Studies have evidenced it takes on average, 59 days for a person to adopt a new behaviour, and for those new habits to reach peak automaticity.
Our latest initiative with @ManchesterCityFootballClub, plays out over 59 days between #WorldWaterDay and the Premier League's final match on May 19, 2024. The aim is to raise awareness of how small, everyday actions can contribute to tackling the world’s water challenges and demonstrate the positive impact of adopting new behaviours.
ManCity stars Mary Fowler, Steph Houghton and Ruben Dias reflect the mindset and behaviour changes they have made throughout their careers to achieve their goals.
