yo, i just did a quick calculation, if you just learn the u and t set from this video, you can do a zbll alg 1/10 solves IF you always get the u or t oll (can be forced too). he showed us like 7 algs for t and 7 algs for u, in the whole zbll set there is about 72 algs per set so thats 7/72 which is around 10 percent per set for u and t and then there are other random zbll which has a setup move and a pll, that will increase the zb chances even more... we got this brozzz
Very nice video! I've been meaning to learn at least U and T 2GLL, this will definitely get me started! Any plans to make a video for the rest of the algs in these sets?
Once i realised that zbll also consists of already used algs ( like R'(y perm) R ) i knew i had to search it. This is just the perfect video i needed thanks
When I watched this video last year, I was new to cubing and didn't even know backsune and backantisune. Fast forward a year, I know 142 ZBLLs including all of the algs from this video.
I'm learning full ZBLL (about 45% done) and I'd recommend learning a full set at a time, COLL set by COLL set. This way, when you see a COLL or OLL you've learned, you don't have to recognize the ZBLL to see if you know the case or not, you KNOW you know it right away, if that makes sense.
It depends. If you just have fast turning but terrible technique no but if you know all the cfop algs and do advanced f2l then yes you can say you are at least close to intermidiate
I'm barely sub-45 and I know full pll (except gb and gc, they haunt me) and decent f2l. My problem is the cross and recognition of f2l pairs and oll and pll recogniton. How do I get better? Also my main is a QiYi Warrior S which turns horribly can barely do a 20° corner cut. I'm getting a meilong m 3x3 set up and maybe that helps me.
Don’t know if you’ll see this or still are in need of help but the best thing to improve is f2l look ahead and better algs for f2l. You can practice this by solving slow. When you recognize an f2l case, you can either recognize where it goes and solve it without looking at it and look for a different pair, or as you are about to finish and insert the pair, look for a different pair
@@doggyman7782 you definitely use look ahead and you dont realise it. If you want to be even faster you will have to learn how to look ahead correctly. Once i leaened it it took my avg from 21 to 14
Question/joke: What do cubers say to each other when they want to say “be right back”? (Hint: not “be right back”). Answer: “Be back sune!” (Or “be R’ U’ R U’ R’ U2 R!”)
ZBLL solves CO, CP, and EP while preserving EO. If you have a cross on your last layer, ZBLL solves the cube in one algorithm. I'd recommend learning COLL first, which solves CP and CO if you have EO, but leaves an EPLL. J perm has a good video series on full COLL, and Brody has a series highlighting some easier cases.
I use beginners method for oll and pll I don't have time to lean two look oll and pll but I know f2l and I get sub 20 most solves and for like the superman case as it is called in oll I just do antisune and back sune to solve it and when u have the yellow to the side instead of the headlights I just do sune on the side where there is yellow on the right and that gets me to another sune
