Scotty what a great review again and again i learned so much. Wished you were my history teacher when i was going to school then i probably get nothing but A's. I noticed that more and more people are watching your reviews and that means that you're doing great. Keep up the good work and Stay Healthy!
watched all your reviews and think they are excellent Icant afford to collect the albums myself but your videos give a fantastic insight into the releases , Keep up the good work well done
Another exceptional episode! Absolutely love your setup with the Elvis albums in the background! Brilliant analysis as always! “Easy Come, Easy Go” plays often on the “Pluto” TV network in the states. The underwater filming is very well done. I definitely enjoy this movie and the soundtrack!
Love your videos.Just started watching and I have been watching them every chance I get to try and catch up. I really love them all. The album reviews are excellent, you are so knowledgeable about the music. I am learning a lot. I love Elvis. Thank you.
Enjoyed the stories....when you have money....who are your real friends! Also, who really loves you for sure......for just you! Life is interesting and thank you .....Scotty your awesome!
👍 As always, a really good episode with a lot of interesting Informations. Looking forward to your Thursday episode 🎊🎉. Best wishes from your Swedish friend ‼️
They just keep getting better my friend! Another fab video for us all to enjoy. I did'nt know that Ann got married just seven days after Elvis. I think that tells you a lot about what was going on with these two individuals, I really do. Great review of the new FTD vinyl release and like you would love to see an FTD vinyl release of something from the early sixties. Looking forward to Thursday already and the Nashville review. TCB, Roger
Roger you are a gentleman sir..thankyou yes I believe that says a lot about her marriage She is on record as saying she truly loved Roger..obviously.. but when you watch her interview about Elvis..it speaks volumes Take care my friend 😊
As always...excellence! Thanks for playing She’s A Machine. My favorite track on Flaming Star.....flood of awesome memories. My Grandmother thought that song was too suggestive. I never really followed the lyrics; just subliminally knew Elvis’ passion on that track! I think this is a winner!
Also this time Dear Scott you hit the mark, with an interesting review with tasty historical insights with lots of text in hand However, even considering Easy as easy go a light but still enjoyable film with an interesting story in line with the films of those years, I am increasingly convinced that Elvis could have faced more challenging roles not only because he was a really good actor, but because he had an incomparable stage presence. The soundtrack is very English very "flower children" and is very enjoyable, there are some songs that take hold and it is hard to remain numb. The FTD still has a great compilation, great cover great quality, same goes for the new Legacy From Elvis product in Nashville, acoustics and incredible mixing feel like modern recordings and Elvis is lovely, I can't stop listening and re-listening. For what you have read, which we have all read, I believe that very few know the truth and that often some nuances some realities have been created modified and embellished to make them even more interesting to sell. Anna Margret is still a beautiful woman today, let's imagine at the time, that there was a great understanding with Elvis was clear and the story with Priscilla has always been very twisted and mysterious, even the book Elvis and me, also translated into Italian, leaves a lot to be desired on some details and opens very imaginative scenarios on the relationship with Elvis and Priscilla's family. However, I believe that despite being parallel realities of Elvis as a man, I believe they have not just undermined the life of Elvis as an artist. Your analysis is still interesting, the expression of a great enthusiast and lover like you, as well as a sincere and objective collector. I read you and I always look at you with great interest, a great example for me. Hope to see your review of the new Legacy From Elvis in Nashville soon, see you soon my friend ..... Andrea PS I was wondering are you sure the cover photo is from the Spinout photo session? Why does it remind me of Double Trouble so much? You know when she sings Could I Fall in Love? Hi again and stay safe
Superb eloquence yet again Andrea..I’m pretty certain this shot is from Spinout..his hair was slightly different in Double Trouble..more square at the front..I may be wrong Yes I don’t take everything to be gospel in that book but it makes a great read..only those present will know the real truth.. It’s such a shame he never got to write his own story..real shame Yes the Nashville sessions are tremendous..wow on all fronts Take care sir..my dear friend😊
Good for you for getting in touch with Jimmy Carpenter. Great info. I've always had a soft spot for this soundtrack, with the exception of Yoga is as Yoga Does, of course. Interesting to hear that slower version of Sing You Children Sing. I think they got the tempo right in the end though. FYI, in Japan the movie and EP were called Go! Go! Go!
