I used to teach mathematics and I'm not sure I could pass the tsi math section. I have found many flaws in that test. Flaws or not, if you don't get the answer they say it should be you will fail

How do we know which to put on top of proportion?
You can choose either to put on top or bottom - but once you choose you have to keep it the same on both fractions.
