- This is one of the four different tour routes during transit if the transit is more than 5.5 hours and within 24 hours in Changi Airport, Singapore. Each tour is 2.5 hours long, and jointly organized by Singapore Airlines, Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport Group. Tours are conducted in English only.

Sadly agree wanted to read the tip about the jewel tour and going back cause you have the tour sticker but sadly couldn’t make out. Your videos are so informative
You mention a visa is needed but we from South Africa so don’t think we do but will check

Can we do shopping while on tour from within Jewel?
@urvishchaudhari94, the participants will be all together with the guide during the tour. You may do shopping after the tour finish.

Sorry if silly question where does one get the SG Arrival Card that you show must be completed to go through immigration
@debischlemmer7878, there is a QR code banner that you can scan to fill up the SG Arrival card near the immigration area. You may ask the staff there, they will show it to you. There is also a physical card if you wish.
Even though the tour time is 2.5 hour, do we have to at tge booth 1.5 hour before the tour start time?
@chinUnboxing, yes, the tour staff just need to confirm your attendance. After reporting in, they will inform you to come back at a certain time to meet.

Does it only require to submit the SG Arrival card or passport as well?
@mushahidshamim5790, you will need a Visa (if your passport require a Visa to enter Singapore) too cause Jewel is actually outside of Changi Airport.
Can you please Tell me Where is the best location to capture rain vortex ?

Any chance you know the cost if you don’t want to do the jewel tour but want to do it yourself so you can spend more time by the water and canopy walk etc
Jewel is actually free you can go on your own canopy if I'm not wrong Is around $50 sgd.
transite mean ...if i am travelling from malaysia to singapore and then singapore to india connecting flight which having gap of 6.30 hrs ..can i get this tour free ??

City tour or jewel ? Which one is best ? I’m travelling on Monday
@princesidhu9879, if your transit time allows you to go for either one, I will choose the City Tour first. Just my preference. Safe travel and enjoy the tour.

Will i allowed to carry my small Trolley bag with me?

I want to travel to Singapore i have transit of 24 hours can I go on tour then go out then cam again in airport(I ahe visa)
@A.Sharan, firstly this tour is only for passengers transiting within 24 hours. Please double check on your flight tickets. Yes, you may choose to go around Singapore before entering Changi Airport again. But bear in mind that a transit passenger can only exit the Changi Airport once a day as a transit passenger.