Indeed sir..now I like the start of Yoga..but then it all gets...well it was written for a particular part in the film..a bit crazy But hey not heard it in ages so I still enjoyed the album immensely Thankyou buddy for the Japanese title..very good😊
@@ScottysElvisPresleyMusicChanel Yes, you always have to remember with the soundtracks that (in most cases) the scenes came first, not the songs. By the way, is the album in stereo throughout? As you know, the old EP was in mono. I have the soundtrack in stereo on an album called By Request of Brazilian Fans Vol. 2 (something like that).
Hi Scotty , great review bud. If we had a crystal ball, it would of been interesting to see how Elvis's life would have been if he had chose Ann. Love She's A Machine. You can see why Elvis would be fed up of the movie's, when your having to sing Yoga Is As Yoga Does, my god. The good old colonel chasing the dollar at Elvis's cost. All yes men round him, so no one to turn to. Sad really. He deserved better. Cheers matey for a top review. Keep tcb. Gary 👍
Wow! You picked up the whole, Lonnie Beale thing! Tickle Me is my favorite Elvis movie. Silly film, but his costar, Jocelyn Lane is stunning! I love the songs from the soundtrack. Some of the songs from Easy Come Easy Go are underrated. Again, love the channel! Stay Healthy!
Great review Scotty. This is on my Christmas list, so fingers crossed. Thanks for all of the great info you provide. Brilliant that you are in contact with Jimmy and are able to pass on his comments. Hi happy your back buddy I was a bit apprehensive about this album but I’ve got to say i like it a lot.Has for Nashville box set and the album brilliant love them both. as alway good video my friend can’t wait for Thursday bring it on take care
Fantastic video Scott. Graceland was suppose to ship out today on the Easy Come, Easy Go. Not sure why I order from there any more. Always changing shipping or release dates. Hi from New Zealand Scotty. I once had a copy of "See The USA The Elvis Way." Unfortunately my ex wife got custody of it and othe things when we split in '96. I've seen on the net that it has a value of $700. DAMN!!

Great video again....so much going on around this time...lots to dissect. Of course Elvis did make Esposito joint best man. I'm sure out of guilt Elvis bestowed that upon Lacker. That's not to say Lacker wasn't worthy of it. But that was an Elvis trait to apologise with a gift and not actually say sorry. The jealousy and in fighting between some of them is also apparent. Regardless of that the boy was under pressure. Maybe for a short time his job as he came to regard this part of his career gave him some rest bite from his private life. At this time in his life it was far from Easy Come Easy Go.....

hi scotty paul here from brisbane, well mate what can i say ,another great video and story around the times of filming!! absolutly love your videos mate already looking forward to the next one. cheers for the great work you are doing!!!
Elsa sullivan who was in the film was married to the actor Charlie's Laughton. Again what a fantastic review liked most of the songs on this album. Wonder if that was Jerry scheff playing the trumpet on sing you children sing. Elvis should have married Ann Margaret that's all I've got to say about that. Great information has always. One word to say Brilliant.

Yes I did..I watch them every now and again.. I think we’d all agree Billy’s stories are the best😊 You are welcome.. if you can take the time to comment then I can reply..there’s a man in manners..now who said that?😂😉
I believe Elvis if things had been different might have married Ann but then Ann was a very strong individual and talented artist in her own right ❤️ Would have lasted maybe a year lol Just my opinion Scotty 😂 Don’t think Ann Margaret was what he was looking for in a wife ? But as a lover ? Now that’s different 🥰 I have seen the interview you were talking about with Ann Margaret and yes it’s very good and honest 🙏
Hi Scotty my dear friend :) first so sorry to hear about the reciever , hope it will be fix as soon as possible, thank you for another great and interesting review, i kinda like this soundtrack , finally FTD put it on vinyl and really beautiful, love the art work too , when you think of it this is the only movie that there were no photo sessions....i wonder why ? Elvis looked good not heavy as in PHS ....thanks for the video buddy :) TCB, looking forward for the next one ( dont forget to make a VOL 2 of your vinyl collection) ;) thanks
hello scotty nearly missed this one .great sound ive got this on cd ftd . thinking of getting it on vinyl . with showing your reviews . i find it easy to make my mind up when looking to buy my cds and vinyl thanks mick
Hey Scotty, sorry to hear about your amp, that sucks! Awesome review, as usual. Haven't gotten this FTD yet but I received the others and they were great. Love the story segments so keep that going! I have this film and enjoy it up until they have all that underwater filming towards the end, then it becomes a little tedious. Was that Scotty Moore playing that rockin' guitar on "You Gotta Stop"? Smokin"!! Looking forwards to Thursday's video. Later.
