30 Ridiculously Good ZBLLs

- Whenever I say opposite or adjacent when talking about recognition, I'm referring to colours, rather than positions. E.G. red/orange are opposites, and red/blue are adjacent.
There are plenty more great ZBLLs, but these are the 30 that I think have the best combination of speed, difficulty, and ease of recognition. Beyond this, I'd recommend learning all of T, U, L and H 2GLL, then work your way through the rest of the T, U and L sets. I think it's unclear past that point how worthwhile doing ZB is, and will probably depend on the cuber.

At 1:10, the alg shown on screen is wrong. The final R' should be r' instead.
Thx already new most of these but a few of them I had learnt bad algs for. Glad ZB is being presented more as an accessible asset for improving cubers rather than an impossible challenge.
Nice! Yeah I don't expect this to be particularly helpful for people who already know a fair bit of ZB, but hopefully it makes it more approachable for people who don't
Fantastic content!
Thanks for the great video.
Glad people like it!
Thanks for the video, I might try to actually finish learning ZBLL soon hehe
Good luck!
Someone has a lot of Tengyuns!
Great video, I'll save it for whenever I feel like learning algs. Funny that you didn't mention some of the easiest 2GLLs - T and U with the huge 2x3 block and 3x1 blocks. So, if you add these, you'll have 36 easy ZBLLs :)
Haha yeah I use Tengyuns for multi.
Yeah there are plenty of other cases I could have included, but I had to draw the line somewhere, and I feel that the cases I showed have the best balance of speed, easy recognition, and being simple to learn. The cases you mentioned are easy to learn and recognise, but a bit slower than those shown in the video, which is why I didn't include them.
I see James, I click
Knew all of these apart from 2:18 onwards, will have to learn them eventually
Meant 9:18 oops but whatever
@@JJCuber27 Ah nice haha. Learn them soon, they're super easy!
Didn't know 6 of these. I know more zbor than I thought.
7:24 hold the headlights at the back and do left hedge then left inverse sexy then do the 1lll
also the mirrors and inverse
probably not faster but easier to remember
The good alg is not hard to learn
actually yeah tbh
Ye that’s the one I use but idk of his is better
Can you make megaminx pll videos please? I''d like to learn the proper finger tricks. It's hard to find the fingertricks from the sheet 😅
I might at some point. It's a fair amount of work though, and the algs still aren't hugely optimised. I'd rather wait until they were up to a higher standard (like mega OLL was) before making videos, so that I don't have to redo them at some point and the effort isn't wasted.
Thanks!
Omg it’s Cookierobber

👀
I remember his first comment on my old channel
it's so beautiful how many tengyuns you have
Look at my multi vids haha 😍
@@jamesmacdiarmid omg what versions are those????
you must be broke
V1s haha
I use R' U' R U R' F' R U R' F R2 for 8:30
I think you mean R' U' R U R' F' R U R' U' R' F R2. But anyway, that alg is mentioned in the description. I think it's a little worse, but still fine. The mirror is probably harder for a righty-dominant cuber though
9:41 i was very annoyed that i got that case a lot and didnt know the alg, and the first thing i tried solved the case, i found R U R2 D’ R U R2 U2 R’
I think you wrote that wrong?
@@jamesmacdiarmid I think he meant R U R2 D' R U R' D R2 U2 R'.
@@thephysicistcuber175 Ah yeah. I use that sometimes, it's like basically the same speed for me as the one I show in the vid, but the variations are worse. It's listed as an alternative for that case in the description tho
9:47 R U R2' D' R U R' D R2 U2' R' is a little better imo
I mention that in the description. I use both depending on my mood, but I think the inverse/mirrors of the alg I show in the video are better than the variants of that alg
what zbll's are good?
all of them.....
Eh there are some bad cases. But anyway this is kinda just a beginner intro to ZB, it's not meant to be an exhaustive list
