No, don’t use. You should use cold pressed coconut oil like patanjali cold pressed coconut oil.

No, you must use cold pressed coconut oil because coconut oil freezes easily.

Make sure you use exact quantity of all ingredients which I used in this recipe. Also, quality cocoa powder brand e.g., Hershey

Aap koi bhi use kar sakte he, I used Parth jaggery powder from reliance.
Can we add butter instead of coconut oil?
No, you should use cold pressed coconut oil. It’s give good texture and taste.
If you add anything other than Cocao butter, it is not a real chocolate. It becomes a sweet candy, but not chocolate.
How many days we can store
You can store three months in refrigerator.
After it becomes cool , we should refrigerate? Or with hot itself ?

@@aswathyoa589 Pour in mould when it is hot. (By the way its not much hot because we used double boiler method)
If you give direct heat to cocoa then its may be change texture and taste.

Yup, it’s true. I made it frequently for my kid and used regular jaggery.
@@SavvyRecipes Sugar doesn’t refer to white crystals you buy. It has a very different meaning in nutrition and biology. Glucose,fructose and sucrose are simple sugars. The white table sugar we use is 100% sucrose. Well, Jaggery has 70 to 85% sucrose in it with 10% of glucose and fructose. People think if they eat jaggery, it is not sugar. However, it is not true. Jaggery is also a form of sugar from nutritional fact.
But there is a lot of difference on the impact sugar n jaggery have on our body. Jaggery is less processed and holds a substantial amount of nutrients. On the other hand, white sugar is highly processed and stripped off all nutrients. So in the context of this recipe, using jaggery instead of white sugar makes sense.
