Its strange the rumors that Africans leave on trees yet most houses in Africa are mainly block houses why in USA the houses are mainly wooden or full with woods especially the interiors , you will hardly see any middle class African and even normal families ever living in wood houses . Except the very poor

Can you grow weed legally on my land in my house in there? Can have a pistol legally in my house? Where are the dogs t? How come all these Despora vids and I don't see Africans with pets, what about ex-pats with dogs? Is Pitbulls legal, or can we can dog breed for sale??
Good question but I can answer you for sure about the pistol 🔫 part. No you can’t have a gun period, as a civilian. Either you’re in the security sector/ government. Also I’m not sure about the growing of weed, but most African countries it’s illegal there.
There is a selected area for growing CBD. You have to get approved thru the RBD. No Guns allowed . CBD is only for exporting. Growing weed to distributed is Illegal in Rwanda. Dogs are in Rwanda, pitbulls I believe are illegal, But I'm Not exactly sure, I didn't see any pitbull while I was there. You generally see the dogs on people compound, are in villages. I really didn't see any wandering around in the City.
