Homemade Dark Chocolate | Three Ingredients | Healthy | Jaggery

Ingredients
Cocoa Nibs : 350 gm
Jaggery powder : 200-250 gm
Coconut oil: 3-5tbsp (depends on how well cocoa Nibs churn into liquidity texture)
Tips for making Homemade Dark CHOCOLATE
1) Make sure your grind cocoa nibs well before adding other two ingredients
2) If cocoa nibs become really buttery, reduce the quantity of coconut oil to 2 tbsp
3) Make different versions by adding roasted nuts, dried berries, and so on!
3) You can store these for 2 weeks in an air-tight container.

If you want to make a sweet cocoa powder instead of chocolate, then yes. But why skip oil? Coconut oil has numerous health benefits. Alternatively, you can try with ghee or butter or cocoa butter too.
