Now,,here in el Salvador some officers got arrested for curruption but most of them are honest maybe one in a hundred has misbehaved ...but they're in the big house.....excellent..
The patience that the good lord did not give to me, was obviously given to you! I do not handle or travel well in a vehicle. The longest trip I ever made driving was from central Wisconsin to Branson, Missouri. A 12 hour drive one way, and I said “never again”. Next time I’m flying! I give you credit for handling all of the border situations, and your attempt at being scammed by the Mexican police. I myself would have a difficult time dealing with it. I’m just being honest with you. Thankfully, I assume you did eventually reach your goal of El Salvador. Beautiful country in so many respects, and I’m happy you attained your goal, and not given up along the way! 👏😁🙏🇸🇻
Bro, I lived in Guatemala for two years and had to do constant visa runs to Mexico. I swear every time I went there, there were scams and attempts at scams.
@@lidefsomar5291 Salamat kapatid. In Virginia. Yes. These plane tickets cost money. Yes. I plan to register a car in El Salvador. Lord willing let's see.
Wow, i have so much to say. Ill start with the negative and end with the positive. Im so sorry you had to go thru all that extortion, mexico is a work in progress but over all im happy youre safe. That was very scary and even worse perhaps because of the relationship between police brutality and black men. The people who are supposed to be protecting you are trying to take advantage of you and it really makes me sad for the people of Mexico. About the car, couldnt you have bought a car in El Salvador? Man when u started saying you got a dodge van? Smh i knew it was gonna be bad. ALWAYS ALWAYS GONWITH TOYOTA OR HONDA those are the best reliable cars. My Toyota 2011 has 300,000 miles and works like a charm. (know on wood) i wish you wouldve consulted us or asked for a second opinion on that. Everything you went thru made you stringer for sure even tho at the time was unpleasant 😅 So lets talk about the good stuff. It always baffles me that you are so close to me here in VA. AND i cant believe you went to the walmart in Houston where my aunt works!!! Like that was so totally random to see lol i thoroughly enjoy your videos every time. I hope to see more videos in different countries from you. Im glad youre ok and im glad you have such a wonderful attitude. You are a blessed man to be able to travel the way you do! Greetings from Alexandria VA 🎉 and Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
Thanks for the love. Yes. Mexico is wild. I was on pins and needles the entire time. Especially when I got stuck in the mud on a desolate mountain. Remember, this is a car channel as well (Many car videos separated by Playlists). So I always take my time to research. I calculated the driving and import expenses and for the amount I paid with the space I was looking for, a V6 7-year-old 7 seat Journey seemed like a good buy. I know Dodge is junk but I did my research on this particular model and knew I could fix whatever small issues it had. All the car prices for compact cars in El Salvador were more than this vehicle because of the forever overhanging import upcharges and at least 6 more years older on average (2009/2010). So I went with newness, space, V6 power and comfortability. I looked for months and everything I could see in the $7,500 range couldn't match what I was getting with a newer 2017 Journey. So I played the dice and lost. I'm still in this mess. More videos to come. Lol.
Less than 8 year old car in the USA is the same price for the older cars there. They are usually not in good condition because of the roads. And they come with an upcharge there because of the initial cost it took to import them there in the first place.
Okay, I don't understand why you're looking for the internet place. If you're ready in Guatemala, then you're in buddy, keep ongoing keep on trucking, you're ready to look for The Place. Keep ongoing. Don't go back anywhere. No, just take your butt on out Of guatemala and get to goodwill el salvador
