Tried all this. Windows 7 currently in safe mode. Not able to start this in safe mode.Normal windows does not open. Is their a solution.

HOW CAN I TURN OFF THIS DAMN CACHE SHIT honestly i cant work anymore because i cant open any adobe software anymore! 4gb left of 16 gb and if i open PS CS6 = 0 gb...... i dont want the programs to open quickly, i want to WORK microsoft!!!!!!!!! damn ill throw this pc away soon and buy a fucking mac for 5000$ !
