We know the pain of visas too well! My husband is from Uganda, we met there and he was denied twice before we got married, then we waited over two years for his Spousal visa, we have been in the US for 2.5 years now and are headed back to Uganda for our first visit in May! 🎉

Know a guy who went through a LOT getting his Thiland bride and her 2 sons into the US. While a part of the immigration deal, it was an additional ordeal getting her work card; she came as a trained, working, professional.

I was born in Croatia and now living Canada my 13 year old son asks me every year if we're going to Croatia he wants to see where I was born I know the feeling of wanting to go back to your roots and to see your family i can't wait to take him later this year!

I am so glad you are going to Kenya! I recently heard the story of one of our friends whose Dad has been stuck in Kenya away from his wife, adult daughters, and granddaughter for like 8 years due to some issues with visa paperwork sent to the wrong place. It's so sad, especially with him being separated from his wife! I don't know all the details but it does make me angry how people who do things legally get the run around and people who break the law are just allowed to stay 😢
My husband’s family is from the UK and it’s been 7 yrs since the whole family’s been able to go. It’s just so stinking expensive!! No joke, it’s like $10K just in flights alone. We’ve not rented a car yet, a house, etc. Oof!
My daughter placed an air tag on her dog's collar that could be an option.
My sister had a neighbor with a livestock guardian dog that watched their flock of sheep, but preferred to be at my sisters because the kids would give him all of the love. Hugo was the sweetest dog ever!

I feel your church would accept us as we are. I’m a single dad of two boys. I get frowned upon because I have full/sole custody of my sons. Their mom signed off on them when the youngest was born. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with a single dad.
Every church we’ve been to only talks about money or how my family is unconventional. We weren’t wearing suits but we were dressed nicely and it wasn’t good enough. Your church service (the small part) that I saw made me smile.

We hear coyotes almost daily, I live in southern Arizona.
Put the dog on a leash and walk the boundaries a few times a day. Walk him to the border and tug on the collar. Then walk a few more feet and tug - do that the entire perimeter for a few weeks.
You can teach the dog to use the bathroom the same way.
Bring the dog to where you want him to go.
For us with our Norwegian Elkhound he stayed in our yard and used the same spot by the cornfield to use the bathroom after that training.
He only left when the a couple times when the neighbor dog went into heat abs she found him.
We also kept him on a leash when we walked him
Otherwise, he roamed freely in our yard and stayed there.

When you said that there was a surprise for Christmas,I just knew it was Solos mom .I was sad it wasn’t , but then Judah came in and it was awesome ,to see the kids response . I’m so happy for y’all , that your going to see Solos mom and family .❤

I’m learning so much about farm life and homesteading. I’d probably never do it but it’s fascinating to learn.
Dogs can chew on the antlers. In stores about 4 inch piece will run you about $10 or more. It's good for keeping their teeth clean and strong.

As a grandmother, I am so excited that your family is going back to Kenya. I can't imagine how Solo's mom feels not being able to hug and kiss all her grandkids but especially the ones she's never seen in person. On a side note, every time you would say something about the "bull," I would chuckle thinking that I hope others have watched the entire video. Especially when you said Solo came home early from work because of the bull😂😂. Praying for safe travels. God bless.

As a grandma whose kiddos live just 20 miles away I’m very happy for Solo’s mom & the family members. Grandparents are so important for the kids too. We’ll keep praying that she’s allowed back here soon
