I made this last night, Chef. The amazing flavors of the main dish were incredible. I made the hash browns for the family (big hit) and I included a side of riced cauliflower for myself. I made the cauliflower Moroccan style with turmeric, roasted garlic, roasted tomatoes, sliced olives, lemon, and onion. Sooooo good. Thank you, Chef. The whole family totally enjoyed everything. Thank you!
Hi chef. I learned to cook because of you easy to follow recipes. My 7 year old granddaughter and I have a great time following you and cooking for our family. Thank you!!
I went out to a steakhouse for my birthday dinner and all I wanted was a hamburger with onions and mushrooms. The waiter suggested that I get a chopped steak. I had never known what a chop steak was. They served it much like you did in your video, but they topped it with a Bordelaise sauce. It was a restaurant I wasn’t really in love with, but it’s been less than 10 days and I’ve already gone back and ordered it again. I’ve done some research and found out that sauce is very difficult to make, but I really want to learn how to make it. Could you do a video on bordelaise sauce and the demi-glaze that is one of the key ingredients? Your videos are so great to follow! I’m never disappointed
I love coming across older videos... This is done in my house once a week! I add a splash of Worcestershire Sauce to my gravy, otherwise the same my friend. Excellent!
Thank you Billy for sharing your talents with us. You are a great teacher, as well as a chef! I was a good cook, but with all the tips I have learned from you I have become a great cook (most of the time). Lol 😝
I had to come back and say thanks for this recipe, the chop steak was so good, I made this twice this week with my creamy baked Mac n cheese. Watching this video makes me want to cook it again tomorrow. Thanks for sharing!
I LOVE your channel. I just started a cooking channel myself a week ago (Newbie on the block here :) ) I have to say you really inspire me. Love your content!!
Truly I am not sure how to Carmelize onions. I’ve read it and heard it but was never taught. How exactly does one carmelize onions? Do you add salt during or not during the process?

a bit of sugar and water in a pan with onions
I know nothing about meat. Do you buy this at the grocery store/meat aisle or do you ask the butcher for it?
Either really. It's just ground beef.
Despite the fact that the sodium is probably off the charts, this is just the kind of burger that I'd want to make.
Do these also have a sweet taste to it?
No
You could cook a turd in bacon fat and it would be good.
