This is a staged event. A simulation.
Eugene Swat Team stages a demonstration of dealing with a gunman holding students hostage on a school bus at the 2019 OPTA Winter Workshop.
This clip is what might happen after negotiations with the gunman has failed.
Actors on the bus are simulating a hostage situation. The person standing towards the rear inside the bus was filming the event from inside.
School bus drivers from around the state attended the workshop and are in the bleachers.

Is it weird that ive been in that swat truck? When i was little we used to go to this touch a truck thing in my neighborhood and that swat truck was there.
