going back 40 years or so ago and I was mesmerized by them so much so it almost put me to sleep. Ok I was a bit weird 40 years ago but I have not done it since, lol. The black and orange tree you can turn it into a nightmare before Christmas themed tree with the characters from that movie, I loved your themed tree you did with the Grinch that stole Christmas you are brilliant at doing themed trees.

Love the lantern with the trees and battery operated candles and pine cones in it. It looks really pretty, I always have a problem with those battery operated candles having to mess with turning them on and off though. I wish I could get a remote controlled version. Also loved the basket with the twigs and greenery in it. And I have a pair of ice skates exactly like the ones you used. The last time I wore them, about 6 years ago, I fell and broke my wrist, so I'm probably not using them anymore, lol. The snowflake wreaths were awesome also.

A great idea I think is to go to the thrift store and buy some shoe booties that looks similar to the ice skates and then diy the blades from cardboard or mdf then spray paint silver or paint it with regular paint. Just an. Idea.
