    It was amazing to watch you shoot our stage. 10 Your stage plan I only see 1 or 2 others use and all that did it seemed to do very well.

    Ok, genuinely asking. I don’t have any experience at these things but I have trained with people down range. Just wonder why spectators are down towards the targets in the beginning of the video?

      @@cassidybronson6891 In practical shooting it is commonplace to abide by the “180 degree rule.” Meaning there’s an imaginary line in the sand that’s parallel to the backstop, basically declaring it an unsafe action to point your gun more than 90* left or right relative to downrange.
      It is also somewhat common for officials to hang out near the limit of that line to be able to make a “stop” call if someone does point the gun uprange.
      Long story short sometimes there’s targets on the side berms and officials encroach a little bit. When you consider the stakes, training, and experience of most folks at matches, you realize people have a psychosomatic aversion to do unsafe stuff. It’s akin to driving down a two lane road past oncoming traffic.

      Are you planning on doing any breakdowns/talkthroughs of some of your stages? I like watching how you think through your performance.

      @@CaneShooter88 possible. When I do them I like to do the entire match, which is quite an undertaking for a match with this much footage. Is there stages or sections in particular you’d like to see?

    • @CaneShooter88
      @CaneShooter88 6 місяців тому

      @masonlane2030 that'd be like an hour or more of content but honestly I'm here for it lol
      I totally get that it's a lot. No pressure.
      I haven't watched footage closely enough to say certain stages. Really, whatever you find most interesting. Here are some thoughts:
      1. The stages you performed best on
      2. The stages you scored highest on
      3. The places you took an alternative mindset, why, and how it worked out
      4. The stages that demonstrate your performance on the issues you were training before the match, and your satisfaction with that performance.
      Just some thoughts.