Yes Jimmy..Scotty was on lead with Tiny Timbrell on rhythm.. The musicianship was never in question was it..just some of the writing😞 Jimmy it is 42 years old..she just needs some upgrading..I’m hopeful for a very good outcome.. Thankyou as always my friend😊
Hey Fernando..in terms of my two favourites that’s very hard to pick.. My first would be Girls Girls Girls.. The second I’m guessing..oh this is difficult..maybe..Fun In Acapulco..followed very closely by GI Blues Ftd releases would be on cd obviously..not that I have all of them but I have heard some of them.. In terms of Vinyl that’s been released so far.. GI Blues and Roustabout..though I very much enjoyed the Easy Come Easy Go that just came out😊 Thankyou for your question sir😉
@@ScottysElvisPresleyMusicChanel Your channel could do a search. What about? Let's create a questionnaire in Google Forms, something simple. We present the list with all the films and the subscribers vote for the best and worst soundtrack. What do you think? :) Greetings from Brazil!
Hey Fernando I don’t know man..I’d rather keep it how I’m doing it sir..thanks for the idea but I have a clear direction of how I want to develop the channel.. Merry Christmas buddy😊
On the soundtrack of ECEG : The song Ray C did, was actually based on a gospel song, Leave that Liar Alone. It seems as if that was the Trad. Gospel song planned, but no vocal done. So. Sing you Children was written and used instead. Im sure that my thinking makes sense, based on already issued info. Good version of LTLA by Joe Brown on a recentish cd.
Great review Scotty!.I always think, with all my respect for Priscilla, that Ann Margret was a perfect wife for Elvis, she was in the same field of him can acconpany better. And the movie "Easy Come Easy Go"was the last produccion for Hall B Wallis ,something was changing... and for better!TCB!
Indeed I won’t disrespect Priscilla as I think she has done a wonderful job with the estate.. When I saw her break down on stage at the last Philharmonic Orchestra show due to the amount of love shown to Elvis by the uk fans that went a long way with me.. Like you I agree I think the match was better and things may have been different.. I say may..because Elvis was a law unto himself when it came to the ladies Take care Sir😊😉
Great videos, really really enjoying them. Just out Curiosity do you buy your ftd 2 times? I just found out that Roustabout and today ftd has a different inner sleeve which causes really light scratches on the vinyl? Did you anything hear about that. Kind regards
I have bought 2 copies since Elvis The Last Movies.. I have a few other doubles.. I figured it was a good investment that I can give to my son one day I have just checked both the Today and Roustabout..Today is normal but the Roustabout is different and has caused very light hairlines..I have now changed the sleeves.. Thanks for alerting me to that..tbh I’ve only played it twice so that’s odd.. Certainly feels different Thanks for your lovely comment😊
@@ScottysElvisPresleyMusicChanel you are welcome, yeah thats the last thing you want in your vinyls. I think light hairs scratches i have on my today and roustabout happend in the fabric. But just in case I changed the inner sleeves. Do you heard any roomers about the new releases for this year? Keep up the good work!!! Kind regards AJ from the Netherlands
Love all the outtakes ...there so funny ...JE was best man because Priscilla wanted him to be ...if he didn't marry her .he would of gone the same way as Jerry Lee Lewis...he had no choice really ...but I don't think he should if married anyone not even ann Margret ...there was too much temptation ...as we know with previous n future girlfriends.
Hi my friend, better late than never LOL another great video, I agree the sound on this new release sounds better than anything previous, but apart from "Sing You Children Sing", I can't make my mind up wether this or "Harem Holiday" is Elvis's worst soundtrack, but the studio chat is good, but he sounds real "pissed off" to me singing some of these tracks! Your Info' is very interesting as ever! So well done Sir, looking forwards to Thurs', cheers and TCB!
