Jamaica is booming. The Jamaicans can stay abroad and suffer in the rich countries. The Chinese the Indians and others are investing in Jamaica. There are new and nice houses and apartments in Jamaica. Gentrification of Jamaica 🇯🇲 is happening. Jamaicans out - Foreigners in. If you are waiting for it to be perfect, you wil miss the boat. The west is aged. Rwanda is nice too but outside of Kigali, neither perfect but Jamaica is a vibe.

Yes, I know gentrification is taking place, but I don't want to become a part of the "trash" that the system doesn't want. Let me take my risk in Rwanda.
Rwanda is nice and cheap. Jamaica is expensive unless you grow your own food. Kigali is what Canada use to be perfect. So good for you as you are retired. The future still looks bright for Jsmaics but not so.brught fir Canada, the US or the developed west - these countries have aged - showing more poverty and crime. Kigali is safe and peaceful - maybe how Canada use to be when yiu went there - so good for you.

I am trying to convince my husband to relocate from Canada as I foresee this economy declining even further. Could you post another video explaining how to purchase properties in Kigali in further detail. In this video you mentioned the pricing and on the paper with the listings I noticed installment vs. cash payments.
Ok! You don't have to be there to buy real estate. You can buy one cash, then get your name transferred on the title. They changed the law in 2022. As a foreigner, you can only own 1 property in your name. If you need to buy more you have to register a business. Also! The cost of living in Canada has gone too high, and the values are too low. That's why it's time for me to go.
