Personally, I'd use an effects pedal with this as I can customise the sounds. Honestly, thou this is a crazy and a brilliant idea from laney.. for me, traveling with gear is a major issue so kuddos to this invention..especially if you don't have own transport..as you said, flying and long distances you don't want to be lugging huge equipment around with you..
