@lindayoung58 - Had surgery on shoulder in 2015 for torn rotator cuff completely torn off bone. Last year we had super heavy snow in which I did a lot of shoveling and I can be a beast with the shovel! So, I overdid it. Initially scans showed a torn cuff but surgeon said that looked beautiful and they only had to fix the bicep tendon, snip and attach to bone. It should be a quicker recovery but dang, the pain is awful. Can't wait to get better sleep too!
