What about payment issues ? Especially paypal related ? For the ones who are outisde of the Usa and Europe where paypal doesn't operate and block the accounts almost immediately
I would still recommend Shopify Payments if it's supported in your country: help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/shopify-payments/supported-countries. If not, I would recommend getting set up with everything through Stripe Atlas.
What if I can only find my product in China? Are there any exceptions to the rule?
I’d pass. Goal is to find at least 20 potential brands/suppliers in the country where you plan to do business.
Me with the caption of the video: 😳🧐😑
My face as I kept watching the video: 👀😏🤩👌🏼
The link doesn’t seem to work for me
Can you let me know which link you’re referring to and what is happening when you click it?
hey Anton quick question how you select your suppliers in this case. are they local suppliers and do they manage the shipping on your behalf?
Also, with this type of model, what should the inventory size look like?
Great question! The suppliers are local in the sense that they stock products in warehouses in the countries where we do business. 90% of the time they do ship on their accounts. If not, we either give them our UPS or FedEx account #s to ship on our accounts. If the items are large and heavy, we arrange freight shipments (more info on that here: ua-cam.com/video/PAbQ4BNpm2E/v-deo.html). Regarding inventory, we're still not pre-purchasing inventory... with the exception being the holiday season coming and wanting to "lock in" inventory before it sells out. But that is a more advanced tactic.
Please anton I'm a Nigerian nd I wanna know if it's possible for me to sell in the US and also get approved by suppliers
@Peter check out Stripe Atlas. They may be able to get you set up in the US. Then you would have no problem working with suppliers: stripe.com/atlas
Boss please can you teach me how to internet retail outside nigeria...
I was dropshipping locally but the profit is just peanut so I want to earn in Dallas or sell high ticket items to stay in the game
@@BrightlightChikezie-yb6hp I haven't started dropshipping at all just wanna know fully what it is and how to run it globally before jumping to it
Almost had a heart attack when I saw the title!! haha... The USA E-commerce retailer model works!

looklike now in future you are coming with new business ideas
Always brainstorming 🧠
Most Top Brands give new sellers a very difficult time in getting approved
For top tier suppliers (which we refer to as gold) this is certainly true. However, the vast majority of our stores are made up of products from silver suppliers. Our goal is to identify at least 20 of them when conducting Market Research (step 2).
Also, we expect to not get approved with every supplier on day one. This is why our target is at least 20 potentials. That way, even if we only have a 50% approval rating on day 1, we still have plenty of quality products to sell. We can then circle back to the rest of the silver (and gold) suppliers for approval as we establish authority in the niche.
@@dropshiplifestyle That would be time consuming if you asked me I don't think that might work out for everyone! Cause big brands definitely don't care about new small business
Why would you need approval to sell a suppliers products?
How else would you have access to them?
Anton you are amazing 😍🤩
Thank you! and if you're currently looking for product ideas for 2024 you should check out this new video I just posted about how to find profitable niche ideas for 2024: ua-cam.com/video/OMT0bfvdhG0/v-deo.htmlsi=V9uzR7y4ADRBn8mR
So basically, you want a brand or some type of branding vs just being a drop shipper?!?
It wasn't my intention to make that the main message of the video but yes, that is true. For example; if you wanted to sell Stand Up Desks you wouldn't just try to find one supplier that drop ships then throw up a store. Instead, you would identify at least 20 quality suppliers in that niche, then build your store, then work towards becoming an authority in that niche.

With these high ticket items how are you connecting them to your checkout or are you not? Is it manual?