Now I don’t mind Harem Holiday be interesting when that’s released by Ftd..I mean who will buy it..I certainly will.. I like the quirky stuff..but hey I’m a die-hard fan.. Thanks Mal..take csre😊
I love his covers and the originals. The newer Roustabout looks great - could be coloured B&W image which may be why it looks bit different? - or perhaps not, not sure.
I love "She's a Machine." Elvis didn't care for it, apparently, but it sounds much better than the single "Long Legged Girl" to my ears, better groove, better lyrics, more convincing vocal. I recently revisited the "Easy Come, Easy Go" movie and really enjoyed it. It's fun, it's lively, and the songs are really catchy.
Hi Scotty, its Vak here again. :) I looked up this album and its simply not affordable anymore unfortunately. Can I ask your opinion on something please? I absolutely love the Viva Las Vegas soundtrack but the FTD vinyl is so expensive now and not sure if I want to get the two EP's (Vol 1 & Vol 2) to get all the songs. I have seen an attractive bootleg record called Elvis- Viva Las Vegas! 12" LP from Lucky Records - is it any good? It is listed as "excellent". It seems to have all the songs! Is the sound quality any good from this bootleg? Or do you think its best to stay away and buy the two EP's? As always I appreciate and respect your advice mate. All the best from Vak (in Australia). :)
It makes me sad people kept going on about Elvis married Priscilla instead of Ann. Priscilla was still young, and not out there like Ann. If it was meant to be with Ann it would had happened no matter what. Look at Hollywood today. Co stars falling in love and leave their husband partner for the man or the woman of the moment. We all know when we are in love. Does funny things to our heart and our heard. We don't see things clearly. I am glad Elvis married Priscilla. She deserves respect. She was his soulmate and he her. She never remarried. Ann was just a fleeting moment. They remained friends. She had demons to deal with as well. So how can she be right for him. It would have ended up with two Egos clashing. She married to her soulmate. God's plan. By time Elvis realised who he truly loved, it was too late. There's a video where he introduced Priscilla isn't she beautiful ang gorgeous, then his darling Lisa and Linda. I didn't even hear him saying anything bout Linda except show the ring!!. Priscilla was his love, but she couldn't handle what she was in and going on. She was witness to things that she didn't feel comfortable with. Ask yourself. How would Ann Margaret handled Elvis other women and his popularity? Actress she may be but emotions is something else!!!
Some very good points eloquently spoken.. Thankyou Yes it was never meant to be and yes as I’ve often said before to massive egos on a collision course.. It was a great affair that sits very emotionally with a lot of fans.. We have a video coming up soon in this very subject😊
Great review as always. FTD covers are very well done. Lovely. Best Elvis youtube Chanel.

@@ScottysElvisPresleyMusicChanel did you know him and his family have a youtube and now facebook channel and page? i think its memphis mafia kid its pretty fun! thanks for taking time to read our comments much respect
Yes I did..I watch them every now and again..
I think we’d all agree Billy’s stories are the best😊
You are welcome.. if you can take the time to comment then I can reply..there’s a man in manners..now who said that?😂😉
Another great show, luv it.
I believe Elvis if things had been different might have married Ann but then Ann was a very strong individual and talented artist in her own right ❤️
Would have lasted maybe a year lol
Just my opinion Scotty 😂
Don’t think Ann Margaret was what he was looking for in a wife ?
It will come soon buddy.. just so much I want to do before I have to get all the albums out..
Hope you are well old boy😊
hello scotty nearly missed this one .great sound ive got this on cd ftd . thinking of getting it on vinyl . with showing your reviews . i find it easy to make my mind up when looking to buy my cds and vinyl thanks mick
It’s surprising but this is one of the better releases..I really enjoy it very much😊
You can’t go wrong getting it on the vinyl Mick😉
@@ScottysElvisPresleyMusicChanel ok ill buy it anyway from the elvis shop thanks mick
The musicianship was never in question was it..just some of the writing😞
Jimmy it is 42 years old..she just needs some upgrading..I’m hopeful for a very good outcome..
Thankyou as always my friend😊
Fantastic review Scotty makes me want to go out and buy it I have always loved You Gotta Stop which I read he did in 1 take cheers Carl
“Baby you’ve been lying to me”
You Gotta Stop..that nearly made my opening track..
