Installed the Power Clutch today, and as well as being a relatively simple modification, made a significant improvement to the clutch actuation system (reduced effort and reduced hand lever travel) Only downside is the cost, for what is essentially an investment-cast steel piece, therefore it should be much less in reality (taking into account of design, development, and tooling costs) That's free enterprise for you!
Is it correct to adjust the clearance adjustment of the primary hexagonal push rod to 1/8 when installing the power clutch? The regulations are 1/2 to 3/4
Yes, as soon as the first resistance is felt, open again 1/8 turn. It may be necessary to repeat the adjustment until everything works perfectly. Sometimes it takes a little longer the first time ;)
My vehicle is a 2013 Electra Twin Cam 103 Cubic I'll have to give the push loader a quarter of the clearance and repeat it until it's working perfectly So a half to three-quarters of a clearance is a clearance of genuine parts Thank you.@@m-motorcycle
ok, i got your Power clutch, really smooth, i have a 2002 twincam 88, manual says 1/2 turn loose, so i went to 1/4, but at 1/4 clutch is still a very long pull even with no loose on cable, should i go to 1/8 ?
The clutch effort reduction kit I got from Harley-Davidson came with a clutch basket spring also, do I need to install it or is it the same as the stock spring?
@@albertnemeth3618 I have a 2005 Dyna Wide Glide, I got Harley-Davidson's clutch effort reduction kit, installed it and also used the thinner diaphragm spring that came in the kit. It's much easier to pull the clutch lever now but there is a difference between the diaphragm springs, the one in the kit is thinner and weaker. I'm thinking about putting the old spring back in or figuring out what I can do to keep the clutch from slipping when I do a gear change if I'm getting on the throttle hard. It doesn't slip much but it does a little bit.
Tip: just take your clutch lever off for the install. The only sure way that you can get zero tension in the cable is by removing the lever and pushing the cable back through the housing to return the muler. Trust me. Remove the lever and you’ll save yourself a massive headache

Where can I purchase one for my 2000 Heritage Springer. Their website is all in German. Can I buy one in the states?
I have the Barnett extra clutch basket installed, is it OK to use this as well? Thanks.
Excellent video!
Power clutch great too!
Do we have to complete oil for all the lost you got when you open the cover?
Hello, you can save the oil with an oil pan and then put it back in. Depending on how old your bike is, you can also do a complete oil change.
