- Hi Friends!! It's another Stitch Fix Unboxing and Try On for you!! If you aren’t familiar with Stitch Fix, it is an online fashion subscription service. You set up the frequency of the boxes you want to receive, and for a $20 styling fee, they will send you 5 items. You have 3 days to try on the items. Anything you don’t want, you send back in the prepaid mailer. Anything you do want to purchase, the $20 styling fee is applied. If you do not purchase anything, you will lose that $20 styling fee. For my sizing: I am 5’9”
I normally prefer size large in tops and sweaters
For pants, I normally take a size 10 and I need a inseam length of 30”-32” for skinny jean styles and for bootcut or straight leg, I prefer a 34” inseam.
For dresses I normally wear a size 12

Hi, Tina! Thanks for sharing your Fix with us. I liked the blue blouse. When you were thinking of keeping the itchy one, I was silently screaming, NOOOOOO! LOL. As to the color block, if it's not an immediate YES, it should probably be a no. You likely won't reach for it if you aren't excited about it.

That was so much fun, Tina, and you made me burst out laughing when you said you felt like a doily 😂. The blue top was definitely the best of the bunch, although shame the jewelled jumper was itchy.

@@tinasbestmidlife I looked up the origin of the word jumper a while ago, because my husband kept using a French word, jupe, whenever he commented on a jumper he liked, (which is actually French for skirt!) and it apparently developed from a word for jerkin 😆- what we do with our spare time, eh?!

I am probably in the minority, but I liked the doily top on you...... except the arms looked too short.
I think the only thing I'd have kept from this box is the blue top, too. But I always consider one piece a win!!

The "doily" sweater! 😂😂😂 No thank you to that one. And no to even slightly itchy sweaters. I thought the color block one looked nice in you. I've had my eye on the black and gray version of it, but still not sure if I want it. The navy blue top look fantastic on you and your face lit up while you were modeling it. That's the keeper of this box!

Hi Tina. The navy is really cute on you. I love confetti sweaters but the minute I saw 40% acrylic I thought that would be a no for me, and then you said you were feeling itchy. My favorite was the color block. Really fun sweater and a little different than you normally wear. I love it and as long as the lower amount of acrylic wasn’t itchy, that would be a keeper. The other two sweaters were a no for me as well. I would keep the navy blouse and the color block. I am glad you kept the blue one! Have a good day!
Good morning Sheila! So you have a lot of itchiness with acrylic sweaters too?? But it’s so strange because for me it’s not EVERY acrylic sweater that itches. Do you find that too?? Maybe it’s just a certain percentage?? Oh well, lol! I do like the navy blouse a lot, so for me this was a success!

@@tinasbestmidlife I think it may be the amount of acrylic but it doesn’t take much for me to itch. Can’t do cashmere or wool either. Yes I get up at 4:30. Have you ever read the book the Miracle Morning, I started getting up that early after reading that plus I have to be to work by 6:30. But I am usually up by 6:00 on the weekends too. I suffer from depression and find it just helps me to get up and get moving rather than lay there “thinking about how to solve the worlds problems”. I have a bad case of being overly empathetic too. I guess there are worse things. LOL Enjoy your day my friend! Do something special for yourself!

Love the two tone color block sweater. That's definitely something I would wear. Im not crazy about the pink marled sweater. The navy top is definitely you. So pretty.
The confetti sweater is adorable withva front tuvk. O godh. If it's itchy now, you're not going to be able to wear it all day.
My favorite is definitely the color block. Not thrilled with the striped sweater. The sleeves are too short. Definitely not a great one. I'm sorry that it wasn't a keeper for you.

@tinasbestmidlife you are such a doll. I'm with you. I can't stand itchy sweaters. I don't know how anyone could wear wool. I just returned an adorable sweater to Walmart, because as soon as I touched it, I knew it was itchy.

Hi Brenda! From one picky person to another, I think it's OK for us to be picky! I have purchased so many things through the years, that I didn't "love" and then they just sit there! I am trying so hard to stop doing that.

Hi Donna! You know I can relate! Lol! The ones in the video are a pair of Vigoss ones I got in a Wantable box last year. Years ago I always got my jeans at Gap and Banana Republic! But it has been awhile since I tried on any of their styles. What inseam works best for you? I have some pairs from Anne Taylor that I really like, but before I washed them, they were slightly long for even me. I think they are a 35” inseam. But I’m bummed most about Loft discontinuing to stock their basic straight leg in tall sizes. Those were my absolute favorite! Let me know how you make out! I cannot wear them , even though I try , they never look right!! I’m gonna look at Ann Taylor again . they closed the store here near my house but I love their clothes. I use to shop there for work all the time😍😍 I’ll let you know if I find anything good!!

I’ve had to tell stitch, fix not to send me any Vero Moto.. i’ve bought multiple items from them, and they pill after wearing them a few times, before they even hit the wash, they just don’t last