Thankyou Carl
Another good review!
Thankyou for that😊
AWESOME Video Scotty !!!
Thanks Frank..take care😊
@@ScottysElvisPresleyMusicChanel Your So Welcome Scotty, The BEST Always.
Well done my friend I love to watch you enjoy the music like you do. TCB⚡️ Connie
I've subscribed, good stuff
Thankyou Alan😊 and welcome
Dear Scotty, in your opinion, which are the two best soundtrack albums of the 60's from FTD?
Hey Fernando..in terms of my two favourites that’s very hard to pick..
My first would be Girls Girls Girls..
The second I’m guessing..oh this is difficult..maybe..Fun In Acapulco..followed very closely by GI Blues
Ftd releases would be on cd obviously..not that I have all of them but I have heard some of them..
In terms of Vinyl that’s been released so far..
GI Blues and Roustabout..though I very much enjoyed the Easy Come Easy Go that just came out😊
Thankyou for your question sir😉
@@ScottysElvisPresleyMusicChanel Your channel could do a search. What about? Let's create a questionnaire in Google Forms, something simple. We present the list with all the films and the subscribers vote for the best and worst soundtrack. What do you think? :) Greetings from Brazil!
Hey Fernando I don’t know man..I’d rather keep it how I’m doing it sir..thanks for the idea but I have a clear direction of how I want to develop the channel..
Merry Christmas buddy😊
Ok Scotty! Your channel is great! Thanks for listening!!!
Dodie marshal and Jocelyn lane are my favorite leading ladies. I think they were real assets.
I reading you Walter..lovely assets😂😉
I say may..because Elvis was a law unto himself when it came to the ladies
Take care Sir😊😉
Great videos, really really enjoying them. Just out Curiosity do you buy your ftd 2 times? I just found out that Roustabout and today ftd has a different inner sleeve which causes really light scratches on the vinyl? Did you anything hear about that. Kind regards
I have bought 2 copies since Elvis The Last Movies.. I have a few other doubles..
I figured it was a good investment that I can give to my son one day
I have just checked both the Today and Roustabout..Today is normal but the Roustabout is different and has caused very light hairlines..I have now changed the sleeves..
Thanks for alerting me to that..tbh I’ve only played it twice so that’s odd..
Certainly feels different
Thanks for your lovely comment😊
@@ScottysElvisPresleyMusicChanel you are welcome, yeah thats the last thing you want in your vinyls. I think light hairs scratches i have on my today and roustabout happend in the fabric. But just in case I changed the inner sleeves. Do you heard any roomers about the new releases for this year? Keep up the good work!!! Kind regards AJ from the Netherlands
Now I have to buy that one too ! 🥳🥳🥳
I hope you do buddy😉
It's futile to resist.
Do you know if the Clara Ward Gospel Singer were featured in the film or LP?
I've tried to put elvis songs up and videos to elvis name and music alive but keeps getting removed How do you get round it TCB
I don’t know..what part of the world are you in Shug??

@@ScottysElvisPresleyMusicChanel Oh Yes! never turn down an FTD release!! LOL PS: may I ask, do you always buy two copies of the FTD vinyl's? cheers!
Yes sir😉
I love his covers and the originals. The newer Roustabout looks great - could be coloured B&W image which may be why it looks bit different? - or perhaps not, not sure.
ELVIS: St. Louis & Spokane 1976 is a comp of 2 Elvis pics! - not sure who did that one - I think it may be fixed now.
Sorry boring question...
Fave Elv film
Least fave Elv film
Thanks 🤔
Loving the vids
I'll take love love it
Great track😊
Hi , ❤️🎶🌹
Hi Carol,😊
Thankyou
Yes it was never meant to be and yes as I’ve often said before to massive egos on a collision course..
It was a great affair that sits very emotionally with a lot of fans..
We have a video coming up soon in this very subject😊
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Had Elvis married Ann , I believe Parker would have been gone quickly, I believe Elvis was hating that year as it shows in the 67 films TCB ⚡️⚡️⚡️
❤❤❤"Elvis & Ann Margaret Presley Forever"❤❤❤
This is one of the reasons I have no respect for Priscilla and her Con Artist Family. 👎👎👎👎
