- UK Foreign Secretary David Cameron said Ukraine had a right to use the weapons provided by London to strike targets inside Russia. He also pledged 3 billion pounds in annual military assistance to Ukraine, adding that it would continue "as long as it takes". Meanwhile, Russia slammed French President Emmanuel Macron for saying he still did not rule out the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine. The Deputy Head of Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) believes that Kyiv will not be able to win an armed conflict on the battlefield. Russian officials believe the Kerch Bridge bombing was orchestrated by Vasily Malyuk, the head of Ukraine’s civilian security agency SBU.
