Great update. But assuming you don’t already pay for those apps - or maybe even if you do - it seems these free features have potential to save you maybe $100 in monthly fees, so it must be getting harder to recommend 3rd party apps going forward.
As an example, I’ve always wondered why you install a separate Abandoned Cart app when both Shopify and your Charlotte theme have this built in.

Aton what do you think is best....do you think using shopify magic is the best or using external plugin instead? Just wanted to know
It depends on the use case. If you’re already using Shopify email and Inbox then this is a great (free) upgrade! I’m personally not giving up on the other tools I use to accomplish the same goals as of now, but I could definitely see that changing over the coming months/year as Shopifys AI gets “smarter” and more powerful. Hope that helps!
